Samsung Safety Screen App - Galaxy Tab S2 Themes and Apps

Useful video to explain
https://youtu.be/1AC3_J4N6kw
I always sided with Samsung for my son as at a young age the Kids Mode interface was cute, fun, simple and secure.
As kids get older means more time on tablets and eyes too close which can cause a number of issues.
This new app is simple and playful, giving a prompt your too close.

The Horn Thread

Download: https://play.google.com/store/apps/details?id=com.Phosphor.Horn.Paid
I think Horn is deserving if its own thread here. Maybe we could share tips and tricks as we progress through the game. Try not to post spoilers though or mark them clearly!
Right now I'm pretty early on, just got the ability to forge. Not sure if I should forge a better weapon right now or wait.
How's everyone enjoying it? Favorite weapon type?

Is it out ??? I can't find it in the market :S
Edit: nvm it was just hidden amongst horn apps XD
So your first impression, worth the 7$?

Works great on mine. I've had a couple FC's opening the game but none at all running it. Runs extremely smooth. Played it for about 3 hours yesterday absolutely loving it

Search for zynga in the playstore, click on ny zynga game, scroll down to where us says more by zynga and select it. Horn should now be visible with the rest of the zynga games.

I think it is definitely work the $7. Very well put together game and it is working great on my stock device.
My only gripes are the method of moving and in some areas, the quietness. As in some areas don't have any background music. Everything else is magnificent.

I'm loving it so far. Voice acting is great. Biggest gripe is it's too quiet. Other issue is horrible frame rate drops in the main city. I know the T3 can handle it better than that.
Edit 1: Seems that frame rate is unstable and choppy most of the time, except when looking straight up or straight down lol.
First Impressions:
+ Worth the money
+ Graphic is great. Great scaling (huge monsters!) standard Unreal fluff (bloom, texture, etc.) are all there.
+ Story telling and voice acting is superb. In-game graphic cutscenes are great and mix with comic-style art is balanced.
+ Fighting control is intuitive and easy to learn. Or at least familiar.
+ Look control is great and customizable.
+ Lots of attention to details with the journals and info.
= Roam movement controls is a little odd, but fairly easy to learn
= Jumping and scaling control also has a learning curve, but it's a matter of preference
- I'd prefer D-Pad (a la Dead Trigger or Eternity Warrior 2) movements
- Related to above, no auto-path movement. If I'm standing at a corner, looking at the wall, and touch the other side of the wall, Horn isn't going to go around the corner. He's just going to try to run into the wall. So you have to look to your left/right, move forward to clear the corner, then look around again and move forward.
- Water graphic and other are not as crazy as the hype. No anti-aliasing whatsoever. Medium texture quality.
- No Exit Game button? Just hit Home button from Main Menu?
That's all for now. I'm sure I'll come up with a few more later. I barely entered the village and look around there.
For all experiencing issues with "license not found", launch the game from Play Store instead of the shortcut. Do it a couple times or so and exit properly (?), then try the shortcut again. It should work now.

It's working great for me, if you look at the reviews on the Play Store it seems to get good reviews with the Nexus 7.

It works great on my nexus 7, im using clean rom and motelys kernel. There's no lag apart from when changing area where it goes black for a second or two. In the first city i was walking around fine with no dropped frames.
This is a good example of what a Tegra optimized game should be like. Gameloft, I'm looking at you.

How about a link in the OP:
https://play.google.com/store/apps/details?id=com.Phosphor.Horn.Paid
It is a pain to find. Most Play store searches pop right now... but you have to dig for Horn.

Added, thanks. Once there are more downloads for it, it will shoot to the top when you search for Horn. That's usually how it works.

Here's more tipwith Unable to obtain license error: restart your wifi. It checks online everyone. If your wifi logo is grey, restart it. If you can't open the play store, restart it.

My only question...does it have in app purchases, or once I buy it, is it mine and I'm good to go for as long as I play it?

In app purchases are available to help you "cheat" at getting material to upgrade your weapons. Completely non intrusive, they don't hamper the game at all. You can probably blame Zynga for forcing it in there though.
Just finished my first play session and I love it so far. My only complaint has to be the water. Everything else is so beautiful, why skimp on the water effects?
Anyone try using it with a controller such as an Xbox one ? Does it have that feature ?

Just bought this game with my saved PS credit. I played around 15 mins so far and I love it. Awesome graphic and control is actually easy to use. I am not fan of FPS like NOVA 3, Modern Combat or Dead Trigger, it's just a pain to use on-screen button to play the game.

For you xbox users "xbox smartglass"

From The Verge:
"We've been excited about Microsoft SmartGlass since we first got a look at it during E3, and now it's time for Android users to get in on the fun: the app has officially been released for Google's mobile platform. The app requires Android 4.0 or higher, and will allow users to interact with their Xbox 360 to control video playback, navigate the interface, and search content. The real magic happens with it comes to interactive content, however: as we saw back in June, game developers and content creators can use the SmartGlass platform to offer additional information, second-screen gameplay, and even let users browse the actors in the scene of a given movie to see what else the peformers have been in.
It's not yet clear how much content has been equipped with SmartGlass functionality just yet — and there's no sign of the iOS app for that matter, either. Still, this release is an important step towards Microsoft making its new vision for the living room come to fruition."

I love the smartglass app on this phone. It's taking some getting use to, really like using the Internet browser on the tv and typing with my phone as well as being able to scroll.

I read about this app the other day. Did a search for it and couldn't find it. Guess it's actually out now. Def interested in trying it since I've already found out it plays nice with my xbox for watching my movies and pics and listening to music from my S3. Almost effortlessly in fact. So this smartglass app should work pretty good since the chinese remote I bought don't work all that well, haha.
Love this app since comes really in handy if your not able to connect from your xbox

Screenshots of your favorite multiwindow setup

Just curious. I see very few reasons to use this feature. I just hold home for to seconds and hop back and forth. Or copy and paste. What do you guys love it for?

Is it too late to modify the topic before it's flooded with tons of useless pics showing 2 apps running? No offense, but it's an idea as pointless as posting home screens or telling which color phone you bought.
Perhaps we would all be helped by elaborating on, "how have you gotten the most use or productivity using mw"

When I'm editing files on my phone per instructions of a developer, it is nice to have both root explorer open as well as a screen shot from gallery illustrating what needs to be done so I don't have to keep closing and opening the file editing app.

I find it makes it easier to copy text from an app (like browser) into an SMS/email etc without switching back and forth. Don't use it a lot but when i do use it, it's very useful and works very well.
For me it solves the problem of YouTube shutting down whenever the app is not in use. I listen to a lot of music there and many videos aren't even videos but just images with the audio playing. Now I fire up youtube in 1 section and open the browser or whatever else in the other and maiximize its size.
I use it while doing Google chat with people while also Web browsing.

Android as a Launcher

Seems like Google found a way to fight carriers slow response to update Android. XDA User Xtremeyouth1 found this while surfing AndroidPolice. Thought I might share this with you all.

That article seems to attack google. The reason Google is doing that is because its trying to bypass the carriers and offer android on the play store like an app and receive updates when they want to. Overall make Nexus like devices, less fragmentation.

Mock screen

How can I use my computer as a mock screen of my phone I've always wondered. I've used airdroid in the past but it was shotty. Trying to video call my wife while she is away for my kids
