I'm currently using htc desire 526g+ which runs on 4.4.2 android KitKat And i have rooted my device using kingroot app. Now i want to customise my mobile using xposed installer but the package wont download saying its not compatible for htc ..i need help to sort out this issue.. how can i sort this out or there are any other apps like xposed intaller that i can use on my htc desire 526g+ .if so plz mail to - [email protected]

As long you're on KitKat you'll need to disable the S-on , if you are successful in doing to please post how you did it. I was using a HTC desire 326g and I faced the exact same problem. Also, you'll be needing a custom recovery like TWRP or CWM. Try updating to lollipop via OTA. Your device has got it.

Currently there is no update available for this model for any other version of OS or any Customer Rom, apart from Lewa OS. Although, HTC has released the 4.4.2 Kernel Source Code, the official OS update is still underway.

Hi everyone , my one m9's android version is 5.1 and I installed Viper Venom 3.5 rom .
Do I need s-off when install viper venom 4.1 ? I asked this question because Android 6.0 version is in viper venom 4.1 . but ı have lollipop.

There's a problem if you don't have the marshmallow firmware. If you don't have one of the versions that recently got updated to marshmallow officially then yes you would need s-off or you'd need to wait for your phone to be updated.

Sunshine or a java card are the only current methods to gain s-off for the m9....g

We haven't cyanigenmod. Custom roms from other device can brick your phone

I unlocked bootloader for HTC 826 and even installed TWRP on;y to find there is no Nougat RROM for it. Can anyone tell me if there is a ROM for it and assist with a link?
