A project by Offensive Security
The Kali NetHunter is an Android penetration testing platform targeted towards Nexus and OnePlus devices built on top of Kali Linux, which includes some special and unique features. Of course, you have all the usual Kali tools in NetHunter as well as the ability to get a full VNC session from your phone to a graphical Kali chroot, however the strength of NetHunter does not end there. We've incorporated some amazing features into the NetHunter OS which are both powerful and unique. From pre-programmed HID Keyboard (Teensy) attacks, to BadUSB Man In The Middle attacks, to one-click MANA Evil Access Point setups, access to the Offensive Security Exploit Database... And yes, NetHunter natively supports wireless 802.11 frame injection with a variety of supported USB NICs.
Documentation and Attack Descriptions
Attack descriptions as well as some documentation to get you started with the installation and setup of Kali NetHunter can be found at https://github.com/offensive-security/kali-nethunter/wiki.
Is Kali NetHunter an Android ROM?
Kali Linux NetHunter is not a ROM but is meant to be installed over an existing stock/factory image of Android. It can also be installed over some Cyanogenmod based ROMs depending on device support. It is heavily based on using custom kernels and only supports a select number of devices. We're relying on you, the community, to port your devices for the full Kali NetHunter experience.

Asus Zenfone Laser ZE551KL
Asus Zenfone Selfie ZD551KL

Upon dirty flashing on top of CM13 on Z00T, the touch screen's digitizer was wonky. Just initiated factory reset now, seeing if that fixes it.
EDIT: Does not fix.

Congrats!
?

Wow! I can't wait for this!
Thanks!! ????

Looking forward to giving this a try! Many thanks!

Would it be developed for ZOOLD too?

I agree as well. Only the top left hand side of the screen is responsive.
But, I am sure that this will be fixed soon. Thanks for your hard work and good start on this. I'm glad that this phone has started getting more support.
EDIT: Sorry, my mistake. There is a simple fix for the digitizer error. Once you have installed nethunter, simply install the update package as well. Simple right!

The AOSParadox Project 2.0
What's CodeAurora Forums ?
Code Aurora Forum (CAF) is a consortium of companies with projects serving the mobile wireless industry. Software projects it concerns itself with are e.g. Android for MSM, Femto Linux Project, LLVM, MSM WLAN and Linux-MSM. Code Aurora is basically AOSP plus all Qualcomm specific enhancements and optimization.
What's AOSParadox Project ?
AOSParadox is a vanilla ROM. Our goal is to pick the least amount of commits possible on AOSP code. Why trying to add features, when CodeAurora provide us with chipset's specific sources ?
At the opposite of most of ROMs that you can find, the trees are made by oursleves to be integrated in this new ROM type.
What should I be aware of ?
Everything is custom and made to work with CodeAurora Forum's sources so customs kernels won't boot (ramdisk is different, selinux rules too, ...).
What doesn't work ?
Sepolicy permissive

@h2o64 good work dude!
I have a problem with location. I can get a GPS fix but I can't seem to get a location through cell towers / Wifi.
As said GPS works so it's not that big of an issue but smart lock for example doesn't work.

As far as I know Xbox controllers don't send input signal through the cable, only PS3 and PS4 controllers do. It may work if it is a wired Xbox controller though.

It should work on every Marshmallow AOSP ROM like Cyanogenmod but I have only tested it at my AICP ROM.

Other than BCM4329 and BCM4330 no other internal wireless cards in Android devices support native monitor mode, that's a known fact. The OS supports monitor mode for EXTERNAL wireless cards only, and this is easily understood if you read their documentation. I don't understand the point of your post. The OS has many more useful features than just WiFi penetration.

Kali NetHunter full install package

Kali NetHunter
First of all this is an offensive-security development. I simply ported the kernel and created an install package for the HTC 10. If you have not used NetHunter yet on any device, find more information here.
Thank you to BinkyBear for his development on this project and for taking time to help me out. Thank you to jcadduono for his work and the text that I used from his post.
This is not meant to be installed on a daily driver. Technically, it is not meant for anyone but professionals in this field and you can really screw up your device if you don't know what you are doing. That being said, the only way to become a professional is by education. If you are attempting to learn, it is just my opinion that due diligence goes a long way. If you are asking questions that can be answered with a simple search, you are not the person to be using these tools.
The following are excerpts from jcadduonos release for a different device which can be found here, understand that this is completely separate from this project yet he is better fit to explain this and the text still applies so I am giving credit where is due. Thank you to jcadduono for the following information (slight modifications have been made to fit this application)
The installer zip will add a few files (including busybox) to your /system partition, and install all of the NetHunter apps to your /data partition.
The chroot is located in /data/local, so you don't have to worry about your system partition being full. It's full read/write capable.
Understand that the zip will replace your current kernel with a completely different one.
This is necessary because most stock or custom kernels don't provide the drivers needed to operate most of Kali NetHunter's features.
Recommended install method: Use current TWRP
BEFORE INSTALLING
Do not flash the NetHunter update zip with a fresh data partition!
Most ROMs will wipe it clean on the first boot if you haven't completed the Android Setup Wizard yet, there's no need to wipe your ROM or data to try it out. I do advise backing up your data partition before flashing the zip though.
Please make sure your phone boots fine and runs fine before flashing NetHunter.
Your Device: HTC 10 US Unlocked version
MOD Edit: removed links due to GPL violation.
FULL INSTALL STEPS
1. Boot into TWRP
2. Flash zip
3. Reboot into device
4. Open the NetHunter app
5. Let the NetHunter app finish setting everything up
You're done!
: End jcadduono's text.
Please also understand that this is a first release test package and not all available modules have been added to the kernel. However what is here should be stable. There will be more releases. If you are looking for functionality of a certain module that you know is supported by NetHunter but is not working for you let me know and I will add it for you asap.

Nethunter Rom working one OnePlus3?

Is NetHunter (Android Kali) available to OnePlus3? will it be ported or is anyone already working on it?
I don't want to be rude asking for people to do it, if I could and I knew I would do it myself
only asking because in the offensive security github there is folder for OnePlus3 modules
thank you for your help and time
Port of Nethunter :: One Plus 3
I made some progress here but alas, kernel compilation failed.
I customized the kernel options as per off-sec's documentation, using the gtk-based menuconfig on a Kali (Sana) box , and attempted to compile (the kernel source cloned from OnePlus's msm8996 github repo). I powered through some run-of-the mill build problems and then encountered one that was a bit discouraging...failure to find Qualcomm drivers for their hardware cryptographic device... the Qualcomm "qce" driver package consisting of qcrypto and qcedev modules from...there's a google git repo...easy to find... I unfortunately cannot post the link due to less than ten posts.
I lost interest at that point. Maybe someone can shed more light on this? Has anyone else made significant progress here? Howabout bypassing this all together and disabling this module in the kernel options? It sounds important but the qce packages are also very old so perhaps some of the native ARM hardware cryptographic engines are superior and we can bypass it without loosing functionality? If they are necessary... how about using adb to pull these libraries from the device (OnePlus git repos contain a pull_library.sh script, perhaps that could grab the drivers and libraries over adb?)
I'm an experienced systems engineer and will be happy to do the technical work if someone (hopefully from OnePlus or Offensive Security) can assure me it's possible, feasible and there's no proprietary libraries/drivers that are going to squash the effort mid-way through. Will try outreach to Offensive Security as well.
For posterity: Nethunter is not a ROM. It is a ROM overlay that uses a custom kernel to adapt the device to the needs of the Nethunter app. This distinction is important as compiling a full ROM takes much, much longer (and many more headaches) than compiling the kernel alone. Compiling the kernel alone, however, is all that is required for Nethunter and this is feasible to do on a virtual machine in a matter of hours if you know what you're doing.
Happpy hacking,
$pecul0r
1) you need latest twrp recovery
2)first flash kernel and wipe charche
3) flash nethunter zip
4)you ara done
works with any freedom os, oxygen os (everythig works great just can't make duckhunter work)

I haven't tried arm64 because armhf worked great. (but that may be the reason for Duckhunter not working on my op3)
if you will try please inform me

Won't you think arm64 is perfect for OP3

have you already flashed the 64bit version? A lot of people say to flash the armhf version not the arm64 version. I know that OPO3 has 64bit architecture.
Hello.
Is this a new ROM based on android? Or is it like sailfish os?

Anyone else had issues getting this to work with the TL-WN722N external wifi adapter? The only way I can get it working is with OOS 3.2.4. If I go any newer the internal wifi stops working. Also is Drivedroid working? If I change the USB mode it causes a kernel crash and reboot. Other than that everything else is working fine.
Just noticed that the latest Nethunter nightly has some wifi fixes so it might now be fixed. I'll update when I get a chance and try again.
Hey,
I just bought a Op3. I want to use Nethunter for the first tkme, what is the best rom to use this with ?

Attack descriptions as well as some documentation to get you started with the installation and setup of Kali NetHunter can be found at: https://github.com/offensive-securit...nethunter/wiki.
List of included attack tools: https://github.com/offensive-securit...s-and-features
Bugs
1. Terminal crashes every time [See workaround]
2. Terminal doesn't opens up in Kali[See workaround]

Format sdcard as system partition and link it via link2sd or format sdcard as internal memory and try then. Use a high speed memory card. I use class 10 32 gb card.

Because @LuK1337 keeps files updated. I want to use Asus repo but they haven't updated it to nougat and most users are on nougat now. Also his Lineage is base for almost all other ROM's. I am currently testing the new builds. It will be available to download by the end of the week.

Today!
New Builds Up. Old users stay on old build. Z00T users test and report. Don't report known bugs. I will fix known bugs in next update. Custom Kernel will be added in next update for both users that will fix almost all bugs and will allow all features of Kali to work. Pre chrooted builds are now removed, manually download chroot now.
