Hey guys i am facing network stability issues on my canvas a1 on stock rom version MMB29V
In order to check if the sim is faulty i used it in an infocus phone and did'nt face any network stability issues.
Can someone help me out with the problem?
did you recently flashed or updated your firmware. its common with mtk devices that your imie gets lost after flashing all you need to do is check if your imie numbers is still in your device to do that go to settings-about phone-status(phone number,signal,ext) and check the imie number if you cant find any then you gotta manually install your imie number

HI Team,
Recently I have rooted my Note 2, It was good . But after that I installed SLIM ROM 4.2.2 version on my phone where i started facing problems...
first of all, I didnt recieved any incoming calls...
later after i unrooted the phone.
Went to service center installed latest version of 4.12 official. But no use . I am unable to get signal on phone...
The thing is can search networks but unable to register on the network. Can you guys help me with this regard...???
Has your IMEI been lost?
What does *#06# show you, does it match the IMEI on the back of the phone (please, don't post your IMEI here)

I have chosen Note 3 Neo but now i'm thinking i was wrong, i was using perfectly, but sudden problem occured and still........
i find lots of things not working on note 3 neo even i tried various modem i tried various Official ROMs but.................. same same same

Check for a SIM card issue, or possibly go to settings then networks and re_register onto your carrier. Possibly......

before all this happen, have you done any flashing of custom rom?
if you do, try to check your imei first *#06#.
if u get 00 or null thats mean your phone cannot be registered by the carier due to unknown identity.
but if you have your imei , check your baseband, make your you using a correct baseband.
Sir my note 3 neo (sm-n7507) i tryed flashing new rom but its doesn't work and i m back to the original firmware .den network issues was occurred.imei was changed,if i make a call its showing not registered on network

Or sm-n750/7505 roms compatible for sm-n7507
My dad has owns this phone and he frequently complains of loss in signal even when his backup phone has full coverage!
Tried replacing the sim and got it upgraded to the 4g network still this issue persists.
Anybody here know a workaround?

IF your imei is changed then you need to replace your motherboard
my friend and myself have same mobile (note 3 neo)
we so happenend to install custom roms, luckily my IMEI didnt change,
but my friend's imei changed ( 0011... NULL) ,tried many measures but still couldnt fix..so replaced motherboard
BUT THERE IS A SOLUTION
if you have taken a EFS backup of your IMEI, before this incident has happen for you,then we can fix this issue FOR SURE!

Hey guys,
I have a HTC desire 820u Dual Sim, Indian version, bootloader locked, Stock Android 5.0.2.
Recently after updating the phone via OTA, incremental update, my phone started rebooting & became unstable & i lost mobile reception.
Then after i checked for the IMEI code by dialing *#06#, i see there is no IMEI, it has been wiped. I never tried rooting this phone, it was just the OTA update that did this.
Can anyone please help me to fix this ?

I have successfully unlocked my bootloader and rooted my mzp but now I'm facing network problem IMEI is perfect and phone detecting sim also but no network when check *#*#4636#*#* radio info it shows radio off and i can't turn it on plz help

And if it is software any solution for this

Let it install the carrier services app update from the play store. That helped me when I had the same issue.

Have you touched anything inside your fsg partition? Same thing happened to me when I tried to enable the second SIM of my phone and messed with the files inside that partition.
Also, put your phone in fastboot mode and check if under the bootloader version it says Baseband: null
I have updated all apps including carrier services but no help and i haven't change any partition or any kind of changes and in files in last 2 days I have tried to update Oreo but after update problem not solved then I downgrade to nougat after that same no network then downgraded to marshmallow but not success same no network IMEI is perfect baseband is perfect only showing mobile radio power off otherwise everything perfect WiFi Bluetooth mods everything is this any hardware problem bcoz I have changed my display and when pack device thereafter no network
hello everyone I have the xiaomi mi max of a friend following an update the IMEI and the baseband we disappeared when I insert any sim card it is not detect I tell myself that you have to manage the IMEI I try to reinstall different stock rom but not resolved I saw a tutorial to restore the IMEI with qpst but you have to unlock the bootloader but you need an active sim inside the phone to do it so i'm kinda blocking it i'll be delighted for some help thanks
