Hello All,
After many attempts for several days to fix this problem after update to MM, i found this way and it's works perfect with me.
1.. Downgrade to lollipop 5.0
2. Root your device and install TWRP recovery
3. install CandySIX Rom
4. Try connect to your carrier network (at the first time it not give you anything ) , try several times
5. Reboot your device now , you will find that your phone connect to you 4G carrier
6. Install CloudyG3 2.5
7. Enjoy
And now everything works well and the problem resolved.
I tried this fix but id didn't work for me.
I have an LG D855 which I bought from China as EU model. Unfortunately it is probably not.
After I install Lollipop, I get the well known "Current version not avaliable for user!" message. Then I installed CandySIX ROM (the latest 1.1 version) and I got the same problem as with CyanogenMod. If my SIM is inserted the phone will hang (with screen shut down) a few seconds after boot. Without SIM everything works fine.
Which versions of ROMs (stock 5.0, CandySix) did you use? Any other advises what should I try?

You had a D855 Taiwan version not a Euro version !
Try to use LG Phone From app to check manufacturer/production information, latest KDZ about your phone

Sorry for my late reply. I was at holliday and didn't have time to check it until now. I don't think my phone is a Taiwan version. According to IMEI the region code is A6GBTN. So it should be a Great Britain phone I believe.
I checked what is the latest firmware for my phone, downloaded the KDZ and installed it using LGUP. But I'm getting the same error. I do believe my "misc" partition is messed up. What could I do?

Look , i don't think that you have a problem with IMEI, it's normal thing to see IMEI and IMEI SV.
you need to try all possible ways to fix it including my way.
Look at this thread [RADIO/MODEM] [d855] LG G3
then choose another modem like 21C ... I'm on 20A modem and everythink works well with me.

hello man,
your phone is not simlocked, all G3 shows this message even if they are unlocked. mine too .
I had the same problem and I thought it was sim locked but after I fixed it in repair shop It was always the same message and my phone working fine!
Can you explain more? how it occured?

Yeah try 2g but no network I think its modem and radio problam I just update jellybean to MM now I got this no net work and also lock may be I try all modem with stock MM and but not try to flash 4.4.2 last time I flash 4.4.2 single work but no network

My phone e988 was jtag yesterday. I went to mobile repair shop and they helped me to fix jtag and flashed F240K on it. Now everything fine, IMEI showing. SIM or cell number is showing but I am getting service Disabled. Also upon searching network manually I am getting nothing just white sceen or menu.
Sometime it show Unkown Network or operator network info not available.
Anyone Got any idea how to fix ?

Have you jtaged it ? Remove battery and insert it again and power ON it and check if you see lg logo on it

You have to go back to stock ROM via TOT file method not kdz. It will work.

Well by the grace of almighty i came up from the Black hole .. Flashin sphinx rom made everything ok. many many thanx for the suggestions made by everyone.
I think it was dependent on both the baseband and build.prop. i have no idea how it worked but it will be a pleasure if someone comes up with explanations..:good:

Flashing Sphinx v1.5 resolved my problem and I got my signals back. Can call, receive call and RECEIVE messages, WIFI works but can not SEND messages. Checked SMSC Number and found it OK. Can anyone tell me how to come out of this issue (Message not sent error)?

Did you go back to a stock ROM before flashing VUPMP? If the problem persists, it sounds like you may need to make so bold on a clean slate, and flash some TOT/KDZ.
Hey guys.
Are there still any regions in europe that hasn't recived KK until now?
I am from slovenia, no sign of update here. I contacted my operator, they said they don't have anything to do with it, that they will release it within few days when they get it. I also tried PC suite and LG mobile support tool, they both say i have latest SW installed.
I hope we won't be left behind.
PS, my OG is E97510J.
Im from Slovenia and I also dont have the update... We have to wait for SWS/Switzerland release, which isn't available yet.
Download the LG KDZ Flasher 2014 and flash the new kdz in download mode, it's practically risk free.

I have F180L (korean) but i flashed an English 4.1.2 firmware on it and have flashed KK Rom on it. How am i supposed to get official firmware update with a rom flashed on it? Any ideas?

Will doing something like that can unlock bootloader, I mean if we edit unlock.bin and put our device id will it unlock the bootloader there is no further security.
Please update me on this I also have H815 SEA and I would also like to enjoy CM if this is possible.

I did...got the message LG H815 SEA or SEA Arrow don't support unlocking bootloader or can't be unlocked.

They have said officially that H815 SEA don't support unlocking bootloader, it happened for a short period of time which was meant for internal testing purpose.
Now I don't know what else can be done.

Flashing a 811 kdz should work in term but high rate of failure and hardbrick. It's the only way that we could use to unlock !
I'm planning to flash a turkish kdz version numbered of v20g. Creator of the thread says it can be flashed on every variant

Hi guys,
I need help to solve a very "interesting" problem with my device.
Short description:
- Model Huawei m2-803L.
- Installed the latest firmware version: m2-803LC233B215 (Android 6.0, 4.0 EMUI).
- The device is ROOTED - TWRP (twrp-3.0.2-0-mozart) + (SuperSU Pro, bought it).
- Installed Google play V7.2.x and several different applications.
So looks like everything works as it should before I've inserted SIM card (the first time).
My actions I did with:
1. After installation all of the above - the device has been connected to WiFi network and I have an Internet access. Also I have mobile 3G access when I disabled WiFi.
2. After Reboot/Shutdown of the device - I have connection ONLY to the mobile network.
3. I see all the available WiFi networks, but can't connect to them. Even I can't connect to my saved WiFi - getting the error 'Connection timeout.' And the same situation when I am trying to connect to my other WiFi (not saved on the device).
4. Playing with other settings 'Forget network' or 'Airplane mode' - doesn't affect that problem.
5. Clear Cache and/or Dalvick Cache - doesn't affect that problem.
6. I've unrooted device + recovery a boot section - doesn't affect that problem.
7. When I did a 'Factory Reset' - the problem has gone and new installation starts up and within that process was successfully connected to my WiFi. Up to first reboot (the SIM card has inserted). And after that - the same scenario... see description above.
So as I understand - the problem is in Data partition after SIM card was inserted - some values were saved there.
Maybe someone knows what could be the problem? Something is certain software and I have the root rights, so probably it can be fixed... Or I did something wrong?
Please help me to solve that problem! I have no ideas anymore...

C233 is not suitable for dualcu models

I didn't change the firmware version. A month ago the tablet has got an official update via wifi... So the current firmware has been from the start.
Hmm, please advise me how to change it to the suitable version and where could I get it.

I read on some Chinese site, that wifi is known issue on some devices, after update

7. When I did a 'Factory Reset' - the problem has gone and new installation starts up and within that process was successfully connected to my WiFi. Up to first reboot (the SIM card has inserted). And after that - the same scenario... see description above.
So as I understand - the problem is in Data partition after SIM card was inserted - some values were saved there.
Maybe someone knows what could be the problem? Something is certain software and I have the root rights, so probably it can be fixed... Or I did something wrong?
Please help me to solve that problem! I have no ideas anymore...

which version of SuperSU used to root ?

Why do you think the old ROM installation will solve the problem I have? Actually I have the latest official ROM now...

Hello, i have been using the Nougat V29a for a very long time now, i was using the Poland Beta, and now the SezerSimsek.. but ! in those two, the animations are very sluggish and laggy, i tried everything, full reset, wipe cache and reflash a clean version, but nothing is working.
is there any new V29 i can flash using LGUP or LG Flash Tool ?

Uhm .. They are IDENTICAL. Sezer just kanged the v29a we catched from Poland and created a TOT file out of it. That's all so no wonder you have the same issues on "both".
What's your model? As long as it's not a h818 consider to unlock your device and you could even use oreo ..

hello, thanks for your reply, my model is H815P , and i do not want to use UsU, as far as i know, i cannot unlock it officially by LG.
i looked at the forus, but, nothing mentioned that you can unlock the device (other than the already supported device models).
