I've got one question if it's possible to turn on USB Debugging with locked screen?
I've just tried by this code : *#*#7378432#*#* To get into and switch off screen lock but this code didn't work.

I have a GN and have an unusual problem :
My GN screen simply stoped to work while using it...
The phone continue to work
He sence my finger
He reboot, I can reboot, reboot after battery unplug in normal mode or bootloader ....
but I have one big question : can I find a solution without changing the screen ... (I can do it myself but a GN screen is 120$...)
And HOW can I enable USB debuging without screnn ... I have to enter password and find usb debuging without screen ... impossible mission)
The only thing I make for now is booting in bootloader and pulled all data and make a backup on the computer

I have a Zenfone 3 Deluxe (ZS570KL) and it suddenly entered in bootloop. Never tried to flash any roms, root or anything else. Even usb debugging is disable.
I'm able to enter on fastboot mode (Power and Volume UP) only. Power and Volume down is not working (phone keeps rebooting).
I'm not a heavy user so to be honest I have no clue about a possible solution. I am able to run fastboot.exe but not adb since usb debugging is not enable.
Please help!!

So I'm new here! Hello everybody
Anyway, I need some help with recovering some files from a friends phone. Here's the catch though:
He has his OEM locked and USB debugging and developer tools disabled... Which means I really can't do anything. Here's the status of the phone:
Phone is on, since it makes the lock sound every time i press the power button.
Screen is black and I'm pretty sure that touch doesn't work either.
I can boot into the bootloader and execute fastboot commands.
Stock recovery is installed.
Not sure that I can do anythings else...

I'm in the same sh*ty situation... I hate Oneplus for their last Update that turned OFF the OTG function ! My plan was to blindly activate the USB debuging in the settings using an OTG device...

I locked my phone and need to enter my pin to get into it but the top half of the screen is broken and i can't use the touchpad to enter the first number in my pin. I have attempted using a OTG cable to be able to use a mouse to connect and enter the first number in my pin but i do not have OTG enabled and can't access options. ADB doesn't seem to work in fastboot (maybe because it says state is "locked" . I can enter recovery mode and enter my pin because it does not use the standard pin enter ui that the lock screen does , and i can type on my phones keyboard since it is in the lower half. From this i can sideload and do other things but I'm not sure how to reset / change my pin or change my options so that I can use the OTG cable. Is there any way I can proceed forward from the recovery mode or somehow enable OTG ?
I googled like crazy for this, but can't get the device to boot anymore. Any suggestions?
I think USB debugging is off and OEM unlock is set to OFF. But how to change it when my phone won't boot anymore?
