If you're having issues and want to submit a report (Logcat) please make sure you are reporting from the stock kernel, not a modified kernel. Modified kernels can break or fix, even improve things. It depends. I can't get a full clue of the issue when you're not running the original kernel.

Please share a image of gps working thanks

Hey, loving the ROM so far,
I just hate the system window animation because it makes the screen go black during the animation. Is there any way to change this? It makes the ROM experience really clunky and slow.
Edit: Switching due to bad battery and annoying system animation. Sorry, other than that it was interesting

except that ALL GOOOD even GPS works flawless..
appreciate good work

Im using for couple days.. Whatsapp calls sometimes works, others no.. When another dev find the solution, i'll try commit to here

This is based on cm, so that should answer your question as this would have the exact same nav bar as cm

Amazon Kindle wont run. I have never seen this error on any other rom on any of the phones I have had. Have tried reinstalling the app. Didn't help.. Any idea what could be wrong?

There are many settings named "temasek spare parts". You can see them in the picture by op.

Yeah, CM13 with Temasek. I'm waiting a long time for it. I used pure CM13 month before. Last night i flashed last build from Taker18 (with full wipe before). For the last hours the phone works fine. Only "Android OS" and "System-UI" eats much more battery as with pure CM13 nightly. I will observe this the next days.
Thank you Taker18 (and others)
Edit: After 12 hours after full charging 55% battery. WLD says 47% awake.
Edit 2: And after every reboot the time and date (clock) is completly wrong. (hardwareclock different)
Edit 3: No crashes, Phone runs very smooth. :good: But high battery drain suxx. Add some Screenshots. Full charged to 100%. After 4 hours 41% awake, battery 87%. Phone only 3 times used for check/send snap. Red arrow: very often "active" while screen is off.
Edit 4: After Upgrade from 20160603 i have less battery drain. I think it is normal for now.

I've put minitresource apk and 3minitbatterysettings in /system/app.

Normally yes. Did that, with reboot. No luck.
My guess is that there are no modifs in systemUI. I will check that tomorrow.
On the other side, very good rom, almost all customisation available out of the box.I especially like transparent volume panel. Unique in the world of cm13 roms, since this option doesn't work from gravity box.
Still missing a kernel with 1000mA on usb (not charger).
Congratulations on a very good rom.

As I suspected, in SystemUI.apk you did not add the necessary line in res/layout/status_bar.xml and also you did not put the smali files in smali/com/android/systemui/statusbar/policy folder.
So it's fair to say that this ROM does not support 3minit battery. Please add it in the next build cause otherwise the rom is fantastic.

You should try synergy's kernel as is for cm13. If i recall correct, it s supporting 1.0A charghing

Never used BT so I don't know.
Audio recording is in mono, only with 1 mic.

Well, thanks for advice but I said I miss a kernel ..... synergy's "thing" stopped being a kernel when he dropped the hotplug functionality.
Another "thing" is alucard but for different reasons this is also unusable.

I m using viper from last 3 days & initial thought about this rom is "You can feel venom in vein"lol
Battery backup is excellent .Got 5 hour minimum SOT which i got only on AOGPX in my usage style
Will post review but im confused which thread i sud follow.This one or samucadroid's.

Its very good ROM with excellent battery backup.I moved on other ROM cuz default equilizer wasn't working. Other than I face no issues on viper Rom in 4 day usage.Go ahead its indeed a good ROM.

Well yes I can & I have used many audio mods.I will suggest viper equilizer over Dolby.(viper name is equilizer's too ).But all I found that Dolby and viper just increase volume not quality.I have used custom audio mods too which I sud not discuss cuz its off topic.
Bro Default audio fx equilizer in other ROM is awesome and gives better effects then Dolby.
In this Viper is rom builds no default equliser is working nd i just told abt it nd request to fix it.

Alone Sauran audio mod isvnot noticeble so i dont like Sauran
Try "Real Sound signature" by Genuisishere. His mod are based on DTS ,Harman,&Dirac technologies.Mod is easy to install just flash zip file via TWRP thsts it(Note:ur default Equilizer will not work after it )
I m using his "Q" sound mods nd they all worked great.He recently updated new version "RQIIII" but files are not getting downlod access at the moment .

Before using the ROM:
Q. Can I have an ETA for the next build?
A. Yes, just look in the OP to see if your device is built on a nightly or weekly schedule.
Q. Does this ROM support custom kernels?
A. No. You can still use them, but discussion should go in the thread of the respective kernel. We don't offer support for bugs you might encounter while using them!
Q. Why doesn't this ROM support Xposed?
A. Xposed is a hack that is geared towards AOSP, custom ROM's modify the framework a lot, so Xposed can cause a ton of issues on custom ROM's. Now it might work for you, however it is not to be discussed in this thread, and you should refrain from posting bug reports.
Q. Alright, but I still want to flash Xposed, so which version do I need to install?
A. You will need to use the version arm64/arm/whatever for SDK 27.
Flashing the ROM:
Q. What do I need to know before flashing?
A. Check the install instructions in the first post...
Q. Can the builds be dirty flashed over each other?
A. Yes, however make a nandroid backup first as there is a chance of getting a bootloop or encountering bugs. Also bugs may only be reported on a clean flash.
Q. How do I dirty flash builds?
A. Wipe the System, Cache and ART/Dalvik cache. Flash the ROM, GApps (only needed if you wipe the system), your preferred root solution and reboot. Or just use the OTA app to preform that task for you.
Q. How do I flash kernel builds?
A1. If it's a .img file, boot into TWRP and go to the install page in TWRP, in the bottom right corner select "install image", select the desired kernel, then select "boot", then swipe to flash, then go back to the install screen and install your root method again, if you don't want to loose root and reboot.
A2. If it's a flashable ZIP, you can flash it together with a ROM update or separately. Go to the install page in TWRP, choose the kernel zip (or add it to the flash queue right after the ROM zip). Then add your root method to the queue if you don't want to loose root. Now swipe to flash, and then reboot.
Using the ROM:

A. Go to Aicp Extras/Navigation bar, and enable it.
Q. I installed a bad theme and now I'm getting a bootloop, how do I fix it?
A. In TWRP, flash the substratum rescue zip that's in the substratum folder on the internal storage.

A. Check this out. If that doesn't work for you, ask for help in this thread, read or ask in the Magisk thread on XDA or just re-flash Magisk!

Q. How do I get a logcat, what type should I get and more questions that can conveniently be answered by my pre-determined answer?
A1. Read this thoroughly. Also, here's a good app for getting logs: https://play.google.com/store/apps/details?id=com.tortel.syslog (Root needed).
A2. If you are already rooted, you can use the built-in feature to make a logcat and provide that. Just look into the others section in the AICP Extras main page.
The ROM should contain everything you need to enjoy Android Oreo. You don't need to install any Add-on's, simply download the latest ROM, GApps, flash it and go!
If you want the device to run the ROM "rooted", you can flash a root solution of your choice after the ROM Zipfile.
It is STRONGLY recommended to fully wipe your device before flashing and please avoid restoring system apps and system data with Titanium Backup as this can cause stability issues that are very hard to debug.
If you believe you know what you're doing - then fine, go ahead, but please don't complain if you experience any strange behavior.
How to flash:
(Again: Don't do it if you don't know it!)
1. Download the ROM and GApps and transfer them to your device.
2. Boot to recovery (TWRP recommended).
3. Wipe the System, Cache, Data and ART/Dalvik cache.
4. Flash the ROM Zipfile.
5. Flash the GApps (optional, needed for e.g. Google Playstore to work).
6. Flash the root solution of your choice (optional).
7. Reboot your device.
The ROM has GApps persistence in between dirty flashes, so you only have to flash them once!
The root solution should be flashed together with every OTA update (= ROM Update)
Currently Supported Root Solutions:
Magisk stable
Magisk versions higher than 14.0 doesn't require flash on every dirty flash
KERNEL:
The kernel in this ROM follows LAOS source with custom additions.
PREREQUISITE FOR OTA:
To be able to flash using the built-in OTA app, TWRP recovery is needed.
You can still use the LAOS recovery and OTA app, but you will need to download the zip file and flash it manually from within your recovery. The Zipfile gets saved in the "aicp_ota" folder on your internal storage.
Please be sure that you are on the latest TWRP recovery. Keep in mind that this could also be an unofficial version!

I deduce that you did not read my post in which I say it was my way of keeping me informed.
I do not ask ETA, it never happened and it would not be now.
At no point did I ask if the developer had abandoned, because it would not make the slightest sense, since it has very little time.
It was a matter of saying, and how it would be interpreted, when I asked if the project was dead, I wanted to ask if it was stopped, because the topic itself was stopped.:good:

is not a problem of the ril what happens is that the rom leaves imei in nothing

Notice for who are interested in this project:
The next build might take time of 2 weeks, as my exams are running, found why the sim issues are occurring(may release the fixed build soon), as oreo for our device is not stable yet, we might have to wait for a long time to get stable oreo, once I fix the sim, I will look into fixing HAL1 and SElinux issues, nougat is still rock-stable, I will update this ROM surely, till then, I expect your co-operation and patience, cheers!
