Install twrp recovery and then look for a twrp backup for your phone online and restore.
Similar issue here.
Has anyone come across - or - can anyone post a TWRP backup of their stock ROM for the Taiwan (TW) version of the D820u???
Preferrably lollipop Rom but KitKat would also be welcome.
Hours of searching through google I was only able to find the Indian version online...

Lollipop ROM is not available for the Taiwanese version bro They have not released Lollipop OTA yet.

i follow the tuto but the phone never ask me to install the new ROM. it ask me to reboot all the time.
there are not any errors messages in the screen.

I have 820 single sim a51_ul
Deleted os and recovery from messing about with it
Now it only boots into fastboot screen
Can't flash any recovery it just errors
Also tried stock zip but nothing happens from hboot
bootloader is locked and wont unlock
Any help appreciated

IF YOU FOUND THE SOUTION THEN PLEASE LET ME KNOW HOW YOU MANAGED TO INSTALL RECOVERY AND ROM WITHOUT RESTARTING AGAIN AND AGAIN

OPEN BOOTLOADER ( AS THERE IS NO OS)
GO TO ABD FOLLDER WHEREEVER YOU HAVE, THEN TYPE ''fastboot oem lock'' you are done
