This is something Martin Coulon (@martinusbe) started in 'free' time when waiting for GZR Validus or Tesla builds and having some drinks.
He just started with a slim base, and added what he thought useful. It grew up to be a fully functional Rom
The main goal is to keep it Slim based and will not add any cm features unless Slim does.
Just report the bugs and request features, we'll see what we can do!.......
And don't get it twisted, its not because we're Tipsy that this project is not a serious one, try it and feel speed and stability [emoji14]

Installation Instructions
1. Make sure you have TWRP installed and a working nandroid backup
2. Download the ROM.
3. Place the ROM on your SD-Card.
5. Reboot to recovery.
6. Wipe data-factory reset/cache partition
7. Flash the ROM.
Optional- Flash 5.1.x GApps.
8. Reboot and feel Tipsy!

Edit: By the way just loaded this badboy up. Gonna see what I can do to get it to break something. Just kidding. So far smooth. I like the DPI. Gotta get my layer app loaded up and give it my kinda style.

Yeah I haven't been able to trigger it either, and also when I add custom apps like G+ and hangouts to it they have trouble opening through app drawer. That is a feature I don't normally use so I just turned it off.

Excellent question. I should have noticed that. It explains the, uh, inability to boot.

Good thing I'm anal-retentive about nandroids. I'm usually that way about checking MD5s too, and I didn't do that in this case. Wouldn't have helped anyway.

Anyone can provide with a logcat because the ROM with boots on other HTC One Variants ...

I've already restored a nandroid of another ROM. And, I must admit, I don't know how to create a logcat anyway. Can you do it if the device doesn't get past the boot animation? It went on for a good 10 minutes or more before I gave up.
OP says this ROM is based on CM. The current nightly build of CM is 187 MB. Yours is 128 MB. I'm thinking maybe it didn't all upload?

Nope the size is okay ...its same as m7ul,m7spr size ......ROM is a hybrid of the sources of CM,Slim,PA etc.Mainly Slim...I think I missed a couple of vemdor blobs

I'm the same way major. First thing I do when I install a ROM and get it all set is nandroid. I still have unrooted stock to fall back on if something goes horribly awry.
I'll definitely attempt the flash once its reupped. Sounds very promising.

Theoretically, yes. The theme engine is built to be dynamic so if it doesn't work it is probably
the themes fault. Unfortunately the Theme engine's code is not finished and there are still bugs
(some apps crash like the ones that draw peices of their ui from the system framwork)but theres nothing
to be done about that for now.

He is great, loved his work on the shield tablet

Installed fine however it appears that the battery is not being charged.. I have run other ROMs and the charging works fine... Anyone else noticing this?? Great ROM so far..

Not sure what is going on... Did a factory reset and reinstalled RM again and now it appears to be charging but charges very slow... Do not have a problem with other ROMs... Will keep an eye on it... All other functions seem to be working fine...

Man I have never responded so much to anything on forums but I just want to say that I changed the performance profiles and saw some movement in charging... Did not want to put false information out there..

new build, no notable changes
Looks were going official
also it looks like only one guy does most of the development so the development seems kinda slow
if it is as slow as it seems to be, then im going to resort to building it once a week, whcih shouldnt be a problem because the builds are relatively stable

I've just flashed the RR-LP-20150120-UNOFFICIAL-flounder.zip version and I don't have the dark material theme anymore.

Running great. Thanks. battery is charging slow. around 7 hours to go from 15 to full. someone mentioned tweaking performance profile improved it. I dont have any settings in performance (blank page). Just wanted to see if was looking in right spot. Thanks.

enable developer settings(tap several times on build number) and enable root access from in there

Only thing it lacks is the theme engine (or maybe I didn't find it, lol). Overall an awesome rom.

The ROM is fine, works very well. Animations are smoother than CM12.1 but seems to be a little slower to open apps, WhatsApp takes 2.5~2 sec. to load in this ROM, in cm12.1 it takes 1 sec. or less. Some customized icons are blurry like the power button icon in the power menu, and the recent apps icon in the navbar. Overall its a good ROM.

I couldn't find that too! Am I doing something wrong?? Or shud I install layers manager from play store.?

VERY smooth
Animations are SUPERB without exaggeration. Quite stable.
Bugs:
1. HManager force stops at one of the menus
2. Advanced reboot options enabled in developer options, but I still don't get any option in the power menu besides Power Off.
3. (I don't know if this is a bug) Sometimes in Recent Apps, there is a circular material style button, but its appearance seems to be quite unpredictable. When is it supposed to appear and when is it not?
All in all, brilliant work, glad to see yet another ROM available for this phone.

What theme you were using (this should not matter, but...)?
Is it always happening? How's the overall performance?
Do you see any other issues/ defects except this?

i use galaxy S6 cm 12 theme, and the system stopped..
i have try to reeboot, reflash the rom, still problem not solved..
now i have restore my backup, cm12 right now...
sorry i cannt share another screenshot,

Hey, I checked it on Nexus 4 with the same theme and faced the problem... So, it's not only on armani. Looks like it's coming from upstream...

No, it is not solved. It seems that is there in LS main source... Will have to check with them
