Frequently asked questions
Q: Will this conflict with any mod I'm using?
A: As long as it doesn't have any entropy related stuff, its okay. Since the kernel already comes with an inbuilt entropy generator, it will conflict with the ones from mod, causing a poor, stuttered performance!
Q: Deep Sleep isnt working for me, Google Services causing wake-locks, what to do?
A: Go to settings, Privacy, Privacy Guard, All apps, long press Google Services, and deny/disable wake-locks! (Thanks to @Paget96 for the solution)
Q: Which version should I flash
A: Flash kernel with model number (E612), don't use (E610) or you may have problems with deep sleep
Q: Which frequency is the safest
A: The default frequency, 800MHz, is the safest!
But, there's no harm in overclocking upto 1100MHz.
You MAY face some issues on 1100MHz-1100MHz, but 1050MHz is stable as 'rock'!
Q: WiFi doesnt work for me
A: Reflash ROM and Kernel
Q: How to logcat?
A: Here
A problem in ROM not reported?Make a logcat post here

The gapps of opengapps.org doesn't work for me, but I used gapps posted on your Door Rom topic by other member and this work, Jonas.

I just flashed it so can't really tell anything about battery, but it generally seems to perform better than CM12.
I can tell animations are even more smoother, and some ripple effects that used to stutter are smoother now.

Please read: don't expect nightlies, I will only upload roms when there are major fixes or major kernel/device updates, please don't message me asking when the next build is...
Steps to install:
1. Best to do a full wipe of data, cache and system if you want to guarantee no weird issues
2. Install ROM zip, you will get a warning about partition size change of system if its the first time you flash, just flash it a second time to confirm the change, this will erase your data partition!
3. Install gapps from link
4. Reboot
For youtube, I recommand using this apk: link
Its a bit old but works very well on our device and plays 720p videos with no issues. the new player from the app store is very slow and playback is very choppy, also no 720p playback.

Known Bugs:
Data doesn't connect every few boots for some reason, I fixed some code but it still seems to happen, although less frequently then before. if it happens, simply turn on airplane mode and then disable it again, data will work
Not Working:
selinux is permissive, not sure if its worth investing time in getting it to enforced

Change log
14/6/16
* Latest CM Commits
* Latest commits from @Coldwindofnowhere, including device and kernel (see his change log to get an idea)
* Added support for more network types in RIL
14/4/16
* Added device settings such as Bigmem thanks to @Coldwindofnowhere
* Latest CM commits
07/04/16
* Latest CM source (no more stable version for now since we need some of the fixes for our devices from nightly)
* fixed BT
* Switched to CM's 'snap' camera, its much lighter and has a ton of features compared to the outdated camera2
* Increased system partition to 900MB for now, since 600 is just too damn small for 2016, if you need more storage, pop in any sd card and adapt it as internal storage, I might look into switching to sd card for both data and internal sd
* Changed to A-gapps, its smaller and lighter then open gapps
* more I probably can't remember.
23/03/16
* First release, see working not working status, based on cm-13.0-ZNH0E (stable cm-13.0)

Doesn't appear to be a toggle anywhere (in CM12.1 it was in Development settings). If its available, a build.prop edit to include "persist.sys.force_highendgfx=true" should work (untested but that's what Performance settings set).

A: Flash kernel with model number (P705), don't use (P700) or you may have problems with deep sleep
Q: Which frequency is the safest
A: The default frequency, ~1000MHz, is the safest!
But, there's no harm in overclocking upto 1300MHz.
You MAY face some issues on 1250MHz-1300MHz, but 1200MHz is stable as 'rock'!
Q: WiFi doesnt work for me
A: Reflash ROM and Kernel
Q: How to logcat?
A: Here

ROM is OK, it is a bit laggy, and Sound recorder is not working, everything else seems to be working [emoji1] [emoji1]
Sent from my LG-P700 using XDA-Developers mobile app
Not just laggy but also some freezes.
Tried this with vee kernel and same with other km ROM by, blank screen coming from sleep.
With kernel, that bug vanished but got some freezes when heavy uses like playing.
Hope this will be improve.
And also hoping that we will get mom also.

Dont flash man, i remove this rom
Sorry, new to this flashing stuff. The custom ROM won't install in TWRP 3.0.2.0 or any other recovery. It says something related to the device being only for p700. Isn't it almost the same except for the NFC? How do I work around it please help T_T
Edit: I just flashed IMER's CM11. What are the better ROMs out there to flash (mostly for stability and performance)?

Yeah, the ROM is better than most of the kitkat Roms, only RIL is a major problem, but I think it will be fixed soon.

5 days to CM13, or around of it.
Im trying to fix lag with the gapps, working hard, not today.
Sent from my E435 using XDA Labs
thanks but my p705 is to hard to running your cm11 and cm12.1.
Works great, nicely done. i hope for ril fix so that I can use it as a daily driver.
I think that IMER was working on cm12 and nfc, flashlight and ril always worked on his roms. But I don't know what happened with him because non of his Ukrainian sites work anymore and his Twitter account is not being updated.
Too bad
Thank you OP for your hardwork.
I founded some minor bugs:
1. the airplane mode triggers automatically from the notification panel, and turning off from the power button menu wont disable, have to do from the panel itself.
Edit: This is rather a visual bug. When the keyboard is up, the notification drawers comes down completely transparent, just like my lockscreen, So i thought i was typing, but in reality the drawer was down and i tapped the airplane mode icon.
2. The lockscreen sometimes comes empty (can only see wallpaper and status bar), i have set a pattern lock and i have to like just do my pattern blindly to open it.
The rest of the rom seems good enough for what this phone is capable of, expecting RIL to fix soon.
Thanks a lot dev!

Seriously, I have think you have get out from this Forum, anyway I don't think working on it will be useful since neither Marshmallow (neither KitKat is real) is daily usable, it will be lost of time working in a build for 10 or 5 peoples or none.
I'm not saying to yours not continue, but it's really waste of life
Thanks Jonas, you're the best.
