Safetynet failing with Android N - Nexus 5X Q&A, Help & Troubleshooting

Havent had the opportunity to try Android pay yet. Anyone else getting similar results? Android pay and Safetynet worked before updating via beta test ota.

Came across a Reddit thread (https://www.reddit.com/r/Android/comments/49pfgk/android_n_developer_preview_megathread/d0tnsjf) as well as an XDA thread (http://www.xda-developers.com/xda-e...oid-pay-will-not-work-on-android-n/?nocache=1) and note that Android pay will not work at the moment due to any services that rely on passing Google’s Compatibility Test Suite (CTS) will fail

Yes, it is, there's another thread on this already over in General chat.
I've messaged the developer of the app and I'm sure he'll get it fixed ASAP. I know he was working on a fix to prevent cheating on the benchmark and I suspect there's something with the Epic that trips the alarm, so to speak.
...aaaaand it's fixed. Update again and it should work fine. He sure works fast!
A new version has been deployed which implements better logic for detecting cheat runs. Unfortunately, this never happens on my phones so it is hard for me to work on this issue (thanks Electrofreak for helping me out! ). Hopefully this issue has been fixed for good.

Pandown issues...

Has anyone gotten this to work on here?

yeah i saw that in the first 10 pages of the thread, i had hoped it was resolved later. Instead i am using xposed with the pandora patcher, it works perfect. unlimited skips, no ads, and downloads fast (mp4 only, had to get a converter).

Google On-Body Detection

I didn't have On-Body Detection when I upgraded to Lollipop OB6, but I just checked my Security settings today and now I do have it! I didn't notice or accept any new system updates, so I don't know how or when I got it. It might be worth a check to see if you have it too.

I saw on another forum that this was added as part of an automatic update to Google Play Services.

Problem with CM13 and ANT+

After using ANT+ with my OPO for last 2 years I'm now really frustrated, that ANT+ doesn't work at the new OP3 .
Ant-Tester says, that ANT is build in and requires ANT Radio Service. This is also installed, but a very annoying problem: the app-right to use the hardware may be set - but gets lost when leaving the page. It is impossible to set the right permanently .
Does anybody knows something about tis problem?

That sounds really bad - I've had the hope, changing to CM14.1 will solve the problem...

Disable Playstore auto updates as well. They can screw you up... Once I get a device optimized I don't upgrade/update firmware. I rarely update apps. Result is a very long lived, stable platform with minimal issues.
Samsung Wearables updates and Buds+ firmware upgrades have broken stuff for me. I also block these especially the firmware upgrades. Samsung is hit or miss... goofballs
