No. I don't believe you can use it, as Samsung apps use Samsung Push Service.

Samsung apps will only work on samsung devices. They have framework dependancies, which may also mean S3 apps wont even work on an S2.

hey guys i got 2 samsung galaxy tabs about a year ago.. one for me and other for my brother,,, my brother was occasionally telling me that his tab doesn't have the samsung galaxy app preinstalled on his which is weird.. i am abroad from him so i can't physically manage to help him but i want to ask is there any way to download apk file for it?
hi, last night i downloaded galaxy s4 stock font and replaced with my galaxy s6 fonts (system/fonts) after that i restore my backups(back to galaxy s6 original fonts)
after that now my google chrome browser and galaxy s6 stock browser (internet) dosnt work and give me error my wifi is connected and other app works fine(like: google play,instagram,telegram and other apps):
