guys i badly messed up my efs partition and now only the imei efs backup is working and other efs backups like boot etc are corrupted. phone boots normal with charging but when i disconnect it, it soon went off. it goes to recovery just fine. anyone please share your f180l efs partion(not the imei one).

I was restoring my phone and then while it was restoring it said Sd-ext.img not found and then restore complete. I highly doubt that it was a full restore since it only restored one folder which was .android_secure. What do I do now? Factory reset?
See if the phone operates fine with the SD card readable with no issues. If there's something wrong, do a reset.

It looks like my /factory partition has been corrupted on my phone. This contains the efs data (imei and other). I tried copying it from my wife's phone and for some strange reason, the phone does not detect my sim card.
I do not have any nandroid backup. Is there a way to restore the efs partition of my phone ?
Pointers/leads are appreciated. I would be rather grateful if this brick can be brought back.

I had this once on a different phone and the memory came corrupt.
You can try and backup your SD Card on your PC and then format the card, and copy back the data.
I was wondering if we need to backup efs partition just in case the wrong flash overwrote efs partition.
Or is it not needed for mi 6? Just curious

I got a bricked SM-T830 and tried to fix it. It boots and shows "failed to mount /efs". I did the usual recovery stuff (repartition/flashing stock with odin) but still get the same error. I assume that the efs partition as deleted.
Since the device is not a mobile device, there should be no IMEI, so any partition of a similar device should do it - right? Could anyone provide a partition dump of the efs partition?
Since i have to assume that all partitions have been wiped, are there any other partitions that are not included in the stock firmware?
