Changing the color of A scrollbar

Ok so in my app I have this lame generic scrollbar.

Now I want to know if there is a way to change the color of that scrollbar in XML, anyone have any ideas?

No, the scroll bar is a .9.png image in framework-res.apk
Mods - please move this to Dream themes and wallpapers!

Its actually pretty simple to do it.
Grab a battery mod from Rawat's thread and replace the .png files under /res/drawable-hdpi-v4 with the files above.
Push the modified framework-res.apk back to your phone. reboot and you're done=]

i was searching for a while now to change the color of these toggles:

i am using latest resurrection and mine toggles are blue. i would like to change them in any color of my choice but i cant find where .png files or something usefull are located.

Move the left of the battery percentage battery.
