Xiaomi Mi5 smartphone will be the first snapdragon 820 one.

Chinese big brand, Xiaomi has leaked its news gradually now about the next flash ship, Xiaomi MI5. We have seen much rumors about this high-end smartphone. But it still didn’t release it. Now i have heard the latest news that it will arrive in Feb, 2016. I was so excited about it.
The Mi 5 will reportedly be the first Snapdragon 820 phone to launch in the world; .Another leak that has to do with this very phone is an alleged leak that depicts thin bezels. Now, it isn’t really going to be a surprise to have a 2016 phone with slim bezels, but getting a glimpse of that in 2015 doesn’t hurt. So have at it below:
As for other specs, Xiaomi mi5 will have 5.2inch display, RAM 4GB/3GB version, laser auto focus rear camera (16-21 mega-pixel), and a battery of around 3500mAh in capacity and non-removable in nature.

It is said Xiaomi Mi5 will use the Glass material like Xiaomi Note, there is also home button on the body. And it will be built in fingerprint scanner.

Xiaomi Mi5 will be released on Feb 22, and Foxcon will also join in the production to keep the phone in stock.
According to GeekBench, it’s confirmed to be the Xiaomi Mi5, and it is still powered by Snapdragon 820 MSM8996 processor, RAM 3GB, android6.0 OS.
You can see the pictures about the Antutu score from Geekbench.

Xiaomi Redmi Note 3 Pro to support all network bands and Snapdragon 650

Yesterday, Xiaomi released the all brand new Xiaomi Redmi Note 3 name xiaomi redmi note 3 pro to support all network band, which will sell at 999RMB, only 20usd more than that of Xiaomi Redmi Note 3. Xiaomi Redmi note 3 has changed to use Snapdragon 650 processor which is released first. And the main back camera has improved from 13mp to 16mp .
Moreover, the performance of Snapdragon 650 processor has improved much than that of MTK6795. In addition, Antutu test has been up to 79,000 points, which has surpassed Snapdragon 808 chipset. And MT6795 Processor is less than 50,000 points. Compared with them, Snapdragon 650 chipset has improved 12%, 63%.
And Xiaomi redmi note 3 pro can also support all network bands 2.0 and VoLTE. The device works on all mobile carriers in China and has 4G+ network support.
As for the price, Xiaomi redmi note 3 pro sells only over 100RMB at 999RMB than that of xiaomi redmi note 3, which is very competitive.

I consider buying this to replace my old Galaxy S3 4G. But you have forgotten to mention Prime version. It has 32 GB ROM and 3GB RAM which is much better deal also snap 808 needs to be a freaking beast

Xiaomi Redmi note 3 is very competitive not only in its specs, performance, popularity, and price. Meizu metal is a little expensive than that of Xiaomi Redmi note 3. I guess you can choose xiaomi redmi note 3 first, personally.

Yes, this phone have a hybrid sim slot. 1 for microsim and the other for nano sim or microsd card.
The next week i will have the phone and i will try to unlock the band 4 for lte with the qualcomm tutorial of this site for note pro.

Well in Holland where i live, they use LTE band 20 (800MHz). I have no idea what US LTE bands you have there.

I think you have to wait for cases... If you pre-order on nubiamobileshop, who's supoorting worldwide shipping , you can add 1 or 2 types of cases with your order.
This phone is awesome, but he 's not supoorting B20 ( LTE 800Mhz). I think I Will buy it, but there is no développement in western, and he will probably never have an official thread on xda...

Does anyone know the difference between the International and Chinese version, from what i can tell the hardware is the same and it's just the ROM ?
Got my eye on one on Ebay that's being shipped from the UK and has mutli language stated so from what i can tell this is an international version, can anyone confirm ?
For me it's the perfect phone with it's decent spec's, good camera, rear fingerprint sensor, small/no bezels, capacitive buttons, the only other thing i'd really like is a dedicated camera button (a la sony). Can't think nor find another 'flagship' with that combination. I have a Samsung S7 currently and a LG G5 before that and miss the rear fingerprint sensor badly but then i love capacive menu/back buttons :silly:

The One thing which is missing is Triple card support rather than the 6X's Hybrid.
If it was there, this would be a great phone like 5X for the next 1 year.

Also, The Gyroscope is missing in Indian variant.
I thought that 6X will have Gyro. But sadly, it is not having...

dual tone Flash- not making much difference here as camera is way better in 6X.
SD to Kirin- not a letdown apart from development, Kirin is working way better than my 5X SD. (battery efficient without compromising on performance)
NFC- didnt get chance to check this yet..

SD to Kirin- not a letdown apart from development, Kirin is working way better than my 5X SD. (battery efficient without compromising on performance)

I also heard that kirin is good with its performance.but I have my doubts about NFC

I do know that there is no NFC for BLN-L22.
So don't expect NFC in Indian Version.

heard some news that only us variant has the nfc

VR wouldn't work without gyroscope?

Yes US version have it.EU, US, China, India version all have one or the other difference here, some have nfc other have gyro and some dont have either

Yup. No Gyro , No NFC.
NFC is not much usable here. But in the VR world, they could have included Gyro.
I thought of buying the 64GB variant. But lack of Gyro made me to rethink.

I've reconsidered .. have a look at redminote4 (black variant)it's absolutely stunning... 4+64 variant just for 12999.. ill probably go with that

Since I have already suffered with the build quality of Redmi Note 3, My mind is not considering RN4.
So gonna drop my upgrade and stay with 5X.
