[Q] Lg G3 Low light Video test

Guys,
Just a quick q before I go and purchase this set. Is the G3 plauged with the same laggy low light video recording like the G2? That was the one thing that put me off the G2 big time coming from a Galaxy S4. I have been searching online to see a low light video test recording but I have been unable to find one. Everyone keeps talking about the camera, low light shots and laser focusing, but no one mentions how good or bad it is in low light video recording.
If you own one already, can you please shed some light? Or better yet, can you post a video somewhere? Something with a lot of moving subjects in very low light. This would really be useful to me. I know it does 4K too, but not entirely sure of how good that is either. A video of both would be great.
Furthermore, what is your take on this phone? How much better is it compared to the G2? I have had a G2 for 6 months now. The battery life is the best I have experienced but it gradually declines in strength or maybe its the amount of apps that I keep putting on it. I have done a full reset twice to fix the problem, but the battery is not as good as it was when I started using the phone. I wish there was an app that would give true usage of the battery, I dont trust the android battery app.
Anyways, lets focus on the most important questions, whats the video like in low light?
What I have heard the G3 is better in low light but still have the watercolor effect. The shutter speed is a bit lower than G2 some reviwer said. I'll think that low-light is an Achilles for most cameras with the same sensor, optics and pixel. This is what HTC wanted to fight with the 2um sensor and Apple with 1.5. Still it's more or less the same technology as before and the results should be in line with that. Better software and other ways of doing stuff like focus but the baseline sets the restriction.

The best part is it can all be edited and configured!
Will be ditching my S5 for the G3 ASAP! and I'm a heavy camera/video user.
I'd like to know the answer too..not just about low light, but in general, regarding the video.
Don't forget, we have a modded camera.apk now, thanks to Gishnu and Hendrickson.

It's low light 4K video of Hong Kong, hope this helps.
I'm curious about it too, and also if it can cope with very high volume recording, like videos of concerts and stuff...

[Q] LG G3 vs DSLR? (help)

I have a LG G3 and it does the job, but does Nikon D3200 worth buying? i really like take photographs, but LG G3 withoutzoom looks very good even in low light conditions! would it worth spend money on D3200? i think G3 records better videos those 4K videos look impressive while D3200 dont look good, from videos i see... btw i have shoot a Nikon D7100 thats why i want a DSLR, but im a bit confused if worth or not?
i want an opinion from anyone that owns both something similiar to D3200 and do a comparasion if i would buy it or not?
thanks
The Nikon will blow the G3 away. In good light (the G3 always has awkward noise reduction) but especially in low(er) light conditions.
The sensor size of the 3200 is in the order of magnitudes larger and will henceforth make substantially better photographs

This I really do not know... Can only compare the G3 with my D90 DSLR but I don't use the latter for video (focussing is very awkward imho)

G3's Audio quality when recording concerts (or really loud music in general)

I realized that there were a few posts regarding the audio quality of a video recorded during a concert/festival/really loud music scenes. A couple of them were questions, and some were answers with videos which have now been removed or blocked by Youtube due to their legal constraints. So I decided to post my video in hopes to help those who would like to know how good or bad the G3 performs in such loud environment. Please read on.
So, last week, I finally got a chance to record a video of a concert using my G3, and at first I feared that the audio quality will be sub-par again, like my GS3 or Nitro HD, etc. I feared that although the video will look amazing, the sound will crackle and break and hiss etc. Well, hear it for yourself below.
Do note that I chose to record the video using the camera's Slo-Mo feature, which resulted in the video being in 720p only but at 120Hz. Unfortunately, for some reason, the quality of the video is actually lower than 720p, where you can see pixelation at times and at others just blurriness. I have some other videos that are in the normal 4K mode, I will upload it when I find it.

So after watching the video, I'm sure you guys are pleased to know that the audio quality on this phone is amazing. Not a loss in clarity, and the bass does not crackle or break, and the different levels are clearly distinguishable. Singer's voice is sharp and clear, even the background singers can be heard as well. I say we have a winner in a concert camera phone!
Very close to the stage at the last Crue concert...extremely loud. Clear as a bell.
Impressive stuff. The distortion-free sound was one of my favorite things about my old One M7, I was wondering how well the G3 could deal with it seeing as they glossed over it at the reveal event but no one else has mentioned it.
I'm curious about how they've gone about achieving this, I'm guessing it has something to do with that sound "filter" that is applied to videos as you record them, I wasn't a fan of it in the past as it made background sounds and such sound muffled, but it does make voices a lot clearer and if it means that the G3 keeps its cool in loud environments, I guess I can live with it.

Samsung galaxy tab s video quality

Hi all, I am actually a new tablet user but I do have some background regarding it, anyway I recently bought samsung galaxy tab s cuz I was amazed by how amazing it is esp it's resolution, so I was happy and I bought it cuz I love watching movies and videos and such and everyone recommended this tablet to me, but once I bought it I tried hd movies in it, the color contrast was obviously amazing but I didn't like the video quality it was not clear and kinda fuzzy and blurry, on my pc it was so clear obviously cuz it's 1080p resolution but I was disappointed it wasn't that clear on my tab s, I tried different movies but it was the same, is there way to make the quality as good as good as my pc or at least clear? Or cuz my tab s support only 1440p? And also when I tried watching videos on YouTube it was the same fuzzy and blurry even when using 1080p resolution, Is there a way to fix that as well? Sorry for the dummy question but I had to ask maybe I'm doing Sth wrong, would appreciate any help.
