Sony Stock 6.0.1 Test Build, try it at your own risk - Xperia Z1 Compact Android Development

This is a test build I made for the Z1c.
It is based on 23.5.A.0.575 firmware, don't know if it even boots yet, because I do not own a Z1c unfortunately.
Everything what you need to know is in the readme file of the zip that you downloaded.
Make sure your bootloader is unlocked, and I apologize if this soft-bricks your phone.

I believe it was from the Z3c,they have almost the same specs,I know about the SD800 and SD801,and people will say they are different but they are basically the same, only the SD801 has a bump in clock speed

Hmm I don't think it will go

Don't try it,I will modify the kernel a bit and then you can try to give it a shot, for now don't flash

Better idea, start with its stock kernel opensource, modify it for z1c and in same time make it working with an for example recovery, till after you get that kernel working in combination with for example recovery on our z1c than probably you can start patching its androod part

Just a quick question, could I use something from the AOSP Z1c kernel to put in the Z3c kernel to make it possibly compatible?

Edit:
the best idea is having booth stock kernels lolipop source code on hard disk and making an git diff just for finding diferencies in kernel source, than by that knownledge starting optimising z3c marchmallow kernel for z1c, at least I would be do that way.

I don't have a S7 Flat.
But this kernel should work.
Did you flash other custom kernel before?
Some kernels will remove Fingerprint related files to make kernel stable.
So, maybe you should reflash the ROM and then flash this kernel.

But it is not always stable enough, some will meet black screen problem when Geekbench at about 70%.
(That's partially because S7's unstable power supply and various of ASV levels)
I am working on a algorithm that could automatically determine whether OC or not by ASV level and voltage supply.

I hope I would be able to help , mate ... because this is what I prefer to experiment on because there are newer devices with the same characteristics which are so much more active than ours ... I'm thinking of making a compatible kernel for P601 users and P605 users to make it compatible for them to migrate to other ROM developing devices ( It's okay if you are confused about it because I am too and theoretically it shouldn't be possible for these to boot the ROMs of each other ... On both ports in 605 the problems will be the same, because I did not change the kernel. Init scripts were changed, but not the kernel\dts.
P555 port almost done, my child today finished exams, I finally have time and can read and reply to all the messages. I think that by the end of the week I will find the time, I will build the right kernel for 605.
