INSTALLATION
1. Download the rom, check the MD5# & drop it in the root of your SD
2. Boot to recovery
3. Nandroid backup
4. Boot to bootloader (hold vol down & power)
5. Ensure your device displays "fastboot usb"
6. Grab my boot.img flasher
7. Extract the zip anywhere on your PC & run the script relating to your OS (windows, linux or mac)
8. press the power button once, click vol down, highlight recovery & press power (This will take you to recovery)
9. Flash the downloaded ROM zip
10. Reboot
11. Enjoy your Ice Cream Sandwich ​

Q 1: How do I flash this ROM? (New LeeDrOiD One Xtreme v.6.0.2 boot img)
1. Boot to recovery

Q 6: Should I use a task killer on the LD ROM?
Not recommended, is you really want to, use the one that came with the rom.(Lee would say, NO!)
Q 7: Backup? What is that?
A good idea is to back up all your data and settings from the phone before flashing a new rom with a full wipe. Best app available is Titanium Back up(included in the ROM)
The best way to back up the contacts is to sync it via HTC Sync or via your gmail.
Q 8: Are Nandroid and Titanium backup the same thing? How do I manage backups?
No, Nandroid backs up the ROM and Titanium backs up the applications. Nandroid is what you do using the recovery and it makes the exact image of your ROM along with the data.
Q 9: On what occasion will I lose my data (apps, contacts etc)?
Only when you flash the rom wiping data using the Aroma installer option. (see next question, Answer 3). When you just flash a rom or a .zip from recovery, it will not wipe anything unless otherwise mentioned.
Q 10: I was on stock (or another rom from another cook) and I flashed LeeDroiD ROM, now I am having some problems.1. Try to rebooting the Phone and see if it makes a difference.
2. Reboot into recovery and clear cache and dalvik, reboot the phone and clear data of the apps causing problem.
3. Reboot into recovery, reflash the rom choosing full wipe in the installer.
Q 11: How do I flash Full wipe or Superwipe and what does it erase?Reboot into recovery, install a zip from sd card option, select the rom, follow the Aroma installer and select "Flash with wiping all (or something to that effect )
Q 12: The screen is not very responsive and is lagging.
Let the phone settle down a bit after you unlock it. It generally needs a few seconds to kick up the CPU.
Q 13: The market is not installing anything. Gives error.
Reboot into recovery and select “clear cache partition”. And under settings - applications - Manage applications - under the Market app < Clear Data>.
Q 14: My battery is draining heavily.
When you first flash a ROM this is what happens. Give it atleast one full charge cycle and it should come back to normal. If required, reboot into recovery and clear battery stats. It is advisable to do so on 100%.
Common Opinion - Heavy battery drain is one thing that you cannot complain about on this rom, for sure. The battery life is much above average
It's NOT recommended to empty the battery, it may course a poorer battery performance and life cyclus.

Q15: Should I run the phone battery to zero percent, and what if it does??
A: Absolutely not! Both the current recoveries are giving problems while pulling the battery up from zero percent. If the phones dies off due to battery being zero, try to reboot it into recovery, flash the stock recovery. If it doesnt, then plug it into the wall charger and leave it for as long as it takes for you to boot it. Then flash the stock recovery, charge it fully and do your stuff.
Q16: MMS Problem?
A: Please check your APN settings.
Q17: Some games that use the motion/G sensor are not working as they should.
A: Re-Calibrate your Gsensor –> Settings – Display – Gsensor Callibration
Q18: I dont like the animations. Dont want them.
A: Go to settings - display - animations.
Q19: How do I change the bootanimation or the downanimation?
A: System\Customize\Resource or System/Data/Local. Replace the boot/down animation.zip file with the one you want. The new file must be named bootanimation.zip/downanimation.zip.
Q20: Can I modify frequencies using SetCPU/System tuner?
A: Avoid set cpu/system tuner at this stage. It is causing much troubles. The app needs to be updated for Quad-core usage.
Q21: GPS Problems?
A: Try faster fix app here from the market. Has helped a few members.
Q22: I am having difficulties assigning ringtones from my SD card on the 4.0 sense.
A: Go to contact, select ringtone. Select ADD where it shows a list of system ringtone - Now it should take you to your music and tones on the SD card. Select the one that you want and click OK. Back on the system ringtones, scroll to find the newly added tone and select it.

Stock LeeDrOiD (The way Lee releases the rom, will put everything back to stock LeeDrOiD out of the box rom)
This also use the VillianRom VRTheme method for themeing, so it should be compatible with *all* LeeDrOiD One Xtreme releases, however, I may need to update it from time to time.
It could also be possible to be used with other themes, for instance, you could flash the non-transparent notification area + my Blue Status Bar mods in the theme section.
If you have anything to add/a request, please quote post/PM me and I will see if it is possible to add it.

Motion Gestures
To enable Motion Gestures:
The included kernel(as of RC6.0+) supports HTC's EasyAccess Motion Gestures.
You just need to enable Xposed and the included Sense 6 Toolbox Module.
Then enable the Wake Gestures toggle in the Toolbox, assign your actions and reboot.
The HTC Logo is used in place of volume rocker, for the camera gestures.

No, I do not have any mirrors currently for it and do not want any made.
I apologize if it's going slow for some.
Don't know why some have issues while most don't.
This does come up every time I make a new thread using the DevDB though.
Seems there is always at least one person having issues downloading, while I can always download a 1GB+ file in under 3 to 5 minutes from here.
I suggest trying another browser, or stop and restart the download until you see a better transfer speed.
In the meantime, I'll consider adding a link on my AFH account as well.

In twrp2.7.0.1 what do you suggest for a wipe before flashing ?? Thank you

Chrome: Hovers around 3-4 hrs
IE Explorer: 15 minutes initially but now its recalculating at 1 hr 24 min
AFH is a hit or miss too depending on which mirror I download at. The fastest I can download a 1gb file would typically take 24-25 min if I use texas server...=(

Not to mention Santod's is also built using the m8 system dump. NOT the ROM leak that hawk and the rest have been using. Just look at the SDK. Santod's is a higher version. If anyone STILL has doubts. Use a til diff to diff them and you will see just how different Santod's is from hawks.

Sounds like IE Explorer it is then...
It would take me longer to upload it to AFH, plus the time it would take you to download it from there.
Only other suggestion,...try Chrome.

Reboot into Recovery Mode
Make a backup of your current ROM
Make a Full Wipe (System / Data / Cache / Dalvik)

Select the zip of the ROM, Flash the Rom
Once installation is complete, restart

This is completely optional and not required at all!
This has been repackaged by me for use with the Verizon HTC One
I have tested it quite extensively and find it to be working quite well.
However, you are flashing this at your own risk and understand flashing hboots for fun, is your choice.
Neither myself, or XDA, will be held liable for anything that may go wrong in the process of flashing and/or using anything posted here.

How to flash the Modified Hboot zip:
Place the zip in your fastboot/adb directory on your computer.
Put the device in fastboot mode
(Volume down and power until menu appears, select fastboot using power button)
Connect the device to the computer
Enter the following commands from terminal/command prompt in the fastboot directory, one at a time:
fastboot oem rebootRUU (this puts the device in RUU mode)
fastboot flash zip HTC-ONE-M7vzw_GPE-5.0.1_hboot.zip
Important: the flash process halts at around 75% to 90% on the phones screen! This is normal and a safety precaution!
The last few percent is the reboot, which is NOT happening automatically, so you get a chance to check the console output before reboot to make sure it is safe to reboot!
The bar will only fill up to 100% once you type the following command:

Current (one item) list is in the OP. :good:
Known Issues:
Storage is not visible via PC while booted.
It is visible and accessible via adb through Recovery.
Right now, it is limited to ringtones and new pictures being seen on PC.
(YMMV, stock GPE m7's are having same issue)
None others that I know of...

It's different in the sense that it is newer, yes.
It is from Lollipop, not Kitkat.

Hmmm, I suppose I could maybe.
Hadn't really planned on it, was about to upload a zip for Gsm though, so maybe I can squeeze Sprint in too.
Verizon I can test, Gsm, no need for me to test really...Sprint on the other hand I will send to you before posting, if I do, how's that?
As I'll need at least a little feedback on it. Just don't hold me to it, haha. But I will try to fit it in.

Download the latest rom from our venomroms download page
If you got an external sdcard place the downloaded zip there. In case you haven't, wait for step 6 to copy it to your internal sdcard.
Backup your internal sdcard if you got important content on it. Unlocking bootloader will wipe all your data, including your internal sdcard. Your external sdcard will stay untouched.
Register at HTCdev if you dont have an account yet and follow the instructions there to unlock your bootloader
Boot up your phone and copy the rom to your internal sdcard in case you didn't in step one to your external.
Download the lastest TWRP Recovery version on the TRWP Download Page
Flash it with fastboot with following command: fastboot flash recovery recovery.img (replace recovery.img with the actual filename it got downloaded with)
To boot into recovery use 'adb reboot recovery' or press and hold power + volume down and wait till it booted to the bootloader. From there you can navigate with the volume buttons and confirm with the power button to boot to the recovery
If you are coming from stock: Make a backup of your stock rom in TWRP recovery. Include System Image and Boot. Now you have a full stock backup, except recovery, in case you want to return back to stock one day.
Ensure you allow system modifications in TWRP when asked.
In TWRP click Install and pick the rom either from internal or external sdcard to install it.
The installer will start and will guide you through the installation

It is very dodgy on HTC devices, it works on some apps, in some just with headset or just even over bluetooth.
That has been the case forever on HTC devices, the volume steps are overridden in native written libs
In apps where it does not work, it will just add n-steps that will do nothing, or after the 15th step the volume drops again

Since Viper10 4.4.0 we provide the worlds first complete Magisk rom.
Carrier specific features like VoLTE or Wi-Fi Calling somehow got broken on custom ROMS with the release of Android N. It was quickly figured out that once the "/system" partition got modified that the carrier specific features got broken.
A solution needed to be found, and we found it: A systemless custom ROM! And with the work done already by Magisk and some help of topjohnwu we made it possible. The Viper10 4.4.0 Magisk version sideloads the complete ROM on a stock system without breaking SafetyNet or the stock carrier features like VoLTE or WiFi Calling.
Besides working carrier features another advantage is, that you can return back to stock in seconds by just deactivating the Viper10 magisk module. That way you can receive official OTA's from HTC for example.
(optional) backup your data with a twrp (just the /data partition, not /boot and /system) backup or tibu on your external sdcard (or copy it to your hdd). Also backup your internal sdcard!
Flash an Android N RUU (or from here) to be 100% stock
Flash latest unofficial TWRP
(optional) restore your data. In case it's a TWRP backup, DON'T restore /system or /boot, JUST /data
Flash latest Magisk (includes root) from here More info and downloads Magisk ROM from our homepage via TWRP, not the classic fullrom! The Magisk Rom is just about 150MB!
Enjoy a Magisk sideloaded ROM that passes safety net and equally important has all carrier features working (VoLTE, Wi-Fi Calling etc.)
Be aware not to modify anything on /system or carrier features etc. will be broken. The hub addons are currently not magisk compatible, but will be soon.

Hello. Very nice ROM. Suitable for everyday use. Everything works smoothly and stably. The only thing is, I can not turn on "Calls via wi-fi". And the translation into Russian is partially missing in the DerpSpace settings. Can this be fixed?

wifi call is working fine at my end (India) didn't have any tester for other region (so had no idea for that tbh).
Translation i think will be added by time as A12 is in initial stage

Hey guys! I plan to install this ROM on my Zenfone 5Z. Is there any specific guide to the installation process for this ROM? Or should I just follow the pattern of starting twrp, clearing all data and caches and installing the ROM normally...

Yes proceed normally or follow these steps:
Steps to flash A12:
- Go to twrp
- wipe data + dalvik
- flash A12 rom zip and twrp zip
- reboot recovery
- flash additional zips if needed
- reboot system
Note: If you were encrypted on A11 then format before reboot system

I found a vendor image in your profile. When switching from Evaluation-X vendor, the old one remained (it was decrypted). I think maybe that's why my wi-fi call doesn't work
I don't have an item that should enable this option

although you can try to edit build.prop
add this line > persist.dbg.wfc_avail_ovr=1
and restart, then chck wifi call toggle

Steps:
1. flash vbmeta in current slot
2. change slot
3. reboot bootloader
4. fastboot -w
5. flash twrp img
6. boot to twrp using vol and power button
7. flash firmware ( https://osdn.net/projects/lineageos-for-z01r/releases/75040 )
8. wipe firmware system + data + dalvik
9. flash rom that you want to install
10. flash twrp.zip ( https://dl.twrp.me/Z01RD/ )
11. reboot system

Thanks for the suggestion. I will surely try it out this week. Can i ask one thing can i directly flash this rom over the stock Zenui or do i have to install first Android 11 and then over than only i can apply this rom

and steps are accordingly finalized after guiding a person...
So steps must work fine

You seem to made it easy. but i am facing problem in the first step. I have unlocked the bootloader but when i give the command fastboot -w my phone is stuck at the the level waiting for device and it doesnt move.
