Team Bliss is not responsible in any way for anything that happens to your device in the process of flashing.
Please familiarize yourself with flashing and custom rom use before attempting to flash the rom.
Please make sure you download the correct version of Bliss for your specific device. The links are labeled clearly.
*Make sure you are rooted.
*Make sure you have a custom recovery installed. (TWRP is the preferred recovery)
*Download the latest Bliss Rom & the latest GApps package.
*Boot into recovery.
*Perform a FULL factory wipe and wipe/system and dalvik cache as a precaution
*Flash Bliss Rom
*Flash Google Apps package (for 6.0!)
*First boot may take up to 10 minutes
If you have a major bug to report that has not been reported already, and is not a known issue with CM,
please take the following steps to report it to us. It will save you time, as well as us.
-Download the Catlog app from the Play Store.
There is also a donate version which you can purchase to show appreciation.
-After downloading the Catlog app, go to the app settings, and change the log level to Debug.
-Clear all previous logs and take the exact steps to produce the error you are receiving.
-As soon as you receive the error (probably a force close), go straight into Catlog and stop the log recording.
-Copy and paste the entire log either to Hastebin or Pastebin
-Save the log, and copy and paste the link into the forum with a brief description of the error.
-You can also open trouble tickets on our website for bugs.

Just flashed it, very smooth so far!
I know this is a thing with CM13 too, but is it known why the flashlight only works sometimes/disappears from the pulldown settings?

It used to do that on some ROMS based on CM13 on my Nexus 4. The solution was to open camera, turn on flash light and turn it off. It would reappear in QS.
All in all a very small bug which can be worked out.
ON TOPIC: Looks like my prayers have been answered. Now I can't wait to receive my phone and monday and Flash this baby.
I have tried Bliss Rom on my Nexus 4 and it was a really awesome experience with lots of customization. We are all in for a treat

Figured it out about FP.
First of all, thanks to the devs to bring this ROM to the Honor 5X. I wanted to ask if the fingerprint sensor is working? If not, will it be supported in the future builds?

Thing is, this is an unofficial ROM. If we get enough support behind it the ROM may even go official. 6.0.1 is around the corner for 5x. For now, I don't think it supports the Fingerprint sensor. We don't even have an official list of bugs.
This is only the first step, be patient. With all the bug reporting, and may be few well known developers on board, this can go official which would be a hugeee step for our device.

A: Bootleggers (on a context of toy bootlegs and related stuff) are the people who take an original idea or product and make their own version, obviously on a low-quality way.

A: According to google (and take the meaning of this with a hundred quotation marks) it means home or family. We want you to use your phone and feel yourself comfortable, and like it, like you'll be at home.

After a super long hiatus Bootleggers 3.0 is finally here! Our musical codename is Frumoasa.
The 3.0 update in general
This update is more like adding some stuff that users requested though all this time, some of them didn't made the cut but features like accent color on QS, Brightness control by pressing the statusbar, Flashlight on call and call recording is merged. We added two themes,as we said before and also, added some customization to Launcher3, the At a Glance widget is cool but the Google Sans font may get annoying for a while, so we added fonts to tweak it at your taste, or even use the System default one, added the possibility to set it to uppercase because some fonts looks cooler on uppercased text, and also spacing in case you want the A E S T H E T I C out on your home, and don't loose the accuracy of the Google Weather info. So hope this update worths the wait. Also, talking about updates, we should give you an update related to Android P and our plans.
Quick Notes (Important)
You will get Vendor image mismatch at the first boot. Don't worry it is not an issue. Just tap okay and the warning will go away.
The Battery Life Will Improve In Following Recharge Cycles
I suggest you to do a clean flash from 2.2
This is the Finaly Oreo build next one will be PIE if I am successfully able to boot it up and fix the bugs.

You should get permission before using a custom kernel as prebuilt. It's not a rule but this is what other rom builders do to respect kernel maker.
By stable do you mean that it doesn't have the oreo specific bugs that all other roms are suffering from?

From a quick check:
- no 'ChopChop' (not a bug)
- reboot once, to get Video playing
- OpenCamera: flash is not synched; preview does not work
Otherwise good for me, and pretty complete ...
(forgot to check audio in calls)
Chop chop does not work.
Double twist to camera works.
Flash works but not synchronized, thus rendering the flash useless.
System UI seems laggy at times (using a moto g4 plus 3 gb RAM variant, nightlight is off too).
Frostbitten kernel is being used.
Calls are working fine.
Yet to test battery life.
Default font looks nice :3

Dear Sir I don't think it is that buggy,It is stable enough to be used as a daily driver, for video just reboot the device and it will work, also if you are facing any issues post here, I will be glad to help

Nice ROM, just reporting a small bug: I selected to be asked everytime I make a call, but it's not happening. The phone simply uses sim 1.

ROM is stable enough for daily usage except customizations missing like animations tab.....thanks for the great ROM but needs development like adding more customizations options I see no bugs at all....I didn't know about apps fc, I just Flashed to taste the ROM.... Gud job keep it up

Installed this ROM everything is working fine ..
Didn't notice any major bug .
Sometimes fingerprint sensor doesn't detect my finger ?

In all custom roms speaker output is not loud compared to stock. While playing pubg tbe speaker output is very low . Is this rom have louder volume. Please confirm this... Thank you...

For now build overlays. They will be in folder /.substratum on sdcard. then copy them to system/app and reboot. I have pointed this bug out to lead dev, hopefully it will be fixed soon

Awesome! I did notice the folder on the sdcard. Yeah, I did try the old delete the folder and reboot but that didn't work. Will test this now.

I'm having problems with Gapps. I tried restoring apps from backup, but the downloads won't start at all. Cleared cache/data, tried to reinstall and problem isn't solved.

Can you try the following?
Go to Settings>Apps & Notifications>See all apps>Click on 3 dot menu>Show system>Scroll down & click on*Androidsetup>Click on Storage>Clear*cache*& storage>Force stop
Go back>Scroll down>Select Download manager>Click on Notifications>Uncheck all three options (In progress, Done & Queued) and check again>Click on storage> Clear cache>Force stop
3. Restart the*device
But I personally wouldn't recommend restoring a backup unless it was one made from bootleggers

Re-flashing the ROM and not restoring from backup fixed my Gapps problem. Aside from having weak network issues related to my carrier(Sprint)/Android Pie ROMS, this is by far the best ROM I have flashed on my device. Appreciate the love for walleye.

Adb doesn't seem to want to work well after flashing..
Fastboot boot *.IMG
No longer works.
Adb reboot yes. But that's about it. Factory revert seems to bring back full adb function.

Update: reflashed but did not reboot recovery again, just rebooted system and now is booting your custom logo...
Update: Booted fine. Unfortunately, not working with Fi. "Unfortunately, your Google Fi service can't be activated because your account currently isn't authorized for service...ID: G003"

Update: Hmmm, phone and messaging is working...Although, I had to disable the Fi app to get rid of the message (don't know if that is a good idea). Every time I open the phone app, I get the message "This device is not supported and phone calls may not work correctly". Would be nice to fix these issues.
I'll give it some time to see if anything changes for the better or worse.
Update: Crap...messaging doesn't work..incoming receives carrier error.

Are custom ROMs better in terms of battery for the walleye or even worse? Especially for this one as It doesn't seem it's overflown with features
Only issue I am having on VZW is I get the message "This device is not supported and phone calls may not work correctly". Phone calls and texts work fine I just get that message on boot up of phone app.

Clean Flash
1) Backup Everything (Most Important)
2) Download ROM, Gapps, Magisk, etc.
3) Reboot to Recovery (TWRP)
4) Wipe System, Data, Cache, Dalvik Cache.
5) Flash - ROM, Gapps, Magisk and DFE in case you get reboot to recovery
6) Once done, wipe cache.
7) Reboot to System.
Dirty Flash
1) Backup Everything (Most Important)
2) Download ROM
3) Reboot to Recovery (TWRP)
4) Wipe Cache & Dalvik Cache.
5) Flash - ROM.
6) Flash gapps pacakges cause it will be lost if you don't.
7) Once done, wipe cache.

latest update seems to work without issues, at least so far
just one little thing, maple isnt default io scheduler, had to change it manually.
