You can use this tool. Click me
You'd have to make a dump of your logo partition first or modify one of the files in the op.

Impossible :crying:
This tool cant create .bin superior to 4 MB and didn't support officially the MXF and the problem is simple, the MXF has a quad HD screen so even the stock .bin without any modifications can't be save, he his too heavy
see : "Error: Images/options selected will not fit in logo.bin, Failed at bg Produced file is 421049 Too Large"
I absolutely don't know how @Jaocagomez do that, please can you help man ? :/
Edit : I have found a very simple solution!
I have delete useless file : the boot logo for locked bootloader (I have a unlocked bootloader).
After doing this, the file is much more lighter and there is no size problem anymore!
ps : I have created this thing lol
I will maybe create a thread for sharing my boot logo.

I tried to remove the "unlocked bootloader warning" message by other methods but I only get a black image with distorded circles at startup. Now with these files I could restore the original image of my MXF. Thank you. :good:
But... still I have the unlocked bootloader message at startup. Does anyone know how to remove it?
Edit: I found your other post on this topic. Thanks again... :victory:

Boot animation and boot logo are two different things. Boot logo is sometimes called the "splash screen".
This thread is for the boot logo to replace the annoying unlocked bootloader warning.
If you want another boot animation -- in addition to the boot logo (splash screen) there's plenty of other threads. I like this boot animation below -- YES, it's black -- and I posted it in my Moto Quark guide:
FLASH NEW BOOT ANIMATION - Google Bootanimation 60fps
https://forum.xda-developers.com/showpost.php?p=68539296&postcount=3
It should also work on Moto X Force (Kinzie).
For those looking for some different colored boot logos (in addition to the black and white one), here's some from my Moto Quark guide:
_________
Here's some custom boot logos from my Moto Maxx/Moto Turbo guide. Works on all Quarks -- Droid Turbo/Moto Turbo/Moto Maxx. Your choice of colors of the Motorola M logo. Very classy.
Install either via ADB (fastboot) or TWRP. Both choices are offered.
____________
BOOT LOGOS
You can just reflash your choice of boot logo to replace the unlocked warning screen. It's just a static image Motorola insists on showing you that your bootloader is unlocked.
I know, I UNLOCKED it on purpose!
Here's boot logos (not to be confused with boot animation -- the boot logo is what you see before the boot animation starts) you can flash with ADB. Various colors of the Motorola M logo.
Remove annoying bootloader unlocked warning
* ADB FLASHABLE BOOT LOGOS
http://forum.xda-developers.com/showpost.php?p=68538894&postcount=2
And here's the same boot logos you can flash with TWRP:
* TWRP FLASHABLE BOOT LOGOS
http://forum.xda-developers.com/showpost.php?p=68579272&postcount=5
Works for all Quarks (XT1254/XT1250/XT1225).
* Black and White
* Black and Teal
*White and Teal
* Black and Red
(The last three with color are custom graphics made by @fenix3nk0r3 . I am using the black and teal on my daily phone.)

1. Unpack the ZIP of your choice (I recommend to C:/Boot/)
2. Assuming you unzipped it in C:/Boot Go in command and type:

adb push C:/Boot/boot.mp3 /data/media/bootscreen/
Note: Anyone interested in taking the HTC Quietly Brilliant section of the boot animation for your own boot animation you're free to extract it. Just mention me in the credits please. It took me a retarded amount of time to merge 2 gifs together.
Nice!
This will definitaly be my new bootscreen

Thanks for this, installed as my new boot.
Testet on Cyanogen 4.2.15.1: no function
It's nice, but the nexus animation stutters, unlike on actual eclair roms (where it's implemented in a different way). Probably nothing to be done about that.

I could try adjusting the delay time per frame, but that would just artificially make it seem like it's going smoother.
Also, I think it might have to do with the fact I made the animations a full 320x480. I'll try to reduce the sizes.
I'll try some modifications out and re-post an update if they works well.

I'll check the implementations on 1.6 ROMs and higher and see if I can come up with something.
I'd need someone to test it though.
Could you please confirm how to instal on the Stock rom wich is rooted from europe with edition : 3.05.401.3 because i cannot detect with adb. Do you know what might be the issue? Thank you

I think eclair roms would work, but Incase you didn't know.. (I think you know but I guess ill try and explain anyway. I don't even know why the other member tried this because the files don't even go in the same folders as the bootscreen files do for 1.6 lol. The folder doesn't even exist and they use completely different image files. Some people, good lord. I bet if you put FLASH THIS UNKNOWN RADIO, someone would do it. Test it one day! haha)
1.6 uses two images, i think it's a png image. One sits there, and the other scrolls through. You could definitely make the HTC shine (pretty easy if you do it one way, but probably relaly difficult or almost impossible to have it shine as nicely. It'd be a pain in the butt to work with transparency). And the quietly brilliant, well it's basically nearly impossible to make it move as nicely. You could definitely have it do the quietly brilliant like that but having it synchronizing and **** would be a pain in the butt and perhaps not even possible. Just don't do it, it's not easy for 1.6 and you dont have much control over the bootscreen scrolling. I don't know if I'm clear but you should understand where I'm heading with this lol. Unless you wanna recode etc etc all that for a bootscreen, then perhaps it will become more possible!

I extracted the quietly brilliant section from an Eclair ROM. So I don't think it would be a stretch to get it to work on them.

Flashing the boot screen
I think this is a brilliant screen and thank you for making it, but, before my phone potentially becomes a brick, is there an easier way to flash a new boot screen other than going through adb, such as maybe flashing the zip through a recovery?
Thanks for your support!

As anyone who has unlocked the bootloader on their 5X knows, this message appears at startup. I've flashed the PureNexus ROM and then the EX Kernel but neither of these removes the message. It's not a huge deal since everything is working as it's supposed to. Just not sure what can be done to remove that message.
I believe there is nothing we can do, short of getting our hands on an engineering bootloader.
I was wrong, see post #6 below!

Judging by the screenshots, It looks like you're right - The delay would still be there but happy to stand corrected here!
Useful note from the thread:
ddggttff3 said:
Just tested, and yes you can visually remove the warnings, but note flashing a custom imgdata file will cause the bootloader to boot to the red error screen instead of the yellow one, so you will want to update the images for all of the warning messages to remove it.

Warning message is an Eye Sore!, my offer
That caution warning is a complete downer.... I would be willing to pay 250 dollar bounty to a deve who can either:
1. remove the warning as a stand alone solve or ,
2. force the Google screen to run in its place for that time period.
3. Packed as a zip to flashed in recovery or an img. for fastboot flash...
Think in time, as more of the phones get out in public, it will help the community who wants the unlock but not the eye sore warning...
So far my exploring has scored a big zero to solve the issue...
I'm putting it out there for whoever wants to give it a go. It will be good for the community.
Cheers, CG
I've been thinking about this, but my android-fu isn't too strong. I still need to do a bunch of research.
There are three warning messages - yellow, orange, and red. I think you get the yellow one when the bootloader is unlocked and the red one when the verity checksums do not match the actual rom (I.e., something has been modified).
I think one way would get rid of the messages would be to relock the bootloader and also update the checksums so that they do match. I might be missing something here, but the issue with locking the bootloader, is that we won't be able to flash any new recoveries. I think this can be worked around by flashing the new recovery as a zip file, not an image. My marshmallow-fu isn't great in this area, so I'm not sure what has changed recently that prevents this.
The red warning might be harder and I need to do more research into the checksum process and how the rom is verified. I suspect this has to do with the dm-verity bits.
Edit: OK, I did 20 mins of "research" - http://source.android.com/security/verifiedboot/verified-boot.html#overview
We will get the orange warning if the bootloader is unlocked.
If the bootloader is locked, we will get the yellow warning whenever the signatures don't match the OEM key, but do match the public keys (user, not OEM) used to sign the images.
The red warning can be avoided by signing the images and including the public key.
As noted above, the images can be changed to reduce the eyesore. In a more ideal world, we would just get the yellow warning.
I really hope one day we can get rid of that eye sore

Imgdata tool works flawlessly
The Imgdata Tool mentioned earlier works flawlessly to customize your boot screens: http://forum.xda-developers.com/nex...-change-bootlogo-images-imgdata-tool-t3240052
You need to have a little knowledge of graphics but with Photoshop or Gimp it's just a matter of choosing your image and resizing (or making a text based image, or just a black image that will be a blank screen). Watch the file size as instructed. If you haven't done any advanced image manipulation, it's a great learning opportunity.

Lineage OS Splash Screen/Remove bootloader unlock warning on Mi A1 (tissot)

Lineage OS Splash screen for Mi A1 a.k.a. tissot
Unlocked bootloader required for installation!
Not tried on other phone models, neither I suggest you to...
Splash screen is the content (images) on the screen that appears before bootanimation (the phone start-up animation).
As you know, once we unlock our phone's bootloader, we get an ugly message reading 'Bootloader has been unlocked, device could not be verified...' every time the phone starts/restarts:
{
"lightbox_close": "Close",
"lightbox_next": "Next",
"lightbox_previous": "Previous",
"lightbox_error": "The requested content cannot be loaded. Please try again later.",

}
So, I created this splash screen replacement to hide that annoying warning. Also, I do most of the tinkering with custom ROMs on my Mi A1 at night, and restarting with a white screen on full brightness kind of makes my eyes bleed, so every possible screen is now with black background. Refer images:
The critical error screen, and fastboot screen are kept stock, as those were black already:
Pre-requisites:
Unlocked bootloader
A PC with adb drivers
A backup of stock Splash-screen (Refer Below)
New splash file to flash (Refer below)
Installation steps:
Reboot to fastboot/bootloader mode or start the phone by pressing [Vol down] + [Power].
Connect the phone to PC and paste the splash file to folder containing the adb files.
While in the adb folder, press [Shift]+[Right Click] and select 'Open Powershell Window Here'/'Open Command Prompt Window Here'
Enter command 'fastboot devices'. This will return the list of devices connected. This is to ensure that your device has been connected properly.
Enter command 'fastboot flash splash <spash image name>.img', where <spash image name> is to be replaced with the name of image you are flashing. Once the command finishes executing, power on the phone, and Voila!
Confirmed to be working on Pie based Roms(Personally Tested)

Really sorry man, to you and to all others who flashed the buggy image. The thing is I have reverted my Mi A1 to fully stock, and have bought OnePlus 7 as my primary device.
Nevertheless, I will be posting an updated and fixed dark stock image tonight or tomorrow night. Please check if it solves the problem.

Themes / Apps / Mods Custom Boot Splash Logo + Custom Boot Animation for POCO F3

Hi everyone, I found out that the custom boot splash logo maker for Redmi K30 aka POCO F2 Pro can also be used for the POCO F3 (I'm not sure if this can be used on the K40, Mi 11X, Poco F3 GT or K40 Gaming Edition).
I have provided my logo.img if any of you guys want to use the ROG 5 boot splash logo.
If you want to create your own custom boot splash logo, make sure to edit the provided BMP images in the pics folder and not creating a new image with a custom resolution size, as, in my last experience while I was using Arrow OS, the boot splash logo completely vanished.
If you would like to try to use a custom resolution then whatever happens, I am not responsible.
You don't have to worry since if you flash Xiaomi.eu or use MiFlash to flash stock Firmware and ROM, the boot splash logo and the boot animation goes back to how it was originally.
Keep in mind that you need to have an unlocked bootloader for the boot splash logo and you need to be rooted for the boot animation. You also need to enable USB debugging, in MIUI, I believe you need to also enable USB debugging (security settings) and Install from USB. You also need to have the latest adb installed in your computer.
I have not tested flashing the boot splash logo using TWRP, just through fastboot.
If you wish to use a custom boot animation, you need to make sure that your ROM supports it, since some roms have 0b of space left in the root folder, therefore not letting you change into your designated boot animation. If you have deleted the original bootanimation.zip in that folder, you will not be able to paste the custom bootanimation.zip and you will be left with a generic AOSP boot animation (or something of that sort).
FYI, I'm running the latest version of CrDroid.
I have also provided ui, alarm, ringtone, and notification sounds which were from my ROG Phone 5 if you want to use that on your POCO F3 like I did in the video.
To install the custom boot splash screen, you simply need to open cmd/powershell/terminal in the output folder or whichever folder your logo.img is placed in and reboot to the bootloader
Code:
adb reboot bootloader
then use
Code:
fastboot flash logo logo.img
. Once finished, just reboot back to the system
Code:
fastboot reboot
.
Feel free to share your own logo.img

Boot Logo and Boot Animation (Dark) here, try these out. I think you can find sounds in other parts of XDA. My pixel is running a custom ROM so maybe the sound files are different to what you want.
Hello Everyone
I have made some boot splash. Hope you will like it.
This is only for Poco F3/Mi11x/Redmi K40 (alioth/aliothin) I don't take responsibility if you flash this boot logo in wrong way.Instructions via TWRP:

Reboot to Fastboot mode.
Run command:
fastboot flash logo logo.img
fastboot reboot

MI Stock Boot Splash
I made all these using this modified Logo Maker (Credit to @takagen and @GokulNC).
Thanks! It worked. However, do you have the "mi" splash screen? I'm a Poco f3 owner and don't like "Poco" splash screen, so I was thinking about flashing the "mi" logo but I can't find it anywhere. I'll be very grateful if you could do it.
Thanks a lot!!!

Sorry. Forget about that word.
I meant one that works with all roms. But apparently this thing has to be made for specific devices I think.

Ok lets understand boot splash.. boot splash is the brand splash that comes on startup just before boot animation. Boot splash is device specific.. Boot animation is what that can be independently use on multiple devices.
i need the startup sound ROG phone
Great, thank you.

Do they work with Android 11?
@Steve0007 I managed to use your cyberpunk boot animation module and adapt it a little to include a color matching shutdown logo
in the post-fs-data.sh script you repeated the mount bind function twice it seems it's not needed twice and you can include rbootanimation.zip
Code:
mount --bind $MODDIR/my_product/media/bootanimation/bootanimation.zip /my_product/media/bootanimation/bootanimation.zip
mount --bind $MODDIR/my_product/media/bootanimation/rbootanimation.zip /my_product/media/bootanimation/rbootanimation.zip

Tested on my OOS one plus 9, I also slightly modded the boot up animation to have a op logo which I might try and re-edit in the future.

I believe the file structure is different it's why panL said the module was oos13 only.
how this works is it puts the bootanimation into
Root / my_product / media / bootanimation
Then it's loaded.
If you have a known android 11 boot animation module I could swap out the bits or you could do it yourself by opening my module and replacing the zip files
I only rooted oos13 so have no knowledge of previous root setups.
I've re-redone the animation with more glitches :

I tried the McLaren boot animation magisk module from the 7TP oos11 and it works on oos11 9Pro just fine. (Edit*). Just install zip in magisk. I will attach it here with a warning:

If the module below does work correctly with A11 as stated then I have used that module to make a compatible module

Providing the information is correct then here is my animation but for OOS11
Swapped the paths from
Root / my_product / media / bootanimation
To
Root / System / product / media
and renamed rbootanimation.zip to shutdownanimation.zip
-snip-
Edited also.

Thanks for the effort. I'm willing to test them but that zip is corrupt for some reason. I can extract some of it, it's not flashable. But it throws errors

I tried dropping in the startup and rboot zips, renamed it to shutdown to match the a11 module. It flashed fine but no images come up. I'm not sure why. The boot screen is just black/empty so it's doing something. The paths must be right. I'm not sure if it's something with the timing maybe? The a13 module seems to have a lot of the images in the part1 folder but the a11 module has a lot of them in part2. I will flip the folder names and report back if anything is seen during boot
Edit: no such luck with that either. Both become black/empty but no cool bootani. I don't want to poison this thread too much but if you figure out why, I'll gladly test and report back

It might be the file names inside the zip or you didn't store the file no compression
