Since i got my phone unlock i have experienced random reboots and battery drain issues algo sometimes after i reboot i get a screen that says my phone is corrupted and it cannot be trusted.

I got the same Problem, i buy the 992 with Android 6, a boot loader was install. I upgrate to Android 7 and now i got a SIM Lock. So the boot loader was for the sim lock.
I got the unlock Code. But I can´t give the LG LS 992 the Unlock Code.
My question is how to give the LS992 the Unlock Code ( I Try the comon way ) or how to downgrabe the 992 and use a boot loader. any way is fine for me . But i Need this phone for call

LS992 can't use an unlock code to unlock the SIM.

If you found it.....root your phone then install the 2 versions 3.1.5 and 3.1.8
Then tap on SIM unlock.

Look, the spoon-feeding needs to stop. You either need to do your own research or get a phone that doesnt involve you asking so many questions, and when you get answers, you question the very answers youre given.

hey dude, I had the same trouble with my Snote4. idone unlocked it using a remote connection. contact him on xda thru http://forum.xda-developers.com/member.php?u=319373. am now using my phone on gsm with no hassle.

Will doing something like that can unlock bootloader, I mean if we edit unlock.bin and put our device id will it unlock the bootloader there is no further security.
Please update me on this I also have H815 SEA and I would also like to enjoy CM if this is possible.

I did...got the message LG H815 SEA or SEA Arrow don't support unlocking bootloader or can't be unlocked.

They have said officially that H815 SEA don't support unlocking bootloader, it happened for a short period of time which was meant for internal testing purpose.
Now I don't know what else can be done.

Flashing a 811 kdz should work in term but high rate of failure and hardbrick. It's the only way that we could use to unlock !
I'm planning to flash a turkish kdz version numbered of v20g. Creator of the thread says it can be flashed on every variant

Unfortunately not. At this rate, it may never come. Officially, it won't ever happen. However, unofficially, we might get something like the bumped recovery from the G3, but I wouldn't hold your breath. I would not be surprised at all of someone like jcase has already cracked it wife open, but something happened (I don't really know, so I am not the one to ask about the details) and now he will not assist with LG devices.

No. The H815 and H811 are the only ones that can be unlocked and on H815 they must be on the UNLOCK LIST

No, this is INCORRECT information - H815 versions from all over Europe are bootloader unlockable, I have provided the complete list of 135 countries/carrier versions that can be bootloader unlocked using the tools on LG developer website in this post.

Huh? When you unlock a device GSM wise its unlocked for EVERY GSM carrier not just 1. I think you may mean APN's which can be added by looking up your carrier APN's

That's because of the rom you're using. Some of them disable the ability for the code to work. The major carriers, some, disable it. It does work with the US Open rom, I've used that one.

No you cannot. To unlock the carrier is much more difficult than it used to be, and you'll usually have to use a paid service if you can't get the carrier to do it.
