Same problem. Even can't enter in TWRP.
So, I used to reboot to download mode and setupo stock fw, then will setup twrp and root... (((

Awesome Rom
I must have to say that this Rom is really very good and smooth. I have not found any bugs yet on this Rom. Battery stability is great. Keep it up ! I think its almost look like stock but something better than stock in the sense of Battery, smoothness and overall performance. Hope our greatest developer will keep the update in future. The best small Rom but awesome!. I flashed it on my s7 edge white.

As I know there is no problem with this rom . May but you guys have missed something. Just be sure what are the procedure or instruction before flash. It take 1 minute to be done. No problem.

I really glad for you and your S7 Edge!
But this thread and room is for S7 Flat and there is no wow replies about this rom on S7 Flat. I really need fast and slim close to stock rom and will wait for fixing it.
This version don't installs properly via provided instruction.
I flashed all of the customs roms here to test, even the Echoe Rom, witch is not on the XDA Forum, so I have some experience and always do the Full wipe with formating internal storage and Factory Reset.
I agree, the TS made a great work, but he need to fix this rom to make it Works.
Also, all the reactors here, in topic, have the same problem agree installing and on the first boot...

Its working with s7 edge but I do not have s7, If I had s7, I would have flashed and check the problem. Sorry! Can not provide any good idea.

Count me in.. Stuck on the Bootscreen with Vibration.
It's funny that I always have some errors using his Roms. Guess he should take some time testing this stuff instead of posting one Rom after the other.
My guess: he mixed the Kernels, maybe it Boots flashing a 930F Kernel after the installation. I'm not going to test this again untill he releases a new Version.

Also agree, that rom need testing before public release.
I've read good feedback about this rom for Edge on 4pda.ru, but for s7 Flat now it is useless.
I am waiting for a new, tested version of this rom. I am really interested in it!!!

HI, do one things! wipe everything, format in advance. First flash the rom, then flash s7 kernel( may be u can find out s7 kernel zip on google) . Hope it will boot
Tested with flashing Kernel just after the ROM, same bug, stuck at boot and vibrating.

Same for me. Tested Stock Kernel after flashing with full wipe. Then same and Jesse Kernel, then with Super Kernel. Still got the same bug with no booting and vibrations on Samsung S7 Logo.
Any updates/notes from Topic Starter? I really want Semi Stock UX Super Lite Rom like this. But Working one...
Interesting: everyone with S7 getting bug on this rom, but the topic have 5 stars rating. Amazing...
I'm guessing someone should delete this ROM until it is fixed or at least make sure everyone knows that it will soft brick your phone!

Using TWRP?
Reboot into your Recovery by holding the vol up and holding it while turning the phone on.
Step 1: go to the tab called "Wipe" and click Manual Wipe
Step 2: format the folliwing partitions
* /cache
* /data
* /system
* Dalvik-Cache
Step 3: go to the tab called "Install" and pick the storage unit you have this rom placed in and click the zip
Step 4: once you clicked the the rom slide the bar to the right to accept install and the rom will install
Step 5: once it says done click the "Reboot System" tab and done setup your phone after it boots
Using CWM OR CWM TOUCH?
Instructions:
Step 1: reboot into your recovery by pressing and holding the vol up button while turning the phone on
Step 2: niw your in recovery go to "Mounts & Storage" and format the following partitions

I used to CDMA jflteatt build or jfltecan build so had no signal but the ROM is excellent I defiantly saw improvements
It's running great so far

60 is the s5 or s6 isn't it? 50 is optimum for the s4.

Gamerrom promises fast a stable gaming gr5 was the only rom to beat other os's from speed and less lags, im a gamer so i built it by a gamer for gamers, and 50fps only applies when running a app or games, however all s4s run differently

If it isnt jfktexx ant not model GT-I905 then no u can cgange the values in the updater-script but the os will do serious battery damage because of a different model that it wasnt made for just remeber theirs only me making this rom so it takes time to build them

You could but WiFi BT and mobile wouldn't work as your phone has different hardware to gt i9505

I will not be providing any additional mods (Themes, etc.) If you want Touchwiz Apps then this ROM isn't for you, you can use the de-bloating script instead located HEREInstallation instructions:
Install the latest recovery (TWRP recommended)
Download the ROM.zip copy it your internal or external storage (OTG) of the device.
Flash the ROM.zip
Reboot and wait for the ROM to boot, it is advised you let the ROM rest for a few minutes after initial boot.

Make a back-up of all of your data because internal storage will be wiped/encrypted.

The reason you don't have root is probably because you wiped data after flashing the ROM, this ROM contains systemless root.
You have two solutions, either flash SuperSU or flash the ROM.zip again.

The phone should cool off after it rests, due to the fact that the initial boot will be hot due to the fact that this ROM is DeOdexed and stock ROM is Odexed. I would recommend letting the ROM settle in for a day or two.
I'll look into the GraceUX but no ETAs as it's dependent on whether I have time to look into it.

Instructions & requirements
We highly recommend you to follow these instructions very carefully. Users usually tend to skip a few steps and eventually fall in trouble. Are you with me? Good. Let's get this train going.
Just a few things to keep in mind first -
If you're coming from another ROM / Stock, your system data (not internal storage) and cache will have to be wiped. This includes apps, accounts, messages, call logs etc.
There's been some users complaining about different GAPPS variants messing up installs and causing a ton of issues. Upon investigating it seems OpenGapps Mini/Nano work best.
Understand that Paranoid Android is a custom ROM and it might lead to addiction as it's relatively good. We shouldn't be accused of anything just incase your cat starts drinking wine. Things get a little woozy in the Paranoid World.
Some brain might be involved if things go wrong. Not a lot though, as much to solve what's 1+1.
Okay let's get to the main bit -
Once you have all the required files - boot into recovery and wipe the bananas out of your device. Get into the wipe menu and wipe data, system, cache and dalvik cache (basically everything except Internal Storage).
Once wiped, get into the "Install from zip" menu and select the ROM zip. (pa_gemini_6.x...). Once added to the install queue, TWRP will ask you if you want to add more zips into the queue - Click on "add more zips" and select the firmware package.
Swipe the bar on the bottom to flash/install zips. Once both zips are done installing - Reboot into system and set-up your device, after you've let it settle with screen off for about 10 Minutes, do not do anything else! Please let your device settle with screen off for about 10 Minutes after the first boot, otherwise the system wont boot after a reboot!
Once you're done setting up your device - well that's when you're done. One thing though - Make sure you DO NOT INSTALL any other zip in the same queue as the ROM! Meaning, do not flash anything like Gapps, a kernel or a root package while installing the ROM. We recommend you do that AFTER you're done setting up your device.

Can happen, happened to me only one time (the one time i did no logcat...) but after the reboot, it should work
I always use the pico gapps, but its up to you!

Installing this Rom will void warranty. Installing TWRP will trip knox to 0x1! Secure folder and Samsung Pay will be unusable
Hey folks! I bet you know me from the S7/S7 Edge forums
I did/I'm still doing some work there with the SuperStock-Rom (which is quite similar to this rom here on the S8+ actually), or the probably most known Rom on the S7 edge: SuperMan-Rom. So, what's the aim of this rom? Trying to be as close to stock as possible with some nice modifications as: Always up to date, knox fake, auto updated bootloader/modem. You can check full feature list below!
And why the name "BatStock-Rom"? I will do a custom rom (which has similar features to my SuperMan-Rom) with the name "BatMan-Rom" that's why.

HOW-TO Install the rom:
0. Make sure you have ticked OEM Unlock in Developer settings and have a backup of your user apps!
1. Download latest bootloader and modem from here:
Bootloader/Modem
2. Download latest odin
3. Flash BL (bootloader) in BL tab and CP (modem) in CP tab of odin. Then follow the steps on this side until you get a working custom recovery: TWRP for S8+ (to enter download mode, press power+bixby button+volume down)
4. If you are done with bootloader, modem and recovery we can move on, boot into twrp holding power, bixby button and volume up while phone is powered off
5. This will delete all your personal data! In TWRP recovery: Click on wipe, format data and type "yes"
6. Wait until it is finished then click reboot, reboot to recovery
7. Now connect your phone to PC and copy the rom file inside your internal or external sd card
8. Flash the rom and wait until it is finished
9. Reboot your phone and wait till it finished booting
10. After you setup your phone, check if magisk/busybox got installed. If not install them from playstore

Yes. If you read aroma carefully you know why. If you update bootloader it will autoreboot in order to actually install the bootloader

That was because I did not have a s7 from the very beginning
Samsung pay was reported working on some s7 users phones. Anyway I could never verify or try myself since it's not even available in my country :/

Yes, It's under the display options on settings at the very bottom.
This rom would have been great if the download manager worked...
I think someone at CrDroid Lineage messed the source code up..
Anyways I will be making other roms for this device and an updated RR Rom in some few days
EDIT: I fixed the download provider and i will upload soon...
Excited to install the new v.2 . I have found very little selection in s3 roms .Most are just the same old crap. The RR rom is good but can not change the icons in the settings to the green I like .
This is going to make a great daily driver.

I will be uploading a stable version tomorrow in which you will be able to download files from the internet
It looks like there were some changes on the packages source code "DOWNLOADprovider.apk" Originally, the ROM would refuse to totally compile so I skipped this package
But now, I used an older source code of the package and it compiled just fine.
If you want to use this ROM as your daily driver, just wait until tomorrow

Can't get past the setup wizard . keeps rebooting!!
I have been thinking maybe if I install my pico gapps after ? Will that work ?

Make sure you use Gapps ARM - 7.1 - Pico
Make a clean install (Reinstall the crdroid zip) and delete cache data dalvik and start it without Gapps installed.
Once you successfully booted into the rom reboot again to recovery and install gapps (ARM - 7.1 - Pico)
That is what I have done to install gapps. If it still doesn't work, you can tell me and I will Provide you with my gapps which are a bit older.

I am using the arm gapps .So I will try to install the gapps after . Wish me luck!

I decided to go ahead right after I replied here the last time. Boy it went really quickly without the gapps. I flashed them after & vola. Success .
The cyan color was too much so I themed it with a DIY system app .Now teal icons & system buttons along with a greenish quick settings background.
Best ting .... it started up quite quickly still .
I think you've got a keeper.

Yes, unfortunately it's only from July 5, 2018. CrDroid has stopped support for nougat.
I have had the Rom on my phone for almost 2 wks now & I've noticed the battery life isn't as good as I would have thought. I not being used at all it will drop at almost a percent an hour. Trying to find a fix . I set all my normal battery saving settings like my other phones even tried turning off the wifi. when the phone is idle. Maybe it's my service provider signal. huh!
The battery life seems short about 2 to 3% an hour on idle screen off.
I'm wondering if the processor is running constantly & not resting . I stopped some apps from booting & not staying awake . Tweaked all the auto settings .
Nothing works.

Well, for me, the battery life is around the same with my rom compared to Joker1716 lineage 14.1 rom.
It might be a bit worse on my rom.
Anyways, I hope I can bring more roms for this device
Is there a problem with calendar notifications ? I went out to an appointment that I set up a reminder for, and it never went off. Can't seem to figure out what's happening!
That's the second time I noticed this issue. Before when it happened I thought I messed up .
I think I might have got the notifications fixed. I don't know how either. Hate that!!!!
I was just looking at the image battery . If you used 56% in 2 days that's .85% an hour . Am I right?
As opposed to 2 to 3 % an hour.
