Install Instructions
All is include in the ROM, no need to flash SuperUser fix or Kernel.
Fresh installation:
LOCKED & UNLOCKED Bootloaders
Flash official Sony's 4.2.2 10.3.1.A.2.74 or 10.3.1.A.2.67 with flashtool (http://forum.xda-developers.com/showthread.php?t=2162907)
Root using DoomLord method (http://forum.xda-developers.com/showthread.php?t=2327472) or this new method: http://forum.xda-developers.com/showthread.php?t=2547714
Install NUT dual recovery (http://forum.xda-developers.com/showthread.php?t=2261606) or the recovery of your choice.
Reboot in recovery, Wipe Data, Cache and Dalvik Cache.
Flash the rom.
From eXistenZ v4.x.x:
Backup your datas with Titanium backup or Sony app.
Reboot in recovery, Wipe Data, Cache and Dalvik Cache
Flash the rom.
Restore your datas (It may cause problems!!!)
From an other Stock based rom (JB 4.3 10.4.1.B.0.101):
Reboot in recovery, Wipe Cache and Dalvik Cache
Flash the rom.
From an other Stock based rom (10.3.1.A.2.74 or 10.3.1.A.2.67):
Do a fresh installation!
From anything else (CM10, PAC, ...):
Do a fresh installation!

Factory Reset, Wipe Cache, Dalvik-Cache, Format system. Thats what i did at least, and everything working so far, no bugs that i've encountered.

EDIT: 1 bug, cannot access Sound Effects from Settings, but this bug has been reported already on the Z
EDIT2: Not sure if a bug, but i got a notification telling me that my phone is consuming too much power even as im charging (my phone is plugged in), and it stops charging.
EDIT3: My previous 'bug' mentioned about the charging seemed to has resolved itself.

Downloads And Instructions
Instructions:-
Download StryFlex™ LP ROM and put it in your device storage.
Make sure you have taken backup of your contacts before flashing the ROM. Use Super Backup App to take backup.
If you are flashing StryFlex™ LP Minimal Edition then first flash any latest CM12.1 nightly and then Minimal Edition Zip.
If you are installing StryFlex™ LP Ultimate Edition then no need to flash CM12.1.
Now Reboot and go to Recovery.
Format system, data, cache and dalvik-cache and make a clean install.
Flash CM12.1 Nightly if you're gonna use Minimal Edition.
Then click on Install Zip. Select storage where StryFlex™ LP ROM is kept and Flash the ROM.
If you are Dual SIM user, then flash the given Dual SIM Patch.
Now wipe Cache and Dalvik/ART Cache.
Reboot your phone.
Done!Enjoy Xperia Lollipop UI!

Frequently Asked Questions (F.A.Qs.):-
Ques: Mobile data toggle is not working in Minimal Edition?
Ans: Mobile data toggle works as long as you don't edit and rearrange the default quick settings toggles. This issue is not in Ultimate Edition. All toggle works fine in StryFlex Ultimate Edition even if you edit and rearrange the quick settings toggles.
Ques: How can I have stock Sony's icons for Battery?
Ans: Go in Settings->StryFlex Special->Status Bar.
Check "Sony's Battery Icon" and restart SystemUI (at bottom) then go in Battery Status and select Hidden as Indicator.
Ques: Why the Quick Toggles animations are not working anymore?
Ans: Quick Toggles animations are only working in you are not coloring the icons, coloring engine is not able to color animated images.
So to restore animations, turn off Custom color switch in Settings->StryFlex Special->Notification Panel->Display Options.
Ques: Double tap anywhere to sleep can't be turned off?
Ans: The switch in Lockscreen settings is only working when Double tap to sleep is turned off in Status Bar options.
Ques: Volume to skip tracks doesn't seems to work?
Ans: Volume to skip tracks doesn't work with Ambient Display On.
Ques: What happened to Home launcher, no more Home drawer?
Ans: By default Modern layout is used, to restore old style, long press Home desktop, go in Home Settings->Home Screen Layout and select Classic.
Bugs:-
Pattern Lock is not working in Ultimate Edition only.
Import/Export Contacts and Groups tab is not working.

the launcher icons are small compared to your screenshot any way in makeing them bigger?, and yes i know about the launcher setting and it doesnt help, when setting the icons small there even smaller than they realy are

You'll have to try that dual sim patch and see if works or not.. Most probably it won't work coz the apps are ported from Xperia Z3 single sim.. But give it a try!

The screenshots are from Xperia L.. Unfortunately I don't own Xperia M and the Xperia home I used was given by @abhatia1435 So he will fix it soon..

Bugs:
It is very important to take this into account:
Only use 3x3 pattern.
When battery saver is on it get a little laggy. Solution: reboot.
To take into account:
To use Xperia cameras, go to widgets and place "Cameras" widget, then you can open all cameras.
You can change lockscreen clock by pressing it for a while.
To activate lockscreen particle effect you must use the Xperia live wallpaper.
CM themes are still working. You can look for xperia adapted ones.
Small apps are in the recent apps screen.
How to use Xperia Camera:
To use Xperia Camera open it from lockscreen shorcut. Please remember it is a beta feature.
Default mode is SA (Superior Auto). Once you go to other mode and then try to get back to SA camera crashes.
To take front/back photos or record video use SA (SA settings doesn't work).
To take only back photos, with your own setttings, use Manual mode.
Please do not bother reporting Xperia Camera issues. We know them but it works and is great!
Installation:
1- Download and place in sdcard the ROM.
2- Go to recovery. Recomended: TWRP 2.8.6.0.
3- Wipe system, data, cache and dalvik cache.
4- Install the ROM.
5- Install GApps.
6- Reboot.

I modified the update script, as when installing the rom the recovery restarted and not settled, only removed some unnecessary lines

First bug is due to the Z5 SystemUI as you know our devices doesn't have the same specifications as a Z5. I recommend not to touch quick toggles option.
Motorla Camera is not a bug hahahaha. The stock xperia camera is not working, however you can use all camera effects.
What do you mean by 'Many more...'?

First: Thank you for this awesome ROM is very fast and useful!
So, I will show some bugs which can be fixed in the next update.Errors
- If you take the NFC icon in the rearrange quick settings the Android crashes
- The Album and Movies apps are showing some errors when is open giving the message: Device has been Stopped
- The Music app while a music is running the app (in notification bar) stay white
- When some screen shoot is maked, it no shows the "Share" and "Delete" in the status bar options, just a message: SIGN INTO NETWORK.
