1) You need to have Samsung 4.3 Bootloader or newer. Please use latest KitKat Bootloader if you wish to be able to plug your phone while turn off.
(Please note that you don't have to update your bootloader unless you want to, now that Agni 4.3.9 kernel lets you charge your phone while being off.)
2) TWRP 2.8.5.0 recovery is recommended.(Linked: TWRP thread
3) Next, remember to backup your app and your efs folder. That's something that you always should do before flashing anything
4) Go to TWRP recovery via pressing home + power + volume up button at the same time.
5) Make a nandroid backup if you haven't done so.
6) Use the "Clean to install a new rom" option in Wipe Data and system.(clean installation recommended means wipe internal)
7) (Reminder) Remember that everything you flash you do it at your own risk so do your research before flashing anything.
8) Now go to choose to install the rom zip file.
9) Flash the rom. It should take less than 10 minutes till it boots.
10)For those getting black screen or stuck on the boot animation after flashing the rom, please reboot to recovery and flash Angi kernel 4.3.9 to make it boot.
11) Enjoy the ROM
** If coming from a CM/AOSP ROM, flash a TW ROM before trying to flash DN4**

We are coming from here.
As some of you know Note 3 features started to be ported to Note 2 N7100 in the thread MOD: Note3 apps for Note2.
Initial members of the E-Team thought it would be better to release a full rom instead of a mod rom in order to avoid compatibility issues and to be able to solve bugs and bring more N3 features faster, so that's what they did and they ended porting all the N3 features except the camer in the DN3 ROM for the Galaxy Note 2 N7100.
Now the DN3 family has expanded and we also can get Note 3 features in more Note 2 variants.

FLASHING INSTRUCTIONS FOR DN5V2 4.4.2
Rom links are below in the Downloads
You need to have Samsung 4.3 Bootloader or newer. (But not required)
Make sure you have the latest TWRP/CWM recovery installed.
Next, remember to backup your apps and your efs folder. That's something that you always should do before flashing anything.
Go to TWRP/CWM recovery via pressing home + power + volume up button at the same time.
Make a Nandroid backup of your working system, if you haven't done so.
Its best to do a clean install for any new Rom (clean installation recommended includes internal storage)
In TWRP Recovery hit wipe, and slide to factory data reset system. (Internal won't be touched fyi)
In PHILZ Recovery Format Internal SDCard (in mounts and storage) and do Factory reset (I will install a new ROM option in PhilZ)
(Reminder) Remember that everything you flash you do it at your own risk so do your research before flashing anything!!
Now find the location of the Rom on your external and install it.
Flashing the Rom zip.
It should take less than 10 minutes till it boots...

Twrp Recovery
Philz Recovery
If flashing with Twrp and after wiping your complete system (including internal). When you try to flash the Rom and you get a Failed!! Then reboot recovery which will tell you no Os installed. Swipe to reboot the recovery, then it going to ask if you want to flash Root. Just hit DO NOT INSTALL and the phone will reboot. Start from #10

You can flash this Rom if your still on the 4.1.2 bootloader. But your going to have to flash Agni Kernel for Wi-Fi to function correctly. If by any chance after flashing the Rom and its stuck at the Samsung Logo. Reboot back into recovery and flash the Rom again on top of what you just done without wiping anything, then the Rom should boot up with no problems.

[*] Dowload the rom DN3 v3.1.1 (LTE Edition), copy it to your phone and reboot to recovery mode and flash the zip.
[*] It's VERY Important to select N7105 in the installation screen.
[*] The installation should take around 2 minutes. If it takes only some seconds you might need to re-flash the rom (aroma sometimes say installation complete after less than 30 seconds installing files).
[*] The first boot can take between 3-5 minutes, so just wait.

Galaxy Note 2 ATT SGH-i317:
Wipe from Aroma won't wipe anything. Wipe from recovery before flashing should work if you do as mentioned in the instructions below
In theory you should be fine if you do dirty flash from another 4.3 rom such as DN3 v1.0 or SN10
We recommend TWRP 2.6.3.1 to flash this rom.
You need 4.3 boot loader.
Have both TWRP and latest CWM on your external SD Card along with Ditto Note 3.1.1
Flash TWRP 2.6.3.1, go into Wipe and slide to do the Factory Reset.

1-EVERY TIME YOU REPORT A BUG, PLEASE MENTION WHAT'S YOUR NOTE 2 MODEL.
2-If you are facing FC on a concrete app, then clear data of the app that is having FC. Everything should go without any fc.
Updates will be coming soon. On first days the development was slow because I had to do lot of things from the phone and the rest of E-Team members had to help me without having all the files and without having this GN2 model. Now I got a computer and @leeomendes joined the team to help with the DN3 rom for LTE phones so the updates will arrive to our N2 variants almost as soon as they are released for DN3 N7100

I guess what the other guy was trying to say is there is no link to your ROM in the OP.
Just so you are aware. Palm swipe for screenshot doesn't work. Also removing pen and setting to open air command causes soft reboot every time.

Go to settings/controls/s pen/pen detach options and check none. If anything other than that is checked phone will reboot.

Thank you for your continuous interest in my work. I am happy to announce a new updated version of my Samy Deluxe ROM but please do not expect new versions on a daily basis. I release whenever I feel like and there is no masterplan or schedule I follow. As the Clash said, “the future is unwritten”, which means this could be the last Samy Deluxe update, or another step towards my world domination plan. Who knows?
First Samy Deluxe Release based on Android 5.0 Lollipop
This latest release is finally based on Android Lollipop but still fully adheres to my Samy Deluxe principles. No fancy-bull**** tweaks, no super-secret sauce is included, every element is straight to the point. It includes many (read carefully: not all!) Galaxy S6 features and apps, because I strongly believe this is what Samsung should have brought to all of its devices instead of forcing people to upgrade their hardware twice a year whenever Samsung releases a new flagship smartphone.
Since I am not a developer I haven’t been able to fully port all existing Galaxy S6 features. There are things missing which I am not able to fix.
I am also not including detailed instructions on how to flash this onto your Galaxy S4 because most people will not read it. If you were able to successfully flash a prior Samy Deluxe ROM version you will be able to do so again.
I installed the ROM pretty much like everybody else does. I copied the file to the internal disk, rebooted into recovery, went through the AROMA-Installer and kept my fingers crossed afterwards for a while since the very first boot up process takes an endless time.
I encourage everybody to take and modify this in every possible way and I neither don’t mind if you credit it or not, nor can I control what you are doing. Even though I must admit that I have some advanced mind control skills that will probably trick you into keep coming back here on a daily basis.
Or, to make a long story short: Use it!

Do I have to full wipe before installation?
Yes, most probably you will get some errors so a full wipe (can be done via Aroma Installer) is recommended.
Do I have to flash a bootloader or modem?
Please use a Lollipop bootlader and modem if you encounter errors. Which one doesn't matter. Do not ask where to get them or how to flash. This is a development thread. Seak assistance in an appropriate thread - there is plenty of help here at XDA but you want everything directly served to you. Well, sorry but this is a "bring your own beer party"!

After you choose "install zip" it is an option twoard the bottom. Uncheck that.

I don't know about original 4.3 builds, all I can say is that I switched between 4.3 and 4.4 custom ROMs without a problem, but AGAIN: I don't know about official builds/stock odin packages.

Hello there , Did you use @friedrich420 rom as base mate? and why arent you giving him any credit or something. or your part of hes team? hehe and Sound setting is Fcing when i try to change the volume
I did use the SecSettings.apk that was posted here a couple of days ago. I credited the thread starter. If that was taken from somewhere else I am sorry and will credit as stated in my first post.
Volume works fine here and is no issue so I guess you must have dirty flashed or something.

may be there is some problem in ur pc. check it again

This rom is fantastic. Luv the way u have made it mostly "kitkat"ish.
1, The dark transparent backgrounds work beaurifully and the additional apps from Xposed does wonders.
2,Very stable.
3, Camera works but the default is down at 8mp even with patch. So the best thing to use is Lenovo Super Cam apk.
4, This rom can fool anybody that its kitkat since even the easter egg portrays it.
5, External mem shows as internal. Although most will prefer it, I prefer default since the phone has enough space for apps. So I modified that with a small change in the vold.fstab file. If anyone needs the same, buzz me.

This is a extremely good rom but there are some problems
1. Photosphere laggy (we cant say its working at all)
2. Unused sim stays at the statusbar.
Else its the best rom yet for the device.And the looks are awesome.

I dunno about the photosphere issue since i use Supercam but in order to get rid of the unused sim bars, just use Xposed Framework, Gravitybox module. In that, you will find the option to hide inactive signal bars under status bar tweaks or some similar option. Did the trick for me mate. Cheers:good:

you have made an amazing ROM buddy wanted to thank you since i installed it
but my posts were not 10 so could not post it here
although the ROM is very stable but will you be working on anymore updates on it ,
and also is it actual kitkat or just themed jellybean
also THE XTHEMER DOESN'T WORKS
IT WOULD BE REAL GREAT HELP IF YOU CAN PROVIDE THE STOCK PROXIMITY CALL ANSWER FEATURE IN NEXT UPDATE .
ANYWAYS A VERY STABLE ROM KEEP UP

for the xtheme problem when it says action needed just press the back button... and you will get the xtheme interface.

just google it.. there is an xda thread also for it... u will get apks and install them
Amazing rom !
We do have to fix 3 things on our own though like internal memory shows as external can be easily fixed by replacing the vold.fstab file in system/etc by another custom vold.fstab file .then camera patch provided in the OP by extracting them and then replacing the ones in system/lib and setting permissions to rw-r-r. And making sure you do a reboot after each change .
A lot of tedious work but yes a very stable rom no issues yet not in wifi not in anything at all

• You can now directly apply Star wars special edition theme on your Galaxy Device running One UI 2.0
• Tested on Samsung Galaxy A50.
For Android 10 :
• Directly install any one of the three apk files.
• Apply the theme from Settings > Themes > My stuff

Well it is working on my note 8 but it need more modifications as the dialer, settings and gallery are not themed well in addition the sounds are not set on my phone but it is very good as a start keep it up
It's working nice but I am a note 10 plus user and I really liked the s pen sound effects so can you update it?

if you use custom one ui installer it won't install properly I guess.
What about an 8.0 device
I have a samsung j7 max running 8.0 so will it work on it??

• Don't use Custom One UI installer and hex installer, the theme won't apply properly. Only specific themes are designed to work on them.
• I don't want Samsung moderators to pull off this thread as the Star wars edition is just out.
• You can always use apps like package disabler pro to keep using Theme permanently. There are hundreds of tutorials on package disabler pro on YouTube.

• The theme was designed to work only on One UI devices.
• You can always download it and give a try, it's free. I currently don't have any Samsung Oreo device to test on.
• Anyways, I feel Batman Injustice theme from S7 edge was waay cooler, you should try that.

Did you followed the steps properly ?
My note 10+ has successfully applied the theme.
1) EXTRACT the B]Darkside RC.apk from the .ZIP file.
2) Download the APK installer app mentioned above.
3) OPEN APK installer app and Install the Darkside RC.apk
4) Open Samsung theme store and apply the theme.
Other users have already applied theme on their devices.

Yea I did all of that, I hit install says it installed and nothing changes saying it installed, or in the theme store saying its there
Working fine on factory unlocked Note 10+ with Android 10 beta for 10 minutes. Having an issue killing the 10 minute time out rule. Tried package disabler and no luck either.
