I am a software engineer, I am thinking of start custom ROM development/cooking , I am going through every help i can get from XDA , other forums and google, but still i need an active group where i can be in touch with developers for further questioning and advice ... so if any dev listening to me plz guide me , what should i do ?

I have installed [GT-I9082 GRAND][ULTRALITE ROM][AROMA][25.05.2013][XXAMD6]Superfast and lagfree.
since then my wifi-direct started causing problems im not able to send files to other devices but im able to receive file through wifi-direct kindly help.
Also when i visit play.google.com an add any application or game to install its not getting downloaded to my device whereas if i visit playstore from my device im able to download and install any application or game.
Kindly help.

Ask this que in ultralite rom thread ... k2wl bro will ans you and i will also help other guys ... ur in wrong subforum ... there is Q & A thread but is proper to ask ur que related to custom rom in same thread

So, on these forums, people are doing voluntary/non-profit work to post their findings and write tutorials to help others. That's ok, it's their choice.
This forum came equipped with a search engine that helps you find information based on what you want. It's great, thank the webmaster for that.
If this forum doesn't have the information that you are looking for you can request it in a nice way, well written, etc. That again, is okay and acceptable.
YOU! You, skipping all those steps and making a brand new thread... just because you can, filling this board up with junk... not even trying to use search or just browse page by page the specific sections... Are simply scum... You think people here should write a tutorial just for you to understand, losing their time for free?
How are mods keeping these threads up? No, really... is it that mods need to respond only to tickets and reports?
