What's AOSP ?
AOSP is Android as Google publish without other modifications. More or less AOSP is the Nexus devices stock rom without gapps.
We added few non-AOSP features for a better user experience and we NOT going to add something other.
What's CodeAurora Forums ?

-Read Everything Carefully
Please Flash Latest MIUI zip and boot it once before Flashing this ROM
If you have flashed it recently then please ignore
Reason behind this is I didnt flashed any MIUI zip after first MIUI6 unofficial build and was facing weird issues in the ROM. After flashing latest MIUI those bugs and issues we gone
-Download TWRP, Rom, GAPPS & SuperSU (in case you need root)
-Flash TWRP in Fastboot Mode Linked in Downloads Section below // VERY IMPORTANT
-Boot Into TWRP
-Perform A Full Wipe (you dont have to wipe your internal SD)
-Flash Rom, GAPPS & SuperSU (in case you need root)
-Reboot to System

Perform a clean install once again with correct wipes.... I had lag issues nd heating with other 'aospb' rom but after i clean flashed it it got smooth...so try clean flash once again

Dont worry i wont spam the thread with xposed and all...i asked cuz i faced bootloop on the other aospb rom after second reboot...so i had to flash it again.....so to avoid that situation only i asked.....thanks for the quick reply....
ROM is fabulous. Keep up the good work.
It is smooth (not joking, it can be felt) and battery backup is quiet good so far,

I tested and i can say that
Performance is worst
Battery issue as i said earlier but you joked me
I played asphalt 8 not playable even in low quality
Camera quality nt good at all
No modifications
Antutu score is 19876 only how?? Lol
Sorry to say that rom is nt perfect at all
Does it make sense to have on-screen buttons when the device has hw buttons?

RRO is just like the cm 12 theme engine..
But it doesn't support cm 12 themes.
It supports only themes layers theme.
Overall it is theme engine.

Layers is basically an app that lets you mainly theme your device by using the internal code in Lollipop (RRO). It utilizes the code very well so you can theme individual apps too with it.

And found bugs, cpu min freq locked at 1190 and cpu max freq locked at 1593
Nice rom... So far no fc, bug I've gotten is taking quite long time to activate the internet after data off

I added also 3 non-AOSP features for a better user experience (Advanced Reboot, "Clear All" button in Recents and an option to delete screenshots from the notification area) and I'm NOT going to add something other.

How can I install it?
-Requires a custom recovery

thanks for the buttery smooth rom but one bug i have to report. Sim one data connection is not working neither in 3g nor in 2g. Though i haven't tried sim 2 yet.

The data connection problem happened to me. Unfortunately I could not finish the setup because I didn't have WiFi around, so I reverted to my previous ROM without having the chance of getting a logcat :-\

About Project:
Cardinal-AOSP is a Custom ROM which was initially based on AOSPB, then we changed our mind and rebased it to AOSP-RRO, to get better compatibility with most of the devices, Cardinal is being built with Uber toolchain, with most of uber optimizations, with full Substratum Support and with minimal customization, the main aim of this ROM is to bring stock AOSP experience as possible while maintaining performance, smoothness and good battery backup. Hey dude, the best ROM 7.x.x that a ever test! The best backup battery its in this ROM, no mayor bugs only little details but dont affect. This ROM have potencial i will follow this proyect. Dude if i wanna give ideas for the ROM with who?

AOSP Camera dont have the option to save Photos in External Storage, but you can mover it manual it

As Aijen alreardy said AOSP Camera does not provide such a option but you could use the great Open Camera App instead.

What is Code Aurora Forums ?
Code Aurora Forum (CAF) is a consortium of companies with projects serving the mobile wireless industry. Software projects it concerns itself with are e.g. Android for MSM, Femto Linux Project, LLVM, MSM WLAN and Linux-MSM. Code Aurora is basically AOSP plus all Qualcomm specific enhancements and optimization.
What is AOSP-CAF ?
AOSP-CAF is meant to join AOSP and CAF projects into a widely usable repository,

PecanCM's AOSP is based on Google's pure AOSP with only device specific additions. This AOSP-CAF is mixture of both AOSP and some goodies/patches/fixes/upstream changes from Code Aurora Forum. Plus it has theme engine! Just install Substratum app from play store. You'll notice the differences when you'll flash this ROM.
Thanks for the reply brother! One more thing - am I going to lose dual SIM feature if I flash SuperSU after flashing the patch, or am I going to lose root if I flash dual SIM patch after SuperSU like it was happening in AOSP?

A few things that I noticed:
Everything works perfectly as supposed to(except Camera app - mainly Video recording).
Dual SIM persists even after flashing SuperSU.
SIM networks fluctuate for a while after first boot.
ROM Updated
AOSP-CAF Updated. Reverted to Camera2. Fixed video recording issue. Enjoy!

The kernel within the ROM is not working with my Sony M - with normal boot it stucks with SONY on the screen, trying to upgrade the rom wia recovery it says "no e/ -- SD card not found"
Solution:
I took TWRP 3.0.20 for the device - SD card is now present - img can be flashed via recovery
I wanted to use it but my phone died ;--;

Instruction to RUN Viper+DolbyATMOS:
--Download AML, DolbyAtmos, Viper from Above
--Flash Magisk, then sequentially flash DolbyAtmos, then Viper, then AML
--Reboot!
Now to use Viper, open Viper App, tap three dot button, then hit close, then again open Viper, it will work perfectly!

@thedeadfish59 can you create a mirror on mega.nz ? the afh work fine but mega have bater download speed ☺
ROM is stable but not as smooth as cypherOS. Video not loading in instagram (not sure whether its rom issue). All in all its a pretty good build. As time goes on and we get more and more builds it'll become smoother and smoother.

I will try, but cant confirm, as AFH is my personal choice and thats handy for me as well as for other devs, xda also recommends, but keeping that in mind

and I know why this issue is occurring, the fixed build will be released soon, have patience, as it was initial release, i didnt test this build that much for office pressures, discussed with Renan, I will fix it soon
It worked b4 thn i switched to another rom , and came back to RR .. Log in my acc , Restored Gdrive backup , all worked fine , but when i go to a certain app info and click on permissions , package installer crashes !
