[Q] unroot htc wildfire s ??

how can i unroot htc wildfire s so that i can install the new RUU update

Are you using a custom recovery? If yes, flash the stock recovery. If no, go ahead and download the ruu that is for your device+carrier and install it via PC. You have to be on stock recovery.

man first of all find your ruu at football's marvel collection(in wildfire s android development you see thread)
and after use this tutorial it ll unroot your phone and downgrade it to 2.3.3 then you can got fota update and also it ll remove relocked,locked etc.. signs from your hboot menu.

yes i do have a stock rooted rom / but its an arabic ruu [unrooted] which i am unable to download

man this is a problem if you dont have your ruu.its not unroot properly.first of to unroot i have tried european ruu and i just got bricked somehow its work but dont do it.just try to find your ruu or post thread about it may be some have it.

i saw that thread.i can download all of its versions. man i dont have any problem in that.just you download 2.3.5 and when you ll get some paid see below that there is like wait for xx seconds then click on that now you can see that some text wrote "your file generated" and below you can see a link click on that its done.

do i get a unrooted rom after fashing this rom ???

yeah u got unrooted by this rom.but follow the instructions of downgrading your hboot.
in that instructions you ll saw that first of all you have to install some another rom which mentioned in that thread after you ll have to run your ruu.okay
and when your are unrooted ,go in hboot menu and when you select recovery it ll go to stock recovery you dont see cwm recovery that means you re unrooted and your hboot marks like locked,relocked etc gone.

RUU Flash Error

HI everybody,
i want to flash the original RUU, but i've got one problem, after i've tried to flash the Froyo RUU, for the german O2 provider, i get the error 110, i forget to flash the stock Hboot...
The bootscreen is black with the htc logo and for triangle in the corner...i can't boot recovery, the only thing i get to see is this:

Try 2.3 ruu from htcdev.com
Gingerbread..... try multiple times. Ensure data cable is ok and proper drivers installed through htc sync.
Oh, by the way, wrong place to post a question.

1) Download the "downgrade" PB99IMG file from http://alpharev.nl/.
2) Place it in your root of the sdcard.
3) Boot into bootloader (vol down + power)
4) If ask to install update, select yes, reboot.
5) Run ruu again...
it should work...

Flashing stock hboot over cm7r2 can cause hboot brick, he needs downgrade hboot.

[Q] I need help. I cant go back to stock rom? need Indian Ruu with hboot 1.18.0000

I have several problems. I have htc one v primou cid: HTC__038
First my phone got stuck in bootloop. I had recovery before and wiped everything.But now i dont have and i cant flash it :/
I cant flash or erase something with fastboot .I can only relock and unlock bootloader. When i try to flash via fastboot i get ( Remote image update error ) <- Big problem<- since i cant flash recovery i cant install another rom...
So i found my only option from here http://forum.xda-developers.com/showthread.php?t=1674226 was to extract rom.zip from Ruu and rename it to PK76IMG.zip and put it back in sd-card but i get error (my hboot is 1.18.000 ) and only indian ruu i found on internet was 1.17.0000 there are no INDIAN ruu with hboot 1.17.0000 , i cant find it...
Btw i found right stock indian rom http://forum.xda-developers.com/showthread.php?t=2005968 but i cant do anything with it because i dont have TWRP recovery to back up that stock Indian rom.
Can someone help me about that error while trying to flash recovery ( its not about recovery ) i tryied several recoverys for htc one v from ruu and i tried from indian ruu also but i cant flash :crying: . Is there solution for this problem ? Is there INDIAN RUU with hboot 1.18.0000 ???
Is there a way to downgrade my hboot to 1.17.0000?

I can't flash anything via fastboot if i could i would flash recovery and install another rom... or back up stock rom :/

if your phone just unlock bootloader and still s-on you must flashing boot.img too after every installed any new rom..
you can find boot.img from the ROM.zip it self...just extracted the ROM.zip then you can find it there..

you mean that you've already flashing boot.img through fastboot after flashing the rom it self but the result is bootloop..?

yes exactly.installed the rom,installed the boot.img from rom.zip and then bootloop and enter to cwm

no,installed another rom,stock but rooded and the phone boots up normaly.why this happens with arhd???i need a rom like stock one

I don't know too what exactly the problem is..but just guest...maybe ARHD rom can't support just unlocked bootloader device, maybe must be s-off too..
If you want still try another ROM like stock but ICS version and with just a little tweaked..you can try SVHD ROM too..that most stable and good battery life rom that i've ever try until now..

I need stock recovery.img and boot.img for HTC Desire 601 Dual Sim. Can someone uploads this files? Because i didn't know files from regular version of Desire 601 incompatible with Dual Sim version. I flashed via fastboot boot and recovery img files from HTC Desire 601 one sim version.

Find another guy who also owns a Desire 6160 (zara_dug) and use CydiaImpactor to get temporary root, then extract boot and recovery from emmc.
Note that for CydiaImpactor or any other root tool exploits master key loophole to work, the Desire 6160 must be running on firmware 1.16. Those loopholes get fixed in firmware 1.18, and that's why one should not press "Update Now" too fast.

I tried, without out root privilege no one can extract boot or recovery from stock system.

I USED CYDIA IMPCTOR on my other samsung....it workd....u hv binarys instaleed then what u hv to do is install the SUPERSU app from playstore then u know d rest how will u extract...!!! i saw....it gives us d temporary privlage...after i used it i ran dat root checker....it showd we have root on my samsung....so u js do install dat super su and then u hv rooted device

Impactor doesn't work on 1.18 firmware He explained you that... It's working on 1.16 that means STOCK 601 Dual Sim w/o Update

Extracted from 0P4EIMG_ZARA_DUG_JB422_SENSE50_HTCCN_CHS_CU_1.16.1402.3 RUU zip, using ruuveal.

Failed to attached files in previous post.
Please unzip recovery_signed.zip to get recovery_signed.img.
EDIT:
Please don't flash this boot_signed.img!! Flash it then you won't be able to register to network!! No idea why.

What is not working?
The whole RUU zip is 770M, I don't have a good place to upload to.
