1- With CustomPFD navigate to the path HKLM\Software\Microsoft\Shell\Lock\LockScreenSnapshot\QuickStatus\0, 1, 2, 3 e 4 "BadgeIconPath" to find out what image editing.
2- With the FS Full Access enabled connect the phone to the PC and copy the file (image) you want to change.
3 Replace the file in the folder and see the result.

Can we add more slot
Now we can only set quick status for 5 apps. I saw a registry key "Count". Can we add more than 5 slot?

Can we use replace the icon of the app to transparent icon to make the tile transparent?
When enabling FS access, what's the best method to disable it once I'm done making my changes?
It is my understanding that enabling FS / MTS access caused an issue with my USB reading the phone as WP. Despite switching it off through the Tweaks, it still wasn't being read by the USB until I flashed the phone back to 8.1 (didn't try a hard reset, because the Recovery Tool indicated there was a new firmware version for my phone, anyway)

Change the registry value in "HKLM/software/microsoft/mtp/datastore" - C:\Data\Users\PUBLIC ..... This will disable the FS access and you can easily connect the phone to the pc....
@ca_guri01 I tried that (variation of 1st letter capitalized, all lowercase etc) and even rebooting the phone/computer - it didn't work.
Though, I did uninstall the WP driver before I located a thread in this forum with that suggestion. Even after that, it kept installing it as MTP USB and not "Windows phone" under device manager - I wonder if that fudged my chances of getting it to play nicely?
And also, i did *all* of the unlock options from Root Tool. Could this be the culprit as well? (This time around I did interop only)
Edit: I did the exact format above, and I am once again locked out of USB access.
Windows keeps reinstalling the phone as a portable device/MTP USB no matter what I try.

My Dash is now complete, that hideous green is gone FYI -- for anyone that runs into a write-error when copying from your PC to the device Windows directory: I found that when I copied the files somewhere else on the device, and then copied them to the Windows directory it worked -- couldn't copy from my PC to the Windows directory without a write-error.

When you use this tools you can change and overwrite easely things in the registry.
Thanks. Can you undo what the unlocker tool does? I don't want my smartphone to be completely wide open for any EXE that isn't digitally signed to have the ability to execute, or change settings it shouldn't have the ability to.

What is interesting is I copied CommManager.exe, CommManagerRes.dll and CommManager.exe.0409.mui to my storage card under a new folder called Temp. The app ran without problems. Now, when I go into the Start menu, and select CommManager, the one I copied over is what starts. I end the task with Celetask, and I am still able to open the hacked version.
Keep in mind that I did *not* do anything but copy the contents of "HTC S-620 bleu.zip" to a new folder on my HTC S620. I did not run or install SDA Unlock, nor HTCUnlockInstaller.
Wierd. Oh well.
You can do everything without having to run the unlocking tool. Just change these two files below. Take any pics or colors you want and rename them.

Did you run SDA applicationunlock and HTCunlocker without error ?
This error means you did not run the HTCunlocker well.!

Thanks - this worked perfectly. I also like the fact that now I know what files I need to replace for different home screen profiles right now ... I'm currently using a black profile and it was easy to switch out the call screen background for a black one.
I don't understand ... have followed all the instructions but still get the permission error.

Try to check search on google AMD Developer Central - The Compressonator. But remember. not all BMP can be converted to 4, 8 BITs.
PNG Also...
Make a backup before.
Use Batch Compressor.

You cant use TFD3 config, so far its made for TFD3v1 and this build use second edition. You also dont need it at all...

One more thing.
Use Reshacker as image extractor from .dll - compress, and save them back to dll... You can compress big .dll with images inside for 20% up to 60%... For example tachi dialer phcanImages.dll or phcanOverbmp.dll

The rom is stable and fast.The only problem that i have is with the new opera.I can't use zoom with the center key and after using it for a while it get frozen.Is there any possibility to install the previous one?

Try: click on clock, World Clock should be displayed, select yours, then menu remove cities, delete all but yours.

What it needs: C++ Runtimes and .NET Framework 2.0 and newer
Installation
Download osRecmod.zip included in this post, extract it to C:\Program Files\OndraSter\osRecmod and run RightClickInstaller.exe.
If you previously had installed previous version, click Uninstall first.
To finally install it, click on Install.
And voila, without rebooting or such you can recmod or reversmode easy!
(Recmod is shown only on folders, reversmode on exe, dll and mui files.)
PS: It has been tested on Win7 x64 with disabled UAC.
PPS: I'm not author of Recmod or Reversmod!
PPPS: If you want to distribute this, please link to whole thread (post), not just download links. Also reuploading to different servers without permission is not allowed. Thanks.
PPPPS: To uninstall this "extension", run again RightClickRecmodInstaller.exe and click on Uninstall. Also, no reason to reboot!

Have you got the RightClickRecmod.exe and recmod.exe in:
C:\Program Files\OndraSter\osRecmod
?
I think it should work when using portugese "Program Files" folder since it reads from system vars, but try it creating in English.

Are you recmodding just module like adc.exe, not whole folder like browsing, right?

I encountered a problem, here my Screenshot:
and the module name change, there is _ in the tail.
it gets renamed. Check that folder if there is inside of it the right named module (tapres.192.dll). If yes, try getting the version I posted as second in about 5th post, it fixes one problem, it might help you too.

OK, new version with Reversmode option avaible:
Recmod - displayed at folders
Reversmod - displayed at EXE, DLL and MUI files
So now you can Recmod eg tapres.96.dll, modify icons with PE Explorer and with Reversmod pack it up back to module. All with two-clicks (right-left)

You can't recmod whole BLuetooth folder, you must go one file by file. I'll add support for whole (or multiple) folders at once later.
Two issues:
1. If there exists no "Shell" key for the dllfile or exefile registry keys (ie HKCU\dllfile\Shell or HKCU\exefile\Shell doesn't exist), installation fails
2. Attempting to Reversemod multiple files at once fails - due to the file being reversemodded being renamed to "tmp" (may I suggest renaming it to <the_old_file>.tmp (eg shell32.dll becomes shell32.dll.tmp))
1 I write it to HK classes root, so I thought this is sooo common that it won't fail . I'll add that possibility to installation.
2 It doesn't do more at once, it goes only for first parameter. I'll add it too.

1. Sorry, HKCR not HKCU. Also I think it is quite common since most people don't have any application associated with dll's
2. What I meant by this is that if I select multiple dll's, right click on them and select "Reverse mode this file" then multiple instances of Reversemode are launched and each instance attempts to name its file to "tmp"

Dear OP . after Hard reset there's no need to Re-Deploy the NDTKSvc . Updates won't revert by hard reset . only if you flash your phone you need to do it again . So you have to keep going from step 14, I mean even no interop unlock needed

In another forum (drwindows.de) an user has reported a problem with the display that remains always on:

Happens once with CU, hard reset solved. But my advice is to stay with AU. No problems noticed

stay with AU, is work better
I did all the operations correctly as proposed at the first message of this topic. The phone downloaded the 15063.297 version but now it does not boot. It's the same as updating via slow ring. Any help here?

I noticed that after the update to AU, the phone boots with the screen completely black, you don't see the boot sequence, but it's working, so you have to wait a bit and then press the power button 2 times in order to turn the screen on. This happens only once, after the OS update.
