Lockscreen shortcuts buttons not filled

Since update 10b/c my buttons of the lockscreen are not filled in the circle. Facebook and WhatsApp.
Any idea what causes it? And does other members had this also?

after i do this update
i can not find any theme with Magazine unlock style
so no notification on lock screen
