[6045O] (Orange Version Only) NEED Stock "build.prop" - Onetouch Idol 3 Android Development

Hello. @Unjustified Dev has been developing CyanogenMod 12.1 and it has been going swell! However, there is a snag with compatibility. The 6045 O version needs this file, so anyone with O version on stock, message me for help if you need it, and if you have it, send it my way. Have a good day.

[Q] Kitkat for rooted HTC

Greetings-
Is there any way I can get Kitkat on a device that I have rooted? What information do I need to provide so you can help me with this? I can connect to my phone via adb. I need this version for a functionality which is supported only on this version. Can I perhaps compile my own kernel? This is a test phone for me, and as long as I can test the app I am writing, I'll be happy. I say this since I know compiling my own kernel is risky.
Can anyone give me any help?

There currently isn't a recovery available to flash KK to this device, therefore, there are no KK ROM's for this device (HTC EVO 4G).

Roms for Sprint Harmon/kardon Compatible? S-off?

I would like to do some testing with some of the sprint roms, but the builds are to high, mine being the latest 1.54. The non hk are in the 3. + range. Im rooted fine with the latest team win. Would anyone know a good xda link to help me get something going? OC Kernels compatible, ect. Everything seems to be non hk based. My last try was team venom, which had force closes and like the said....broken wifi. Any point in the right direction would be a godsend. All the best !!!

The broken wifi and FCs is because your firmware is outdated. You are s-off. Update your firmware using one of the many tutorials on this site, and you can run all of the 4.4.4 ROMs with no problems.
This is one thread with firmware downloads and instructions.

Revert Dev edition with BOF1 to KK?

Cant find an exact answer to this question. I am considering giving a KK Rom a run on my rooted dev edition, but I currently have a BOF1 Rom installed (MoROM). Can I get back to 4.4 safely? Is it just a matter of using ODIN and the proper firmware? Thanks.

You might try finding that information here. Or at least @radionerd might be the person who would know. It seems to me like if you have a KK bootloader it might work or if you have the BOF1 B/L it might not. But I really don't know for sure.

I am a regular user. Don't want or need too much. Just updated rom. Prefer marshmelo that work working good with no problems and with easy install..
Which rom is compatible for me?
Blisspop Marshmallow! I am using it for some days now and its very stable and running on Android 6.0.1.

Try Eclipse V5 if you want a TW rom. I am using it. I just flash it two weeks ago. I also on stock 4.4.2 before this. First time flashing. Never knowing soo much about rom and other stuff. Make sure you read a lot before flashing. Most of the instruction can get online. Although V6 is out, but i still stick with V5. Most V5 info can get from "[ROM][GT-N7100][TW 4.4.4] Eclipse By AC" under "Galaxy Note II Original Android Development". Happy flashing.

i have been using android version 5.1.1 based on CM 12.1 by ivan meler and i have been using this phone with this rom for the past two months , it's development has been completed that means it is the most finished version with literally 0 bug or lags and i must say i didn't expected this kind of performance at all ... this made me revert back to my note from my iphone 6 (you can imagine the smoothness of this rom) i would not recommend you marshmallow based roms becasue about 20 days i tried one and it had issue so if you use this device as a daily driver i would say go for 5.1.1 roms instead and CM 13&MM is still in development phase that means developers are still making it worthy .
you can hit the thanks button if i helped if anyhow .. if you need any noob friendly guide on how to root and install custom roms you can always ask me .. and there are quite of few tutorials on xda a well as Youtube

Yes it's based on CM but I tested some Marshmallow Roms and this ROM is really good.
Try Ivan Meler's Cyanogenmod 13 Rom ( Android 6.0.1 Marshmallow).
It´s pretty stable and i had no problems until build 6.
Wirth build 7 there is a problem with bluetooth for some people.

All the custom ROMs (not Samsung official) must be installed with a custom recovery like TWRP or ClockworkMod. The custom recovery can be installed with Odin.
I have been like a month with CM13 and I had no problems, but if you want a stable ROM, install an older one like CM12.1 aka Lollipop.

OK. And how it's update?
From 12 to 13 When will be stable. Need again flash and wipe or OTA update?
Try Dr. Ketan's kit Kat, N3, N4 and S5 features. Truly superb. Great battery life, Viper FX for sound. Stable. Tried many but always come back to this one.

sense based 6.0.1 roms

there is still a ROM thats sense based running android 6? i need one to use sunshine. but my luck finding one have been terrible? maybe someone can help me?(tested with slim6 and cm13.1 but those are incompatible, sunshine ask for a more stockish rom)
Edit 1: if i could get a link to the 3.38.502.41 ruu.exe that would be even better too(cant find any way other than that to go back to my original rom)
Wait, you're trying to update the AT&T branded version of the M9? Of course you can't use the dev edition OTA, then.
And if you aren't using an AT&T sim card in your phone then it's no miracle that you don't receive the AT&T Nougat OTA, either. That restriction has already been discussed several times here in the Q&A section.
In regard to the custom roms: did you check the websites of the sense rom dev teams? All older versions of their roms are still available, there. You only need to compare the changelogs for finding the correct rom version for your phone.
And in regard to the RUU: it's available in the ReadMe thread. Not Sure why you didn't use it if you already visited/read that thread.
