Changing app permissions - Verizon LG G4

So I'm having trouble changing app permissions on my G4 running MM. To enable Facebook Groups to see or post pictures I have to disable screen overlay in order to change any of the app permissions. I go to disable it and it still won't let me change the app permissions.

Edit: I figured it out it was Lux. I disabled screen overlay for Lux and that fixed it.

Hello Juice3250
I even have a G4 (LG H815, Android 6.0, Kernel 3.10.84) and the apps who cause that problem was a network monitor, who displays the current network activity on top of the screen. And a bluelight filter..
After that I think that only apps who always cover the screen are causing that problem!
Hope that could help you✌

I think most android UID's are particular to your phone. I.e what is 10016 to you may be a different app to me. However, judging by the icon its possibly a native android application that hasn't fully loaded its label or icon. Mine does this occasionally, but exiting and going back in usually solves it. Maybe news and weather app?

It looks like you are correct. Do you have G+ set to automatically upload all taken photos and videos over the cell network?

It looks like you have some automatic reporting going on that is generating that email. I know a lot of FCs (Force Closes) offer to report the issue, and some ROMs format it the same way. Check the settings of your ROM and see if there are any options turned on to automatically send error-reports.
I'm using the official ROM and there are no options like managing the error's report

I've solve this error by change the permission for 'bugmailer.sh'; all what's you need is rooted device and root explorer 'or any apps working as manager of file system
Everything now is working well
Thanks a lot

Had this issue myself in my phone. Replaced my screen first from lg guys, didn't help. Then got the motherboard changed and works fine now. Turns out bad connection between screen and motherboard is causing the trouble

That's from ES File Explorer. You may have clicked on the charge boost option which adds an annoying ad filled lock screen. It can be disabled in the side menu by sliding the toggle over

Another known culprit is Photo Editor Pro on a recent update. When I Uninstalled it the strange ad laced lockscreen went away. They're in direct violation of Google's app ad policies.
Frankly the app should be summarily pulled out of the play store and the developer banned from distributing anything on the play store for life.
