S5 (901F) is louder, but S7 (930F) is clearer.

No section for overall audio quality / headphones etc?
Not impressed with the audio quality from the S7, with the supplied S7 headphones and with my S5s headphones, the audio has a lot less bass and depth than the S5, I was expecting an improvement but instead it sounds pretty tinny and trebley
There is an equalizer and other audio tweaks but they don't improve it
EDIT - Scrub the above, decided to have a play with the 'Adapt sound' setting, set it to 'personalised', everything sounds a lot better now, bass is back too

Speakers are loud and crisp, but due to the IP68 not that clear in my opinion. Vibration is also very strong on this phone..

With Dual Speaker Mod.. it is amazing so... 5 stars!

Duel speaker mode, dolby and change audio value to 93 and phone incredibly loud and clear.Startle **** out of you if my phone rings. So loud and crispt and people are amazed with excellent sound.Coupled with that ogutube 3.1 and download music you desired and s7 flat is awesome with excellent battery life, sean

This cell phone crumpre with its paper the price that was paid, considering it is a low cost device, it is not bad, here in Brazil this price range we have many devices. I use the poweramp player, when I greatly increase the bass, it gives a bit of noise.
Shameless self-promotion:
This makes my device louder than anyone at work's phone by an enormous amount. make your friends jelleh-sauce!!

Both earpiece & speaker is lound enough & clear voice quality.
Quality audio
the audio quality, both of speakers and headphones, is very good in stock 7, in stock 6 it sounds low, and in other rom the sound is similar to stock 7 without reaching saturation.
remove the back, clean the speaker contact plates and the volume and clarity will improve considerably. regards

I have the F8332 with latest HK rom. (sept. 17). The speaker sound quality is terriiible during call. Never had a phone like this.
Sounds like if the earpiece was pushed to max, metalic/distant/unclear sound. Doesn't sound like an actual speaker.
No issues with the sound for music/videos etc..
What about you ?
Very low volume, cant hear it clearly with white noise around e.g. a fan. Quality is good though, when you can hear it.
too soft. I use volume booster goodev app to boost the volume and it works well
like others have said, call volume is low, it's not easy to have a conversation in a moving car for example. Any environmental noise will drown out the speakerphone.
no complaints on the other side, so microphone's working fine.

Speaker is VERY loud and clear. One of the best bottom firing speakers I've ever heard.
The speaker has been very good to me. Music is loud and clear, phone calls on speaker are good too.
Sent from my MIX using XDA-Developers Legacy app
Mixed with Dolby ATmos and V4A... you have a really good speaker sound...
Speaker sound is quite loud and clear

I'm not too impressed having switched from the Note 9.
The one speaker provides little bass and the clarity decreases noticeably one the highest two levels.
It's okay for daily use but for music I will mostly either use Bluetooth speakers or the 3,5mm audio jack.
Bad
I quality of sound was decent in the beginning but after 8months of use it is literally bad for me..

The speaker is as good as s6 tab. Very loud and clear. Sound good even with max volume
I concur. Loud and clear. Too good for a tablet.
Speakers are good. Better than my brother's iPad Air (latest generation). But my Galaxy tab s6 sounds better. The sound from the s6 is fuller and the bass is slightly better.
They have 4 speakers. So no matter how you hold your tablet you will (probably) not cover the speakers and always have good sound.
The maximume volume is louder than i expected. Especially for a only 6mm thick tablet. but at full volume the sound quality is detoriating a little bit. though only a little.
