My brand new htc 820 bought from Dubai got effected with malware. I tried to factory reset but no hope each time new malwares are downloaded and now i am unable to use the phone , can anyone help

Guys mine SIM slot has been damaged .. SIM slot 1 (cdma/wcdma) dual SIM Indian version ..
It is faulty from the beginning but could not repair it earlier, now HTC care centre person are quoting "" 9000rs (~150$ ) "" for a whole MOTHERBOARD REPLACEMENT than just repairing it
..it is still under warranty but they are asking for it as physical damage ..
CAN ANYBODY TELL WHICH SIM SLOT THE HTC DESIRE 816 IS using like (m7, m8). , as I am not able to find a replacement part online.. can anybody know how , where to repair it ..+?:??

How to remove safe mode in htc 820Q
hi all,
I bought htc 820q last week, as it requires nano sim it took me 3days to buy new sim to get functional.
the problem is the mobile is in Safe mode & I am not able to remove the safe mode even after inserting nano simcard.
any suggestion how to disable safe mode..

I have read alot about this problem on the interent, I have contaced HTC for this and I got no suitable answer they keep asking me strange questions about how do I operate my mobile, This is my 6th android mobile since 2009 and I never saw a problem like this which I cant switch to 3G mode, the option is grayed and I cant force to change it even throught "phone information" from GSM Only to WCMDA prefered, tried both sim slots, tried another sim, tried some google play apps, tried factory reset... none did work out.
I did also read about an update to HTC 820 software which was applied to "some HTC 820" that would reslove this problem, but my phone wouldnt get that update.
Now the question is, Do i try and apply a RUU from HTC which is not mine? since my mobile is Indian and I think gettings a chinese RUU might solve the problem.
please advice.

There is no option for checking updates in settings-about phone-??
I don't have any idea why or how this could have happened.
Please help me!!!!

hello,
i have the same problem and i have asked HTC assistance, they told me that its normal, and when it will be our devices turn , update will show up by itself.
im not sure that its possible but anyway i share my experience with desire 816 dual sim
I don't think that's true because I have seen that option on my friends HTC even without any updates available.
Btw do you think flashing the stock Rom will fix that??

Well yesterday i just bought a brand new HTC Desire 650 Dual Sim . The specs are 3gb of ram, 32gb internal, mediatek mt6753 . Can anyone help??

Have you tried kingroot and make sure USB debug enabled and oem unlock enabled too and have you tried to unlock bootloader??
yes i already tried kingroot...
but it fails...
and i tried to unlock bootloader with the help of htc dev website....
