Hi did you try redo it with gparted? or flash better recovery to setup partitions on your sd card... some rom are not showing all space from ext partition... BTW why you have swap? instruction saying 0 MB for swap
Its working correctly, the 183Mb free space will decrease slowly but it is using the 2Gb ext partition for app storage. Also, you don't need a swap partition. My advice is to start again, either do a backup, repartition your SD card with 1Gb ext and 0 swap and then restore or just do the partitioning and flash the ROM from scratch.

First answer my question, then I answer your question.
some one tell me to partition sd card 1GB and swap 0M and i ask him can i use 2 GB or i can only but 1GB
does i need to install data2ext or a2sd rom ????
If you constantly ignore what we are telling, you won't get any answer any more.

[Q] Re-Partition with Odin PIT File

Hey Boardies,
I´m wondering for a while if it´s possible to repartition the storage of my Ace 2. I´m using an external SD Card where i save music and so on. The Filemanager of Android shows me 2 SDCards.
I think one of them is the phone internal space for data and the other is my real SDCard.
I do not need the internal space for data, but it would be great to have a bigger internal phone space to install apps and something like that.
In conclusion i want to add the internal data space to the system space.
I saw Odin is offering the possibility to re-partition the phone, but to do so you need a PIT file in which the partition information is saved.
Now my question is how to flash then latest stock rom (I8160XXNB1) with odin and repartition it. And then flash CyanogenMod 11 TeamCanjica.
Where can i get a proper PIT file and how can i change the values of the PIT file so that the fit my needs?
Thank you.
I have 2,93 gb from really internal memory but isn't made with pit file, it have make this with CMD.
You must try thread from busote, repartition memories in ace 2 development forum ( I can't put the link, sorry)
Sent from my GT-I8160 using Tapatalk
It´s a pitty, but the download link of busote´s scripts is offline.
Does anybody got the files and can reupp them?

Error on Nandroid backup for SD Card

Hello.
I'm trying to perform a nandroid backup of whole folders and getting error in the system one.
But this only appens when i choose SD Card to save the file, if i choose internal storage the backup is done well and with no errors.
However i wanted to save the backup to the SD Card so i have it stored in case i need to recover after some kind of rom issue.
What might be the problem and how can i solve it.
Thanks in advance
If your SD card is FAT32 format, there is a file size limit of 4GB when writing a file. System partition is EXT4 format so this restriction does not apply. This might be your issue...

Need help urgently

I have just flash my stock rom 7.0 backup after formatting data partition from ext4 to f2fs and then i restore it but after this i dont know why...my internal memory shows 9GB used but in actual i have not that amount of data in my intetnal memory i thought that the twrp backup file that i have installed is remain undeleted in some partition but i can't find that file please help me to free up my internal storage.... I have tried to find the file through twrp file managed but unable to find that file....Help!
Stock rom uses 8 gb memory, you would have 23 gb space after first format. Is this you mentioned?
OMG lol i had the same question dude ( somewhere in the forums ) its normal dude. P2 by default has 8GB reserved.
I have found the solution actually the backup file that i have flashed remains in my internal memory....so due to this only 14.5 GB remain from 23 GB.....i just wiled out all iante6rnal storage and flashed the rom again via adb.... Now i have....19 GB free after installing all my apps including games....yhank you
