Hey guys i need help with a strange problem when i try to install a custom rom with touchwiz theme, the mistake in philz touch and CWM says that: cant open /storage/sdcard1/"fileoftherom.zip"(bad) and only work with rom aosp, i really need help guys so im really really thankful if anyone help me :crying:

Hello I need help. can someone explain to me the difference of kernels and firmware. How do you flash a custom rom do i need to use odin?
my phone has a baseband version of i8160DXLK2
A kernel version of 2.6.35.7-I8160XXLD8-CL1100997

THe venezuelan government has started selling a ZTE based phone with android 4.0.1. I have not had success trying to install CWM, im stuck at android recovery 3e. I would like as much help as you guys can give me, i am the 1st one trying this, there are no references on the internet about it. Im trying to find a ROM that works and if possible, unlock my phone. Thanks in advance. Im attaching complete phone specs.

Hello, I am new in this forum and have a question about Beanstalk.
I have rooted my phone, installed the Kernel from the zip of the rom and then flashed the rom. Mostly all is working, but my wifi is really really slow.
And this is since I installed the rom, before the speed was a lot faster. The search didn't help me very much and google either.
So maybe someone can help me here?
I have tested Wifi fixer but it didn't change anything.
Sorry if this question is stupid, but I am not really an expert about ROMs.

Beanstalk run whit the darkkernel 20131024, like CM10.2 LX , i test Beanstalk, LX, Carbon and i can't turn on wifi even whit the dark kernel wifi module 20131024. I think it's a kernel problem ... just wait for the next version...
I now found a solution and it seems to work, but I can't promise ^^
Flashed the TWRP Kernel (http://forum.xda-developers.com/showthread.php?t=2075549) and all is working and wifi ist now a lot faster

I had no problem to change between them, but it's different from persom to person whyever.

can u guys suggest me a way to install android 5.0 Lollipop rom on my nokia x......
I tried to do some editing with original,cm11,and nexus L's rom but i found that smthing other was in the files...odex...apks broken..... so cant proceed further....

Then the problem starts when I flashed custom ROM.. I only get bootloop.. I dont have a Idea why.. Then I started searching for some clue until I saw a thread in SGY (Samsung Galaxy Young) that most Samsung are sensitive to the Modem version or Baseband in order to boot properly.. I want to ask what version do I need to boot Lineage 14 in my e250s? I'm currently at Android 4.4, E250SKSUKNI2 modem..Any help will be appreciated

did you try install again system or stock system or do something with bootlader this can be reason (sorry for my eanglish)
