The theme looks nice, but it does not seem to work properly:
Notifications are unreadable because the text and the background are pretty much the same color
When changing sound/WiFi, there are misformed clocks in the background
Text in main settings menu is either missing or has the same color as the bsckground
After changing back to stock Xperia theme the misformed clocks stay

Untick the battery percentage from settings

I had black screen too. I make a full backup then I made a hard reset after I restore my backup still screen goes black. Need urgent answers please

The black screen happens because the system ui can't start. I fixed my device with the filemanager from TWRP. I deleted the apk iOS Theme in /data/app and my device restarted with the default theme. I hope i helped. ?

Thanks for help, actually I fixed my phone be enter the safe mode. Safe mode works perfectly fine so I change theme in this mode. After normal reboot everything works normal

Do you have superuser mode enabled? (no, I am not asking if your device is rooted) I've used the theme for a while and have no problem at all.

It should work with any deodexed dli7 rom.. But you may loose any systemui based customizations..

For the text colour in ststus bar you will have to edit the tw_statusbar_expanded and tw_ststusbar in res>layout of SystemUI
You will need to go through all the xmls in res>layout and change the Android:textColour field wherever applicable..
Also, some items get their colours from res>values>drawables and res>values>styles so change the colours from there..
For text colour across the system you will need to edit the xmls res>layout and res>values in framework-res and twframework-res..
also check the res>colour folder

LOL, sorry for that awsome looking clock.
Didn't theme the Xperia Home or clockwidgets, but i guess they both get some text formats from framework-res. I'll see if get the time to do some theming for the two apps just to bypass-back to original text formats.

the images explain by itself. But I'll explain to stay clear. In fact you do not need to restart the device, just the keyboard app is closed and started again and give the keyboard application uses the entire screen space.

saw this once too. Clear data (not user data) in cwm will fix it.
Hi, I've installed the theme v2 on my Xperia Z1C with rooted stock KK 4.4 but settings, phone, etc...still with white backgroud.
Why? I like black background...please help me...this is the first time I see a theme that is full black!!

We have same model and firmware.. so i really do not understand why.
I will try to make a workaround for the themed styres, that fixes firmware compatibility :fingers-crossed:
This should also fix the strange keyboard-bug and PDI-bugs.

I ready u tutorial about theming all system etc, but I don't have pc. So, I try use apk editor, but no success.
I try aroma dark zip but its a lot of bugs and its theme some apps to dark, others to black. I like fully dark.
In this zip file can u add settings dark and tele service?

Hey @abo hani, I believe there's a bug when clicking on any event on the calendar.
My guess is that it's missing dark theming, showing all on white (text and background). How do you see event details? When clicking edit it goes to dark theme and all info is there, but event details before editing appear white to me.

Check the screenshots I'm attaching, the first one shows an event when clicked via the calendar app.
The second one shows the edit GUI after you click the edit button. I'm not sure what could be causing the event details to show white when not being edited.

No, I prepare a new theme NR1650 very similar, only the wallpaper will change...

I like the theme a lot, everything's in order, except the Nav bars DO NOT CHANGE at all.
Checked with an Xperia Z2 on absolutely stock 6.0.1, no root, no nothing. I belive this is a problem with this specific theme because all other themes change the Nav bar icons no problem at all.
I hope it can be fixed. More power to you.

EDIT. I did check it, nothing out of the ordinary, mostly com.sonyericsson.Whatever and system utilities. Please note I do not have root access AT ALL. I just dug up that folder you asked for in Solid Explorer, but I can't actually remove any of the files there. Please guide me on what to do. Thank you.

I'm not an expert, but I guess if you moved the file in the screenshot, you might see navbar change in theme, (save a copy so you can replace it if something goes wrong, [and/or backup whole rom]). Of course, you need root first to do anything with it.

Checked with an Xperia Z2 on absolutely stock 6.0.1, no root, no nothing. I belive this is a problem with this specific theme because all other themes change the Nav bar icons no problem at all.

Unfortunately, I can hardly figure out what is happening on your device...
I see a systemui overlay in your overlay folder, I might be the cause...

Well, I've download the com.android.systemui-res-305.apk, and it's not related to softkeys, it's just to enable the close-all button in recents.
What bothers me is that you are the only one to report this issue.
If you can wait for 2 weeks, I'll be able to test my theme on a Z2 (rooted).
I have same problem with navbar icon , also problem exist with niaboc79 themes
Here My theme crated by SonyTheme Creator 1.1.1 without problem

Well, I have an idea of the possible cause of the issue.
Do you use a ported version of the Xperia X SystemUI or the stock SystemUI? If you use the stock one, the softkeys might not apply.
I'll investigate this when I'll have time...

At least in my Z2, it's completely, absolutely stock. No root, mod, exposed, nothing. So it must be the stock systemUI. Which I find odd because literally every other theme I have has ZERO issues with this and the nav bars change completely as nature intended...

Installed super user mod xposed, now everything's OK
Using Sony theme creator would be a good idea to make it work even without superuser mod.

But unfortunately the number of people who running on official Nougat is too low .. Which mean my work will be so limited and nearly unseen ! So people .. here is the Lollipop and Marshmallow version of Dark Sense™ theme
THE IDEA :
Making a cool mix between black and blue [ official pixel colors ] and designing my own icons with my own style , and trying to support nearly every Sony app .
There are two versions of my theme, One is just theming everything in black and blue .. and the other is only making system colors in black and blue but making other apps such as album and music in flat colors .. and it is up to u to chose what u want .. you can also install both because I built them with different package names

Well, I couldn't make it work yet. Installed apk and applied theme but nothing changed. My device runs MM (E6553 - rooted and installed SuperSU). I guess I need to do something else but what? ?

Well looks like u don't have superuser mod (patched service.jar).. But it is OK u can make it work by pushing it to system folder ?

OK, I did as you said, pushed it to system folder (root/system), installed it but still couldn't make it.
Great theme! No bugs so far.
