me175cg storage space running out - Asus Fonepad 7

Device still have 3gb left . and Even after factory reset , this warning still pop up and i cannot install any apps because of this error. Any way can solve this?
Flash my tab last night using fastboot method. Install titanium backup and xposed.
Found out there is only 43~47 mb left in the rom partition, that's why the storage space running out message appeared.
Here is my question, how do you free up space for your fonepad 7?

[Q] Slimbean space issues

Hello all! I've just installed slimbean on my SGN2 N7100.
I am trying to recover the applications I backed up with titanium backup but it keeps saying that there's not enough free space.
I have no idea what the issue is!
checkin on storage I have 10.46 GB total space . 521 MB available (although the components shown do not add up to 10GB -ish)
The screenshot is attached.
What can I do to fix this silly issue?
Thanks!
that happened to me. it was a fresh install so i just went into recovery and wiped everything completely and it fixed it.

HTC One X with blocked memory with mysterios "Others"

Dears Helpers!
Like many others I got the problem that the "app memory" of my HOX is blocked with 4,8GB! mysterios "Others" that can not be found anywhere. With your help I would like to be the first one in the world who solves this memory problem.
Please help.
The status:
The HOX got 32GB internal memory. No SD-Card-Slot.
25,24GB are the "Telephone Memory" for Pictures and Videos and Music.
6,76GB are the "app Memory" for the system and apps.
In this app memory the HOX shows 0,86GB for apps and 4,8GB for "Others" only 1GB is free.
The magic thing is, that even after complet factory reset the 4,8GB stay where they are.
So I unlocked the phone, rooted it, put Clockworkmod recovery on it, made a backup (only 1,7GB!), formated all the partitions that let me do this and put the backup back. Everything stood the same.
I put on Cyanogenmod. That shows only the 0,8GB for installed apps and the 1GB free. The 4,8GB where not listed.
Now I am back on stock rom, with root and now TWRP 2.8.0.0.
TWRP shows following partitions:
Cache Size: 300 MB Used: 5MB
Data Size: 2150MB Used 1050MB
(SDCard Size (internal): 25900MB Used 4700MB)
System Size: 1250MB Used 1150MB
The partitions "AndroidSecure" and "Dalvik Cache" are shown but I cant find out how big they are.
All together the partitions are only 3,7GB big. So where are the lost 3GB! of the 6,7GB "App Memory"??!!!
Is there the possibility that there is unpartitioned memory? Can I find out and format it?
Please give me some ideas.
(PS: I tried allready the zip files for TWRP from the following thread, put they donĀ“t execute on my phone. Installing in TWRP produces errors)
http://forum.xda-developers.com/nexus-10/development/mod-reclaim-free-space-partition-t3029605

Anyone?
Hauke
Maybe somebody can answer me another question. I found out, that there are 4 tmpfs mount points. Each of them is 492MB big and all of them are empty. Could this the blocked memory? Can I delete or shrink them somehow?
Thank you very much

Internal Storage Memory reduced after installing custom ROM

Hi,
I just installed Cyanogenmod 12 into my HTC Desire 816 , for flashing I used TWRP. So the whole proccess was as follows:
1)Install CM via TWRP
2)Reinstall CM and GAAPS
Everything works fine and dandy but I have one big problem. My internal storage only shows 4gb of total space, from which I have only like 1GB of free space available. The phone originally came with 8gb of internal storage, and is just after I did this that it was reduced. I did clean up all the Dalvik cache, I also tried doing a new factory reset, but still it's showing only 4gb.
Any help would be greatly appreciated. Thanks

The phone shows 8 gb but half of that is taken up by the factory OS and empty space allocated for future updates in a seperate partition and the rest is system apps . I actually gained storage space in the partition with the remaining storage after flashing CM so I'm not really sure what's going on with your device but low storage space is just a known issue with this device. Obtain S off thru the Sunshine app ($25) or install a write permission script mod for your particular firmware called a WP_MOD.ko I believe here on XDA and then install Link2SD and get the paid version that allows you to move app data to external SD card then partition the ext SD card using a partition manager exe program on your computer following the Link2SD instructions and you will gain all the extra storage space you will need. I did true S off because I wanted to keep my SE Linux permissions set to enforcing not permissive which the write permission mod does but to each his own.

Storage problem : Internal storage detect as external SD.

I used oppo find 7 and used TWRP custom recovery. I have these problem after I flashed to lineage 14.1. My storage split into 3 partitions which is 1. Internal Shared storage(ISS) 2. Sdcard0 and 3. Sdcard1. The problem is when I install apps from play store and will saved in Internal shared storage but the system in ISS almost full.
For your information, after I flashed to lineage the system that used are nearly 22 gig. Is it normal? I already wiped all in recovery mode. So why is this happening. It will cause me a problem when i want to downloas a lot of app but because of insufficient storage I cannot do that. Below is the screenshot prove. I hope someone will solve this problem.

Question Moto g40 fusion internal storage problem help me please

when first time I flashed PE 12 rom, Twrp showed the internal storage after wiping and the storage was like 53GB after that I found Aosp 13 rom and wanna flash that to try, after booting into twrp the problem has started the internal storage shown 0mb and tried to format, successful but it only showing 48GB storage only not 53GB some part are missing and in the windows explorer it wont show up with MTP enabled and I tried to repair it showing some error while doing it system ext error, vendor error. I think the partition got some issue with it I dont know how to fix it. I flashed the rom using adb sideload only and that it also not worked properly for me, I lost some storage space in my internal storage now only 48gb available and can't able to flash properly, mount internal storage not working when connected to the computer now I can't able to fully wipe the interanl storage to flash the rom properly. Is there any way to fully format and repair to fix the partition error and to get the full max internal storage capacity.

Where does it show 0MB? In TWRP or the OS itself? If it's in TWRP, I think the problem is your storage is encrypted. So...it can't be read. Which is normal.
It shows the same on my G60. I wouldn't worry about it. I don't think there's anything wrong with your internal storage.
If you want, you can go to TWRP > Wipe > Advanced Wipe, select Internal Storage. You might need to reflash the ROM after that, so you can boot back into the OS.
Personally, I wouldn't mess with these options too much. If it's not a real problem, I wouldn't worry about it.
You can also try a "Repair or Change File System".
I don't know about the MTP thing... Sounds like a driver issue.

in Twrp 0MB,
My internal storage is now only 48gb free after wiping everything was there more like 53gb something I remember.
MTP is media transfer portability to PC didn't work while in Twrp, was working before not now ,
I have tried repair, file system change.
I just wanna know one thing that how much free space left in the 64gb variant after wiping everything in the internal storage.

I don't know man... Some ROMs can take more space than others, which means you will have less space available for you. But I'm not sure I understand where you're getting that information from. Where is that displayed.
Also, I don't know about using MTP (Media Transfer Protocol) from Recovery. If you know it used to work before...then I don't know. I never tried it from Recovery.

I can't. I don't have one... But maybe someone else with the same device can confirm.
