Hi
Have China unicom 816 model gsm+ gsm. Aft lollipop update now another 214 MB update released and downloaded it. Reflagged stock recovery but prob s I get error may be because I have unlocked boot loader.
I unlocked boot loader by using HTC Dev
How to overcome this error

Guys can any one help me, my m8 stuck on HTC logo I tried to install ROM but still stuck on HTC logo (I wiped the phone many times)any solution ???

My phone is still stuck on logo,i already flash twrp and boot.img then i flash via twrp but not change.

Bro pls install direct twrp
I have a HTC desire 526 verzion, and I have flashed a 3rd recovery image, but it can not update now.
So any one have official recovery image for this phone, thanks very much.
BigCountry's SD card BL unlock method should resolve this
