Mouse scrolling stopped working - Nova Launcher

Up until the current version, I was able to scroll horizontally through the home pages by using a scroll wheel on a mouse. With the current version that no longer works. Now, using the mouse, I have to grab and drag screens to scroll. I would like to see this feature restored!

S Pen right click

It appears that S pen is functioning like a mouse in android - for example in dosbox hovering will move mouse around and tapping will click it. And as far as I saw (screenshots only, so excuse me if I'm wrong) CM will also recognize S pen as mouse pointer.
However, there is a small problem: there is no right click. And since I don't use gestures really: Is there a way to remap button on S-pen to function as right click?

I'm looking for the same thing and I've tried many apps with no results, but these apps might point you to the right direction:
CM S Pen Add-on Can detect the S Pen button actions.
Xposed Addition Can remap hardware buttons.
So the thing to get the S Pen button actions be recognized as buttons. Then it would be easy to remap it with Xposed Additions.
Good luck!

S Note Finger pinch-to-zoom/ scrolling doesn't work

I've rooted my P605 last weekend, installed Wanam xposed and GMD gesturecontroll.
Everything is working fine and smooth except the fact, that i can't scroll oder use the pinch to zoom gesture anymore. With the stylus everything is working as usual, but finger gestures only swipe left/right for page turning. It doesn't even recognise single tap to show that little edit symbol in the upper right corner (single tap with stylus works).
When I deactivate the "Stylus only mode" in the editor, I can draw with my finger but no zooming, scrolling.
Anyone experienced a similar problem or has a solution for this?

Hello ketanest,
I ROOTED MY P601 AND I'M HAVING THE SAME ISSUE AS YOUR.
PROBABLY THEY CHANGE SOME HARDWARE/SOFTWARE CONFIG. AS KNOX.
HAVE YOU FOUND AN EXPLICATION?

App: All in one Gestures (without Root)

A large tablet comes with the price of greater hand/arm travel distance when working with the screen. I am by no means complaining any sore elbows here. But it does take some getting used to, especially for those coming from smaller (7" - 8") tablets. Over and over again when my hand moves up and down between the screen and the (home and capacitive) buttons, I can't help but wish I had multi-touch gestures like on an iPad.
If my GNP were rooted, GMD Gestures would have solved my problem. But I am not ready to trip that stupid Knox counter yet. So here we are.
I came across this app called All in one Gesture. It doesn't have multi-touch, but at least some simple 'swiping from edges' functions.

Let me share with you my experience on working with this app. First, after installation, you need to enable the app under Accessibility in Settings before you can activate/use the gestures. But soon, Android will warn you of disabling a whole bunch of functions as a result, including Multi window. See attachment.
The good news is, some of those functions can be re-enabled to work with All-in-one-Gesture without issues. I tested Multi window, Air view and Direct pen input and they all seemed to be working fine after re-enabling. (I don't use the others, but I suspect some other ones would work too). But you should exercise cautious when doing so. For example, Multi window requires swiping from right edge to activate; and so I should not use the swiping from right edge gesture. Currently, I only use swiping from left for the 'back' function, and swiping from bottom for the 'home' function.
The Back and Home functions are universal in all apps; e.g., they will work in Chrome browser, where I can swipe from left edge to go back to previous page, and swipe from bottom to exit app.
I also changed some settings in All in one Gestures. For example, I made the 'Edge Width' longer under 'Edge Preference', and also made the touch area transparent under 'Transparency and Color'. There are also settings for tweaking the swipe area and sensitivity. I haven't played with them to much, but they may become useful for certain games to avoid accidentally triggering the actions.

Use touch interface with a mouse

is there any way of using the mouse to simulate touch across windows 8.1?
i find the touch behavior to be way more fluid than the mouse behavior of windows and would like to be able to make widows think my clicks and drags are touch events.
(possibly even having right click as a single touch pinch to zoom).
all full screen apps and the start screen just screams "drag scroll me!" and it never works when i try ^^
when you connect a mouse to an android device you can touch with clicks and i'd like that to work in windows too.
besides i'm pretty sure some devs would love to use it for debugging^^

Chrome remote desktop touch issue

Anyone use chrome remote desktop? I can't get the touch to work on it. Aka using your finger to touch where you want the mouse to click. Instead of the cursor option.
Mine is working fine in both mouse modes, finger scrolling and tap to click
