Where can I buy a fitting battery with NFC??? - Galaxy S 4 Active Accessories

I have been trying to purchase on eBay, but all of them seems fake and not made for S4 Active. I have i9295 and I've tried B600BE ones off eBay.
Personally I would want a genuine one, but since Samsung has stopped producing anything related to that, I guess I can't buy a new one anymore?

Got mine in official service center, paid about 20$ battery was produced recently and they still making them i think. Check out your local samsung service center or authorized re-seller.

Keep in mind regular Galaxy S4 batteries work too.

Every S4 battery is perfectly compatible with S4A. You could also buy the entire bundle or just the battery. I'd actually advice you to buy them original at every "trusted" store cause batteries are not something you can joke with. You could burn a device trying to save some dollars. If you search you could still find some original ones.

Original Battery - normal size - Where to buy...

Did anyone managed to buy an original genuine Samsung battery from eBay? I have already received two original fake ones, one is already dead! I found two vendors in eBay whose photos of the battery look real. Links below.
Did anyone buy from them and received? real deal? Any other vendor from whom I can buy one? Before anyone posts, I'm not interested in the new extended battery. Appreciate a lot any input.

Forget eBay when it comes to batterys or SD cards, you want the original do a search on Google.
http://www.mobilefun.co.uk/samsung-standard-battery-eb-f1a2gbucstd-p29442.htm
you can probably get it cheaper if you search.
Thanks, but the link you provided is exactly (or it looks like) what I do not want: a replacement battery. I want an original one from Samsung.
I go eBay, because it is very difficult to get electronics or parts shipped from Europe or the US to Brazil with a reasonable price, or get it shipped at all. Many don't do it.
Anyway, if anyone else can help... Thanks
PS: actually that battery was for the Galaxy S, not the S II, if I'm not mistaken.

mate that is an original battery 100% genuine, eBay is well dodgy when it comes to phone batterys and SD cards and the likes and is to be avoided at all costs this website is 100% spot on.
Yeah, sorry. But it looked so different from the one on my S II. Then I saw the link was for the "S".
I could not find (I've searched before I posted) a "S II" battery on legitimate vendors that I know: Clove, Xpansys... And there is none in the website you suggested.
look again mate this battery is for the Galaxy S2..

Thanks. The website is a bit wierd (it say it is for the S 2, then it say "s" right below; the image is so different from my phone battery...) . I emailed them about it and shippng. I do appreciate your input.
However, and taking into account your advice about eBay, I would appreciate any other input on the above links.
Thanks.
the eBay stores from Korea are usually legit, shimshop is good!
I bought this one recently and haven't had any problems.

i saw a thread about offical battery. you may like that.

Thanks, guys.
The UK company suggested above, shipping costs EUR 23... So I'll take another shot at eBay. I prefer not risking with the HK shops. Will go for the Koreans.
I've bought from Shimshop as well, but the picture on the other Korean site I linked is more clarifying, so I'm still on the fence.
Through my experience of buying two fake batteries, it seems that the top view, where the connectors are, is the most important part to detect counterfeited goods (it was the same with HTC HD2 Batteries I bought). From both Korean sites their batteries seem like the Battery which came in my phone, with the recessed area on top (with no label), but on one site you can see as well a little recessed area (like a very small screw) inside the recessed areas on the sides of the battery. Or maybe it is just a better fake...
Let's see. Thanks again for the help.

I believe it's genuine. I don't even know which one came with the phone anymore. They both perform identically. When I run out of juice I just swap out the battery and stick the dead one in a battery charger. They both last me about a day and night with moderate usage. An hour or so of video at lunch, a few hours of music, 20 or so minutes of gaming and mostly texting throughout the day.

Google play market GNEX question?

I was doing some research to buy a GNEX since i been waiting for the GS3 and will not be quadcore in the us i didnt want to be stuck with a phone with basically no updates and touchwiz :S
So i decided to buy a GNEX but the question is.
why is it that it cost only 399 unlocked in the play store, but in ebay will be 450-500?
Profit?
Sent from the future.
The ebay phones have been there for months, but then one day, out of the blue, Google blindsided all the sellers by offering it direct from Google, with a warranty, for less than they're charging. I think we'll see fewer and fewer auctions, and I think the sellers are hoping they can actually sell the phones before more people know about the Google deal.
As to why Google is doing it, I read somewhere on these forums that Google might be doing this in an attempt to break the subsidy model in the US. If that is their goal, it's noble and I wish them all success.

Because people need to make money. They're buying them from the same sources (or another step away from those sources) and they don't buy in big enough bulk. Every step of the way someone has to take a cut (including eBay, remember). They have to charge more to make a profit.
Econ 101?
Thanks for the info guys. I thought the ebay ones where diferent like diferent hardware or something.
Ill buy the google one

Stock battery replacement

My original Galaxy W has experienced some bloating and I am looking to replace it with an official Samsung battery. Their website does not stock any batteries for the Galaxy W.
A quick look on Google has turned up one on ebay for around £9. This is coming from the UK and looks to be an official Samsung battery. At the moment, it's probably the one that I will go for.
Does anybody have any experiences of shopping for official Samsung batteries? Especially in the UK.

You could also try Amazon they can be cheaper than ebay sometimes
Thanks for the suggestion. The only official Samsung battery I can find on Amazon is £13. If it had a load of reviews I would probably consider it over the ebay option, in terms of trust, but it only has one review.

I am in the UK. I bought one of these:
http://www.ebay.co.uk/itm/Genuine-O...898?pt=LH_DefaultDomain_3&hash=item416979566a
It is definitely a genuine, original item. No hassle with the transaction and my phone is much happier now
(the only thing I did notice is that the new battery has an older date of manufacture than the one it was replacing - not that it has made any difference to how well it works)
the first time i bought samsung official battery about 4months ago at SSC the price is $4,,next day after i bought it my dog bite it,, after a week i bought a new one $6,,same SSC, different price and different person. i dunno why the price is different
I`m interested in buying new battery too. But how can I know which battery is orriginal Samsung battery and which isn`t?

Reliable source for OEM battery?

I'm looking for a replacement battery, just the standard, Samsung stock battery. Not interested in aftermarket versions, extended batteries, etc.
Can anyone share reliable sources, i.e. not selling used batteries as new, fakes, etc ? Ebay or Amazon are my first preferences but I'm not restricted to there.
What carrier are you with

At first, I thought it's obvious I'm on Verizon since I posted in the Verizon>S3 accessories forum, until I realized that it's a soft-link to the "generic" forum for S3 accessories !
Anyway, I'm on Verizon...

I would say original battery would be best... I don't trust aftermarket stuff...
I have bought battery from "aliexpress" before and somehow the battery doesn't last...
I would suggest Ebay but both are reliable. Or most reliable source is samsung's site
I never imagined that it wasn't obvious that buying replacement batteries (or anything) from the carrier or the manufacturer was an option. Ever seen the price from them though ? $30-40 from Verizon. I wasn't aware that Samsung sold direct....

So my Robin finally came from Amazon yesterday. After hours of waiting and finding out it was at someone else's apartment (long story short). Anyways after I unboxed the phone and the top of the device was bent backwards, which I didn't really have a problem with because I didn't want to ship it back and wait for a new one. After taking hours to charge up and install every update, I found out that the front camera didn't even work, nothing but static like an old school TV. Sent it back and currently waiting on a new one. Did anyone else have these issues when they first got theirs? I understand and know that it's an old device but I can't resist the look of it lol.
Well are you certain you bought a new device and not a used one? Nextbit(now acquired by Razer) stopped selling this device 6-8months back. They pulled out all from all the official channels so the only ones you can buy are from stock saved by retailers or third party sellers.
This surely is a case of old stock stashed somewhere which probably got damaged in storage or handling.

Some resellers bought up remaining stock from retailers in bulk to flip for a profit. Often these transactions are "all sales final" because the retailers take a loss and just want the product gone. Maybe some resellers got stuck with a few broken units and are shadily trying to sell as new rather than "broken for parts only." I'd hope not, but it's possible.
