Can I install SM-601 Android 5.1 ROM into SM-602? - Galaxy Note 10.1 (2014 Edition) Q&A, Help & Troubl

I have SM-602, for a long time Lollipop upgrade didn't come. If I install SM-601's Lollipop ROM, can it cause a problem? Finally if yes, how can I?

Help Needed - Downgrade from Marshmallow to Lollipop

Hey Guys,
I upgraded on last Friday and really cursing myself now. The marshmallow update has screwed my phone, buggy, unstable.
How can I now downgrade to official stock android lollipop ?
Any help would be great.
Thanks
Ali
Reset your phone and restart
I' m also facing problems just like you and resetting the phone doesn't downgrade its OS. Please find a way to downgrade.

Do I Have To Update

Hi this may sound dumb, and sorry if it is.
I have a LG G3 running 4.4 KitKat when lollipop came out I upgraded but I did not get on with it so I went back to 4.4 and waited for marshmallow, now that's almost here.
"My question is" will I need to upgrade to lollipop and then to marshmallow OR will it just update strate to marshmallow ??????
Many Thanks Paul
It's LG D855 in the UK and not tied to a network.

I think it will require you to OTA update to Lollipop first and then update to Marshmellow
But if you want to skip that you can always install Marshmellow manually when the KDZ comes out for your variant in the UK
The answer to this is yes. I was running stock KK 4.4.1 and I got fed up with waiting for my MM update so I used this (http://www.droidviews.com/install-marshmallow-kdz-lg-g3-d855-using-flash-tool/) it took me about ten minutes and was so easy I'd wish I done it weeks ago. But before I did I update to LP first as I didn't know if some code was used from LP in MM, so I done the OTA update to LP first and by doing I found 4 other updates waiting to install. So I would be still waiting in till the end of time for my OTA MM update. So I would suggest this kzd update to anyone even amateurs. My G3 D885 is now running 6.0 and haven't found any problems yet.

how to install android 6.0.1 with root

i want to update it to new android 6 official rom with root
please give me the steps how to update and root it
??
I love how people DON'T READ... The MM rom is still beta, not for anyone not a beta tester...
You have to wait for the official release just like everyone else...

Should I upgrade to Official 6.0 first or just flash 6.0 AOSP CustomROM?

Hi, I'm new in here
This is my first thread
I'm confused what should I do before upgrading to Marshmallow firmware?
I mean we already have 6.0 Custom ROMs (tried marshmallow RR and then going back to CM 12.1)
and now there's official marshmallow firmware, then there's PAC-ROM that have updated their blobs (what is that) and updated MM bootloader. They said I need to have marshmallow bootloader
so what should I do to have marshmallow bootloader? what is the benefit/difference for now by having MM Bootloader on customROMs than last build?
sorry if you got confused too
I'm a big cm13 user. But right now I'm on mm stock. I think asus got it right with this upgrade. If I were you I'd go stock mm until the devs get cm14 out.
