LG G4 Problem with driver - G4 Q&A, Help & Troubleshooting

Hello guys!
I am trying to update my LG G4 to Android Marshmallow but no success.
I am doing everything as is wrote in guide, I tried to search internet for help and nothing works
When I reboot into download mode, pc does not install drivers.
I have latest LG Drivers, LG Flash Tool 2014, KDZ file, Windows 7 64-bit
I am using original USB cable, different cable, different ports, latest drivers (tried also older ones)
I tried to restart PC couple of times as well as my phone
I have got this error:

}
This is how Device Manager shows my device in download mode:
Tried also manual installation of drivers:

i have exactly the same problem..... but i think that something happend when i trait to use the LG Flash tool..... before i try to update... my drivers have been working fine

@nothingfacey yes me too and its normal he recognize on bridge for example .and when you try to flash for roolback you cant . first bcz there are anti rollback on the motherboard and second because for the moment the flashtool need to be update because the dll on the kdz is not the same

I am having the exact same problem and I have yet to find a fix.
I noticed that I could get ADB to temporarily work after switching to/from MTP/PTP mode multiple times randomly with unplugging/replugging. It would be interesting to see if anyone has found anything reliable.

Have you tried LGUP? That does everything automatically.

There's no way I can get Flashtool to work on my pc.

I'm frustrated. I just can't make Flashtool work on my pc in any way, it's just useless, it does nothing.
I have just installed a fresh and clean Windows 7 x64 then installed adb and fastboot/bootloader drivers, everything perfect.
when I open flashtool64, put my phone on fastboot mode and try to flash a kernel, this happens

My specs are:
-Phone:
Xperia Arc S lt18i
Unlocked bootloader
Rooted
custom ROM
Arc Fusion 4.3 kernel
-PC:
Win 7 x64 just installed with needed drivers
Gigabyte 990fxa-ud3 motherboard
4gb ram
gtx 570 hd sc videocard
phenom ii x4 955 processor...
The most important and weird thing is that I have already done this before, three times with three different PCs, I install the same things on each computer and I'm able to do everything on those PCs, but for some weird reason I just can't do it with mine ;_; solving this was one of the main reasons to do a format, but nothing seems to work... I'm depressed.
halp, thx
Tried older versions?
For me, the flashtools drivers didn't work. I installed PC companion, and only after it i can use flashtool/adb
Why don't u download the fastboot files separately and flash the kernel via command prompt as
Fastboot.exe flash boot filename.img

G3 not detecting usb when connected to pc and not showing charging sing with charger.

The problem started yester day when I updated my D850 (at&t) from kitkat to lollipop. By going to settings→ about phone→ software update.
Once updated to lollipop I connected the phone to my pc running win 7 with original lg cable. However it did not show the usb connection on the phone or laptop, it did not even who the charging sing on phone. So I opened my phone and there was no damage to usb jec. While powered off I connected the usb cable it showed charging when I turned it on it did not show charging sign but after an hour it charged 30% on charger.
I updated it again using the same way it went to build 21q but did not fix the issue. Reinstalled the lg drivers on pc but no luck. Found the tot 4.4.2, failed to downgrade it because there was not com port showing in device manager. Factory restored it, hard rested it, no luck. Tried to root it via akp app but failed (towel root, stump root, Iroot, kingroot).
Enabled and disabled usb debugging, but no luck.
Installed android SDK manager however I do not know how to use it.
I want to flash cloudyG3 2.5 on the device.
Plz help I am out of ideas after spending 14 hours trying to find a way.
I also tried to manually add the port in device manager. There is no option for lg devices and I do not know the configurations to manually do it. Could not find the .inf either.

Stuck with penguin screen while flashing in fast boot mode

Hi dears
Really happy o be a part of this great community..
I am working in jeddah, KSA . I am not a developer. I have an issue with my redmi device. Can someone help to solve this please..
I tried to flash my Mi Note 5A (China MDT6S) 4GB 64 GB version in fast boot mode. The phone was not bootable fro 1 year, was stuck with mi logo (showed on bottom 'unlocked'). I searched internet and found firmware and tried to flash using that firmaware in fast boot mode using MiFlash tool.
File name : Xiaomi_Redmi_Note_5A_V11.0.3.0.NDFMIXM_20191022.0000.00_Global_7.1_XFT. It took 300+ seconds for many steps and then showed 'rebooting' status. I waited again, for some minutes. but then showed me timeout!!!!
Then when tried to start the device i shows penguin screen. I am trapped from there
Then i searched again over internet. Got some ideas to open the device and short the two points. I did it and connected usb cable at same time. Got my device in COM05 and tried to flash again in MiFlash tool. But cannot recieve helium packet. Also it tries to reset status and shows 'object reference not set to an instance of an object'.
I have tried different versions of flash tool.
A help from someone to solve this will be highly appreciated.
I have tried all below firmwares

Can I Flash my LG G5 LS992 Sprint (Demo) Phone?

Hi:
I flashed a Samsung phone a few years ago so I am a little familiar on how to do this. I have had my LG G5 LS992 Sprint (DEMO) phone for about 2.5 year and just recently it started getting hot (sometimes) for some unknown reason... it is not the battery. I performed a factory reset and no change. So before I trash the phone for a hardware failure I thought it best to flash the OS and see if that fixes it.
I have tried every LG Flash utility I can find and they all fail. The LG Mobile Support Tool (LGMST) gives this error message:
{
"lightbox_close": "Close",
"lightbox_next": "Next",
"lightbox_previous": "Previous",
"lightbox_error": "The requested content cannot be loaded. Please try again later.",
"lightbox_start_slideshow": "Start slideshow",
"lightbox_stop_slideshow": "Stop slideshow",
"lightbox_full_screen": "Full screen",
"lightbox_thumbnails": "Thumbnails",
"lightbox_download": "Download",
"lightbox_share": "Share",
"lightbox_zoom": "Zoom",
"lightbox_new_window": "New window",
"lightbox_toggle_sidebar": "Toggle sidebar"
}
Is this truly why I cannot flash the phone using any flash tool? I`m not looking for an upgrade, just a re-load of the latest firmware that I have. During flash attempts the phone is in Firmware Update mode, developer options are enabled, Enable OEM unlock is enabled and USB debugging is on. USB communications is set to MTP. It is running Android 7.0 Kernel 3.18.31 Software version LS992ZVF. Again, this is a "DEMO" phone if that makes a difference.
IN the LGMST if I choose the option of "Upgrade Recovery" the LGMST actually downloads a firmware image but fails when it tries to load it to the phone. It seems the phone has a built in flash-block by any method other than OTA. The phone is not active with any carrier so the OTA Firmware load method is not an option.
If anyone has insights as to what is going on I would sure like to know what they are. If I have to trash the phone I will.
Thanks,
Tom

I Need Help For LG G3 Unbrick (Qualcomm Drivers Not Working)

First of all i apologize for my bad english.
3 days ago I put my phone in brick mode and while searching how to solve this i found i need qualcomm driver.
I downloaded and installed the necessary drivers, but when I connect my phone to the computer, I get an error like this:
{
"lightbox_close": "Close",
"lightbox_next": "Next",
"lightbox_previous": "Previous",
"lightbox_error": "The requested content cannot be loaded. Please try again later.",
"lightbox_start_slideshow": "Start slideshow",
"lightbox_stop_slideshow": "Stop slideshow",
"lightbox_full_screen": "Full screen",
"lightbox_thumbnails": "Thumbnails",
"lightbox_download": "Download",
"lightbox_share": "Share",
"lightbox_zoom": "Zoom",
"lightbox_new_window": "New window",
"lightbox_toggle_sidebar": "Toggle sidebar"
}
Can you help me solve this problem?
Notes:
-My phone is not charging and won't turn on
-i tried different qualcomm versions
-I tried these processes in windows 11 / 10 and windows 7, but it did not work
I will join this discussion, because i also have similar problem. I was trying to flash entire system to friends G3 32gb. But contrary to Sercan, i managed to install Qualcom driver following this guide (https://forum.xda-developers.com/t/q-wont-enter-download-mode-phone-stuck-in-boot-loop.3102900/), and finding driver, dll file and .kdz file on different sites from what guide posted. But whenever i open BoardDiag program and follow steps from the guide, when i select folder containing tot file and extracted files, BoardDiag program just shuts down and restarts from the beginning. Also i am unable to go to next screen after download mode screen, i start download mode but after that it seems like phone just shuts down (i have battery fully charged). I was also unable to flash it regularly before i tried .tot BoardDiag method. Any further help is appreciated.
