If you managed to get to bootloader try unlocking it, flashing custom recovery and then flash stock rom.

Recovery from stuck at boot animation of htc desire 616

Welcome friends,
sometimes you install any mod or changes in system by installing un-official drivers in Htc desire 616 or any android,
the following steps may help you well,
1. turn off your phone, remove battery for a minute and reinsert.
2. just go into your recovery mode by pressing volume down and power button simultaneously.
3. wipe / clear phone cache memory and data.
4. wipe delvik cache.
5. restart your htc desire 616, wait for couple of minutes and be patient your phone will start normally.:fingers-crossed::highfive:

Cannot update HTC desire 816 dual sim phone after rooting it

Hi I have unlocked bootloader in my htc desire 816 phone and then rooted it, i have a problem when ever my phone is out of charge and switched off and when i keep charging FAST boot screen is appearing (i mean screen where we have options as such as hboot fastboot recovery clear storage simlock etc) .
this is appearing even when i tried to factory reset it.
This is screen is appearing when i tried to update my phone with Android 6.0 yesterday .
Please help in this regard what steps i have to follow.
Thanks in advance
That's completely normal. The only way to disable fastboot start is to go back to stock.
It's booting to fastboot, because your bootloader is unlocked.

Phone restarted and got stuck in Bootloop after flashing Custom ROM

I followed one post on Dev ROM on this forum.
I tried installing the Sence 7.0 ROM on HTC Desire 820 Dual Sim and it installed without any problems but at the end when it asks for Reboot, phone restarted and got stuck in Bootloop.
Could anyone please help me resolve this problem?
Your help will be really appreciated.

Try to make as: Tighten the two volume buttons and the power button when a black screen appears to hold the volume- button and power, smart mustget into in the loader in the boot loader to choose reboot (assuming that the system is not removed)
Return to stock ROM by the rebootRUU method and then upgrade to the latest MM ROM which has Sense 7 installed by default.

Can you get to fastboot? (phone off, hold power+volume down until it enters fastboot)
Yes, as bigsupersquid said:
Firstly switch off your phone if on
Then hold volume down and power button to go into bootloader mode
Go to fastboot
Connect phone to pc and then download twrp 3.0.x instead of 3.1.1 since it gives bootloops
Flash it and restart phone
Your phone will be running normally
