Isn't this from the IdeaL theme?
I ported couple of exclusive boot animations of moto X for moto E.
Installation steps:
1-Your phone must be rooted.[emoji23]
2-Delete the bootanimation.zip file(on your own risk) present in the /system/media.[emoji14]
Optional step-Take a backup of stock boot animation,for this go to /system/media in rooted directory.Rename the bootanimation.zip to bootanimation.zip.bak(recommended step).:good:
3-Put the new boot animation file in the same directory and rename it to bootanimation.zip
4-Change the permission of the file to rw-r-r
Done.:good:
reboot the phone
Enjoy
Tested by me on CM12.1, AOSP LP, CM13 and AOSP MM so no problem.[emoji23]

First of all don't quote the OP.
I think in moto E2 boot animation file is mp4 and moto E1 uses image file, so I think it'll probably not work.
