[Report] FreeXperiaProject Lollipop builds - Sony Xperia T3

So, I tested all available buils in FXP blog. Guess what, none of them worked, they all get bootloop.
The method I used was using this commands in same folder of build files:
fastboot flash boot boot.img
fastboot flash recovery recovery.img
fastboot flash system system.img
fastboot flash userdata userdata.img
I think this is pretty much the end of T3 development
Hope I get a new phone soon

have you flash the new bootloader ? it's the only way to boot !

Due to how the bootloader is implemented, at the moment you can't hotboot with the recovery image or any unsigned kernel.

Download and install
Follow the instructions below to download and install the alpha ROM. Please note that it only works with Xperia™ PLAY.
Make sure your phone is running the latest software release, which is build number 4.0.2.A.0.42. If you can’t upgrade to this build number, it is not possible to try the Ice Cream Sandwich beta ROM for Xperia™ phones.
Go to unlockbootloader.sonymobile.com and unlock the boot loader of your phone. To do this, you must read through and agree to all the legal and warranty conditions that apply.
Download the Ice Cream Sandwich beta ROM for Xperia™ PLAY.
Extract the downloaded zip file to your Android Fastboot directory. For example: ..\android-sdk\fastboot\Xperia_PLAY_ICS_beta.
Open a command prompt and go to your Fastboot directory: ..\android-sdk\fastboot\
Flash the three beta ROM files one at a time using Fastboot. Use these three commands:
• fastboot flash boot ..\Fastboot\Xperia_PLAY_ICS_beta\boot.img
• fastboot flash userdata ..\Fastboot\Xperia_PLAY_ICS_beta\userdata.img
• fastboot flash system ..\Fastboot\Xperia_PLAY_ICS_beta\system.img
Once done, please reboot your phone.
So feel free to go ahead and test this version and let us know what you think. Your comments are really important to us!

extract zip file that u download and u got 3 img files..(boot,system and userdata) move that file to your fastboot folder and open command
•fastboot flash boot boot.img
•fastboot flash system system.img
•fastboot flash userdata userdata.img
flash an ics kernel via fastboot
install darkforest rom via CWM and thats it..
Hey dude, isnt the .42 fw recommended by the sony guide above?
yup.. but u need .62 fw to use that darkforet rom.. so, just follow my step and u are done!!
I m having a issue when i fastboot userdata.img or system.img, when i put the command line for Boot.img it go well but for userdata and system returns "Remote: Not an android image", i looked in google by hours and i founded only one relevant information in topic http://forum.xda-developers.com/showthread.php?t=1519576, it is solved by flashing a rom with CWM recovery but it is for NEO, to get the ICS i had to flash by CWM the ROM KA12, by any way i want to test the darkforest and to do that i have to flash by fastboot but the error dont give me a chance, i tried to flash with .42 .62, various kernel's including the recommended kernel's, stock kernel and etc, i started to think that my fastboot (ADB) is out of date or something like that, i instaled it by Android SDK Manager, anyone have passed for this?

[Q] [urgent] Help needed

so i got into this problem i sucessfully unlocked the bootloader using htc offficial method flashed the twrp recovery wiped everything as coming from stock rom
downloaded the slimbeam rom and the g apps and flashed it but the problem is after the htc boot screen i am getting this kind of message in red lines and then it get stuck at that i tried several other roms also still the same problem any solutions where i got wrong??
On your PC, take the rom you're flashing and unzip it with 7zip, get the boot.img file over to where your fastboot is, then in fastboot USB mode, issue this command -
fastboot flash boot boot.img
Be sure that you're only using a rom for your phone.

You're unlocked with HTCdev.com but encrypted signature security is still there - aka s-on.
You'll need to do this with every rom flash, unless it includes an s-on kernel installer.
And if one does, those don't work 100% of the time, not the dev's fault.
This is pretty much the standard procedure for all s-on HTCs.
You can skip it if your flashing a similar rom and you're sure it has the exact same kernel as the previous one.
But you'll probably spend more time figuring that out each time than just doing the procedure.
I think most people do the rom first, then the boot.img - I think that you want to go with that.
Thanks man really appreciated the reply
Btw can you suggest stable cm rom kernel combo and
also do I have to flash the boot. Img from the rom I downloaded?
I would be great if you provide stable cm rom :thumbup:
Send from my nexus 7 still on jb
Sorry, I own other HTC models and you have to go with one for your phone.
And yeah, you want to flash the boot.img from each rom you download and try.
The boot.img contains the kernel - that ties the hardware to the rest of the rom.
They have to match up.
So we I am also trying to flash ligux rom so we need to flash the rom and gapps in the recovery and then flash the hell boy kernel through flash boot via cmd right?

If that kernel and rom combo are compatible, yes, that's it exactly for an s-on HTC.

boot logo is the splash screen you see before bootanimation..here are the steps to use it..
you can do it by 2 ways..i>by flashing it through custom recovery
ii>by using adb command..
1>FLASHING-just flash the zip if the op made it flashable..
head on to custom recovery installed(cwm or twrp) and flash the zip provided
2>adb command(preferred by me )-open the zip provided and you will find a logo.bin file.copy it to the adb folder and run adb .now go to bootloader on you phone and type the command in adb on pc
Code:
fastboot flash logo logo.bin
done!
you will find the logo flashed now.if facing any difficulty just tell me.i will guide you or if you want i will teach you this using teamviewer as its a job of commands on pc :silly:

How to reverse/undo latest OTA update?

Hey guys,
Ever since I updated my Wileyfox a few days ago, it's gone to crap. Half my apps don't work, and they've removed features I really liked.
Is there any way to reverse this dreadful update and restore it to how it was?
Thanks in advance

Thanks very much Robin. Is that the cyanogen/android version prior to this latest OTA update? I'm looking for the official cyanogen, not cyanogenmod.
Do you know if I need to root my phone to be able to install it? Presumably I'd lose all my data?
Sorry for all the questions
EDIT: I think you sent the firmware for the Storm?

No its a signed Zip so should install on a stock ROM but be careful if you are downgrading the bootloader as that has been known to brick phones.
As far as I know the swift won't be bricked by this. But if you are worried I would use the fastboot zip and use a script to make sure everything is wiped first.

You don't need a custom recovery that is the whole point of it being a signed zip
