How to replace the Start icon?

I've read this thred before, but I can't Copy or Move the file...
Can Someone make the file for me?
I want the standard wait animation, but this Windows/Start Icon:

Not exactly what I want, but also very nice!

i don't get how that thread helps him out. am i missing something?

I wanted to change the Start icon, but I wasn't able to copy the file. Now i could rename the file to shellres192.dll.bak and put back my designed file.
I've attached a screenshot and my shellres192.dll for all, who want to do this too.

This ROM is based on CyanogenMod 7.2.
How To :
Copy the zip file to SDcard
reboot to recovery
wipe all/factory
flash zip file
choose the zip file form sdcard
apply it

first you must backup with nandbackup if you want to keep all your application

What is not working in this ROM?

Sense&CM7_fonts_installer with Aroma Installer

flash it in recovery
Someone failed replacing the fonts and couldn't boot his phone,so I make it.
you can touch the screen to control which fonts to install
I make it with amarullz's Aroma Installer
some pictures of it(beause I make it for Chinese users,so I ues the icons display Chinses,aroma didn't support Chinese )
