Few days ago i tried to hide my virtual buttons on my htc desire 616 of asia. Rebooted it , virtual button was not there so i tried get my buttons back because it was so hard for me to access my phone without those button. I somehow deleted my build.prop file and my phone wont start up, it stuck at boot logo. I didn't backuped my rom though and i went to htcdev site there i find the kernal source well i dont what that is but it's in the format of .tar.gz. please help me to get my stock rom back..plss
My htc desire 616 is switching on and off when i am trying to switch it on .I am not able to recognise the problem please help me out

Hey i am saifullah from bangladesh, i have tried to root my htc desire hd today but when i have tried to permanent root by visionary+ then my phone didn't reboot, the htc logo come and also the welcome tune ring but doesn't on the phone again and again htc logo come and ring the htc welcome tune! the htc logo shown and the htc tune ring but it Cary on again and again, but doesn't on the phone! Please help me!
* I have tried by all way to on my mobile, by recovery, fasboot, factory reset, simlock, image crc but i couldn't my phone!
* in recovery mode shows, '' E: Can’t open/cache/recovery/command" then nothing i can do.
* After factory reset it gave the same result, welcome tune and the htc logo again and again, but didn't on my mobile.
* Though I don't know what is fasboot, simlock, image crc but i have tried with this way but didn't get the result!
now when I power switch on my htc desire hd welcome tune and the htc logo come again and again, but didn't on my mobile.
when I tried to reset by down volume key and on button then restart my phone and show the factory reset process but after that the same thing happen welcome tune and the htc logo come again and again, but didn't on my mobile.
I have tried to open without the Sim card and without the Micro SD Card and tried with sim card and also tried with Memory card, everything i have done but nothing new done!
same thing happen to my mobile, welcome tune rang and the HTC logo came again and again, hundreds of time welcome tune ring and the htc logo come but didn't on the mobile,
Please somebody help me!

You could try to flash a Stock Rom but thats if you have access to the bootloader
So my phone got some problems... I froze HTC blinkfeed because it was taking up my battery, I dont use it, but now my phone turns on and it is stuck on the HTC boot logo. I can get into recovery mode but I was wondering if someone could comile a file somehow that i could flash and it would enable htc blink feed again. Im not too tech good at programming on phones. I have CMW recovery and its rooted... I probably could restore it to factory settings if it comes to that
Has HTC sence 6.0 and Kikat 4.4.2

Please help me out as my htc desire 816 dual sim is indian model and recently around 10 days back i have rooted my phone sucessfully and using it with no problem but toady when i was changing some mx player setting my phone suddenly got hangged and screen got black and no key combination working and my phone is not booting and even not showing charging light when connected to charger...........my phone is installed with CWM latest recovery.......please help me out in switch on my phone.

Hold volume up and hold the power button together for 15 seconds. This will turn the device off completely. Try to start your device again and if it does not start go into recovery and clear cache on main recovery screen and dalvik cache in advanced options then try to boot. If that doesn't work use the factory reset setting in CWM then try to boot.

guys i decided to restore the stock recovery of my HTC Desire 816 dual sim
and after i flashed it i rebooted the device then ive gone to bootloader mode
i can still see the tampered sign and when i go to the recovery after the htc logo i cant see nothing only black screen

Hi, I have a htc desire hd and I decided to change my android. I looked on the net thi however well and good until I downloaded some roms, I climbed on the card I gave wipe (Without Backup) I installed it first rum was installed without any problem, I gave reboot and that was it. The phone starts, but it remains to vibrate with HTC logo.
I tried for about another 5 ROMS, but the same ..
That it can help me?
