Hima ul and uhl? - One (M9) Q&A, Help & Troubleshooting

Hi
I'm new to htc my device is himauhl does it support himaul roms?
I've found in Cyanogen Mod roms for himaul only so I'm little confused

Any help?

Hi I had the same questions and find out what to do. If you want to flash a himaul cm rom you must delete the following line at
META-INF/com/google/android/updater-script
: assert(hima.verify_trustzone("TZ.BF.3.0.R1-00142","TZ.BF.3.0.R1-00193") == "1");
After that you can flash the rom on himaul and himauhl devices. Hope I helped you
PS: I have tested the rom it works, no problems

si solo dice hima tienes que buscar el modelo (el modelo está en la parte trasera al final) del teléfono para verificar que tipo de hima es.:bueno:

Yes. Check out the downgrading threads in android development section. Please read before posting questions, you obviously didnt.

I read them all, in android development section there are guides to downgrade from 2.3x, not from 2.5x, and all they say to root the device with gingerbreak: this doesn't work for me (i left it trying for 4 hours with no luck).
This is why i asked the question: to downgrade i need to root it, and it doesn't seem possibile... Is it?
Hi, try to flash simply another original rom that you can root
it worked for me.
Sorry for my english...
I heard that gingerbreak wont work on 2.50.............

Just follow the guides and jump directly to flashing the downgraded ROM. You do not need to use gold card or root or anything.

XDA is an english forum so try to keep it to English. It's okay even if it's not perfect English
If you updated to 2.50 and is S-ON, you won't be able to downgrade and will have to wait. If you are S-OFF, you can directly flash the 1.32 RUU.

I had the same problem updated to 2.50.405.2 and had no root and s-on i followed this guide to temp root (link at the bottom of post) but used ultimate multi tool to create the gold card and used the link in the app to create the goldcard.img.
I am now back to 1.32.405.6 ready to root, s-off and custom rom
good luck!!

note: ultimate multi tool does have a temp root option for gingerbread but does not work correctly.

Hola a todos desde españa
alguien sabe algo del recovery cwm para nuestras A100?
no encuentro informacion por ningun sitio
Well I only speak english but from the title of the post in going to assume you're inquiring about clockworkmod recovery. From what i know there isn't clockworkmod for the A100. The clockworkmod for the A500 has been tried and didn't work on the A100.

From discussions with someone who flashed the A500 CWM, it gave the equivlant of a checksum error when trying to boot into recovery. I can't remember the exact error message off the top of my head, but I think it's the same message you get on the new A500 bootloader when you muss up recovery.
I'm thinking the A100 bootloader is very similar to the new A500 bootloader.
I'm thinking of getting one of these at BB and trying to flash mmcblk_start.img from A500 to it along with CWM and a magic'd mmcblk0p7 and see if it'll boot into recovery. (Or do it to a floor model).
Personally, I expect the CWM only come in next month, along with a lot great ROMs of A500.

XOSP-RL7-REV1-OFFICIAL-20161224 install error

When I try to install rom in TWRP I get the following error message:
Updater error process ended with error : 7
Error installing zip file 'external_sd/roms/XOSP-RL7-REV1-OFICIAL-20161224-Z00A.zip'
Does anyone know how to solve this?
PS: Sorry for some error, I'm using google translator to write this message, I'm Brazilian and my English is very bad ..

Hello, XT2016-2 and XT2015-2 seems exactly same !
Do you speak portuguese? Are you from Brazil?
There are only some differences in sensors. XT2016-2 is One Macro and XT2015-2 is G8 Play.
I have exactly build PMDS29.70-81-5 on my moto one macro. I've patched its boot.img with magisk and it is rooted.
Now, I am trying to learn how to build a twrp tree and how to repack logo.bin for removing bootload unlocked message and possibly motorola logos and sounds. I really hate them.
Please, help me with it ! Please :crying:

Root magisk on it is too simple. You just have to extract boot.img from the stock rom and patch it using magisk manager.
For last, you just have to flash it using "fastboot flash boot_a magisk_patched.img"
