i9195 qhsusb_dload - Galaxy S 4 Mini Q&A, Help & Troubleshooting

sry for my bad english
Hello guys, i have a problem with my little sisters s4 mini lte. This morning my sister wanted to play with her phone but it doesn't turned on or charged. I don't know what to do because my mum worked for this phone hard. When i plug it in my PC (win10) it only shows in device manager qhsusb_dload. I google it and I found out that it is hard bricked. The phone has cm13 because kitkat had performance problems and multitasking problems. Could someone please give me the debrick.img for cm13 for i9195. I know there are guides on other threads how i can do it myself but i really have no idea how to do this . I just know that i have to write the debrick.img on a 16gb sd card and put it inside. I would be very thankfull if someone could help me. :fingers-crossed: @ValenteL pls help me

There is no such thing as CM debrick.img as custom ROM's do not change the bootloader, you need the debrick image that matches your last stock image installed (probably) as this would have the installed the bootloader which is what your debrick.img takes over from to try to boot your phone. (that is my understanding ...... but I'm no expert in this area!)
But you should try all other methods to boot your phone before this.

That is weird, my girlfriend has the exact same thing 2 days ago with CM13. Also looking for a way to fix this.

[Q] 4.4.2 debrick.img i747

So i have an i747 galaxy s3 and was running 4.4.2, and i am hard bricked, let me assure you i have tried the 16gb micro sd debrick.img but it still wont work althought i only had a 4.3 debrick.img.So if some one can give me a 4.4.2 debrick.img by doing this
"busybox dd if=/dev/block/mmcblk0 of=/sdcard/backup.bin bs=1M count=70"
And uploading it i would greatly appreciate it. i am not sure if this method will work and here is why, it was bricked by using a version of ezunlocker for a verizon phone to unlock my att phone's boot loader. If any one can help me out and upload the file that would be great and also if any one has any input regarding the usage of the ezunlocker and the status of my phone and the fix using the 16gb debrick.img method and can give any. again it would be great.

i looked all over the internet for this. finally the right 4.4~ is found
https://www.androidfilehost.com/?w=files&flid=15759
The i747 bootloader is not locked. I have no idea what that Verizon app would have done, but if that's what bricked it, our debrick method may not work. We also have not been able to restore any 4.4.2 bricks yet. Thats why i posted a new script to create the image, in hopes that doing it a little differently would help.
I wish you luck, but considering how it was bricked, dont get your hopes up too much. Its still worth trying of course, but i have a feeling a jtag service might be the only way.
did same on my first s3 i747. tried to unlock a already unlocked bootloader. before i knew any better, went and got a new s3. (back in my pre-newb days...before i could even claim newbness status.lol), then discovered XDA. started reading and found out about jtag. now that s3 belongs to my brother.
not helpful, i know. just my story.good luck with debrick.img method.

Unfortunately it did not work
I was orignally on 4.1.2 and flashed task650's newest AOKP release with CWM but for some reason was bootlooping and could not get past the "Swagger Activated" boot animation. So then I tried to revert back to the stock rom via Odin but I must have tried flashing a 4.3 stock rom because it's bricked pretty good now. Odin does not recognize the phone - device manager displays it as QSHUSB_DLOAD. I've tried making my own jig with no luck. And just recently, I've tried 3 different i747 debrick images using the sd card method (16gb / class 10). Up until just an hour ago, I could take the battery out and plug the phone into my laptop via usb cable and the red light would come on but that doesn't even happen anymore. When I hold down the 3 button combination everynow and then I'll hear Windows "device connect noises" as if it's trying to connect but nothing will happen. I know the correct Samsung drivers are installed on my pc because everything was showing up fine prior to me flashing the AOKP rom.
I'm beginning to think there no more hope for me. Idk if I wan't to bother having my phone shipped out and serviced or JTAG'ed or whatever.
Have you tried different sd cards. Many people find some won't work, while others do.

Sorry for the long wait for reply . i don't often check my email. To answer you question . Yes you have to write it to the microsd as a bootable image then insert the microsd and boot the phone . it might take awhile of holding down the power button before it shows signs of life. You might also have to take the battery out and try a few times . Once you have it booted back up use Odin to flash the stock rom back onto your phone then take out the sd card and try to turn it on. To get real help from here, you really need to give more information on what went wrong. Specifically, what caused the brick? Were you flashing any firmware? If so, what were you flashing and how?
A J-Tag is the ultimate solution to any bricking problem caused by firmware failure as this forces firmware installation directly to the motherboard so if you say you tried this and it didn't work, I'm afraid it may not be a firmware problem you have.
i plug in my phone deleted all my files ALL aand then flashed firmware of Hiemdall firmware then i got PASS on odin then Galaxy icon popup and then black screen and nothing more.
You said you already tried a jtag service and it didn't work. More than likely its irreparable on that case. Sorry to hear about that....
well i got nothing to say only ccry maybe.

I hard bricked my galaxy s3 i747 when I flashed a bad modem on 4.4.2. Has anyone been able to successfully unbrick with jtag on 4.4.2?
Not to my knowledge. If a way is found it will be posted in the actual debrick thread. If its not there its not been done yet.

First. Have a good day to all. I'm gt-i9305 user and I love it. I bricked it and fixed it with the help of XDA.thanks so much XDA. And now im trying to fix my note2
Here my problem.
Before I bricked my note2 n7105 it always restarting itself like less than a minute so I decided to root it but again I messed up and end up null imei and unknown baseband. I tried so many procedure to fix it but not all working to me. Then I decided to flash custom ROM lollipop (Tesla) thnx. It works for me. No more restarting /shutting down. But still null/unknown imei baseband. Again I flashed/tried what I gathered from here to try my luck but sad to say I'm not good please please help me.. I can provide info about my phone. I will reply on every comments to made immediately.
Now I'm using my bricked note 2 connected thru WiFi with custom ROM lollipop.
Because if I flash again to official firmware I cannot use it restarting itself less than a min. Sorry for my bad English .thanks hope to hear from you guys.

Try other debrick images, even if you have the right one it may take several attempts before boot. Try battery pulls too ...

Thank you so much for the link, i think i'm not so great in searching :silly:
I tried with a 32g card -the first time- not sure which class it's not mine, i'll get a 16g class 10 soon and see how that works out.

the size and the class of the SD are probably not so important but some people have found success following this. More often, eg on the S3 debrick thread, they say they had to try the whole process ie incl set up SD card multiple times before it worked, in some cases. You must have a debrick image that has the same or newer boot loader than the one on your phone. AFAIK
But there is no guarantee it will work even if you do everything right.....

SGH I747 Dead ,Now replaced the board. need help !!!!

Hi there,
i just bought a samsung s3 from a friend who has been using the phone for two years without any problems. i charged it and then wanted to root it. i did it with kingoroot from playstore and got root. then i wanted the TWRP recovery for a rom flashing. i tried to power off and then i was gonna go to the download mode for Odin flashing the recovery but the phone wouldnt turn on.
took it to the technician and he said its Dead, had to replace the board. again that of SGH I747.
Now my question is how is it posibble that a phone with drivers installed on my pc automatically shows the name of GTI9300 and actually is SGHI747. i rooted with kingoroot choosing I9300 and i tried TWRP manager also For I9300. what phone do i have really now it says i9300 behind the battery(under) and the technician says its i747 american model and how to root it safely , what recovery, what rom is best for it, (battery and gaming wise)?????? Plz need REAL help guys... thatnkyou all.
Update
ok guys replaced board and the board says its i747 , the phone says its i9300 and in download mode it says t999 . by searching via imie thru a website it says IMEI Samsung SGH-T999V Galaxy S III . what the hell guys. its rooted and CM 6 recovery done too. what rom do i flash plz help .................. plz someone.
some one plz
This happened with me also but i think u should know what broadcommchipset do you have it will tell you about your phone you can also try special apps from the playstore like cpu z they can tell you what device you have be sure that these apps don't connect to the internet to do so because they might take ur imei number and look for it on the internet this way you wont know what hardware do you have. I am not an expert but i wouldn't recommend flashing rom before you know unless you have time for flashing again and again and researching unbriking...etc. plz let me know if you where able to find a solution
