Micromax is the Indian mobile company so that why i purchase micromax mobile but after use i saw their product and service is worst. I have a very bad experience with A350 phone, even under warranty they replace my mobile with 2 month efforts and now again after 7 month same issue is happened again. Some time its touch is non responsive, some time power button is not working, some time it repeatedly auto power on off and so on. I see the lot of user review they also facing same issue and they are also frustrated. Even their service center taking 2-3 month to replace mobile. There are lot of issues in there mobiles and service. Why they cant look in the mobile quality. if their any solution then please suggest currently mobile touch is non responsive?? Help! Little Ripple/Screen Flex Different Issue

Need some help! Now as its been just more than a year using my htc one x. I called customer service centre here in New Delhi, India... that my one x's screen from some places on left (top to bottom) corner side if pressed little hard gives pixel liquid flowing called the ripple/screen flex issue, and on the right side its still perfectly hard n fine. I told them I feel the gum is just loose or something, but they are dumb for money telling me whole screen will be replaced for 7,500 Inr (123.480 USD), When there's nothing wrong with it in normal usage at all! Something less needs to be done I guess ?!?!
Should I continue this way?! As its still fine no fluid when using normally or playing games .
Suggestions, Help from everywhere are welcome please! I Love Xda!
Or Is there a way I can get repairs done from somewhere else in New Delhi(For my indian friends) ?! But should be more good at this than disgusting customer service centres here in India .

As the main topics of this forum are whining about the update situation, ranting about hardware defects and other unpleasant stuff (but justified, though), I'd like to share my recent - positive! - experience with HTCs support.
A week ago I decided to send in my phone because it suffered from the well know wifi-problem. I also mentioned that I had some screen flickering when the battery was running low, but I had lived with that for the last 18 months and it wasn't a big deal.
So, what did HTC do to my phone?
They replaced the wifi module. They replaced the bezel module (apparently something related to the display). They replaced the battery. And on top of that, they replaced the white cover, which had suffered from far too many falls to the ground. They reinstalled the newest firmware.
So, what did I pay?
Nothing.
Just picked it up, and in fact, I have a new phone, which will be good enough for the next 18 months of calling, texting, internet browsing, music, youtube, reference, a little gaming - with or without 4.4.
So, after my beloved HD2 died the day the One X was released in Germany, I immediately got one. And it is and was a great phone. It never reached the unbelievable community support the HD2 had (which never even received the last official version of windows mobile 6.5 from HTC), but it still is a great phone with a great design and user interface.
Okay, I just wanted to add this, hoping that there is still anybody here actually enjoying this beast of a phone

I just have to.... I returned mine 4 times because they didnt want to acknowledge the wifi problem and then the backlight problem. Then the newest update came (sense 5) and it broke my wifi. Called htc they said i have to wait for an update. Which took 3 months. Which means i couldnt use my wifi for 3 months... So yeah

i think it's just in nearly all other countries except of germany htc has really bad support...because in germany i got the problem with apx mode...bad wifi...bad battery life even with second battery...and housing was in a bad condition too...send it to them...and see there all except from the screen was new screen wasn't replaced because it was already like new and i just had to pay a few €for the delivering nothing more graet support in germany...but bad in others :/ ..
I had a good support from HTC repairing center in Middle East
I asked my brother to buy me the HOX from KSA is it was there much cheaper than here in my country Jordan , adn he biught it with an international warranty , I rooted it and Flashed a Custom ROM on day one
within a year I started to suffer from Black Screen of Death , I did send it to HTC local repair center but they claimed that the international warranty only covers software things so I decided to send it back to KSA with express shipping to my brother
there at KSA they replaced the Main Board without a question for free and my brother brought back with him , maybe I were lucky enough

Support in Holland is also very good, just had my volume rockers broken and they have fixed in a couple of days and fitted the latest firmware. And this time table was including sending it in and back with a courier. Happy with the HTC ( the same story applies to my old sensation).
yea i think in whole EU we have better support then somewhere else...but also here some guys were not so lucky like we :/ ...

[Q] My new Tab S restarts many times withour reason ? please help

I bought new Tab S 10.5 - T805 Model, the Tab was new just out of the box and has KitKat 4.4.2 , when I use it especially when i put Wifi on, it suddenly restart, and this happen several times while i'm surfing or playing game, sometimes after 5 minutes and sometimes after 1 Hour, I did factory reset through setting but same thing, still restart like 10 - 15 times a day, I tried Master factory reset also same thing, it has nothing to do with Apps because it restart without apps, I tried he safe mode thing and it also restart while using it.
I removed MicroSD and same problem still exist, I also stopped sync, I think i have tried almost everything
I really felt tired because when you are in a middle of something or having a call it suddenly restart without any reason, anyway the new lollipop just released and I update my system to the new lollipop through OTA, but the problem still exist.
Sometimes the tab show this message "Unauthorized Actions Have Been Detected", but most of the times it restart without showing this message
Please help, i'm tired of this Tab S, it's very expensive and now it's useless
I have the same problem. I've tried all software tricks to no avail. Then I noticed something.
It restarts when you slightly move the tablet. So I think it is a hardware issue. Sort of a bad fixing of the battery. When it moves, it loses the electric connection for a short time.
You should return the tablet to get it repaired.
I haven't returned mine yet because I don't want to wipe my tablet and wait for 3 months to get it back.
I'm angry with Samsung. This is the last time I buy a Samsung product !

I wish people would post what country they bought there tablet in, I always wonder if some countries get B grade electronics, or returned or repaired stuff, as some country's don't have very good consumer protection.

i tried to wave the tab in every position left right up down to see if this has to do with losing battery but it doesn't seem to be related, no restart happen, I confirm many restarts just happen even it's standing on flat surface no moving
Mine is from United Arab Emirates and also made in Vietnam by Samsung

i think the battery connector not attached so well, just bring to samsung service center
It seems battery issue then, i'm in syria now and no samsung center here
I will see if they might return it from the syria i bought from but most likely wont do anything just my bad luck
I watched a video of some having batter issue and from comments in youtube they suggest to open the back cover and unplug the battery connecter then replug it, what you think

I noticed that the random reboots happen only when wifi on and browsing or using messenger or youtube
And when wifi is off i didn't notice yet any reboot so far but as soon as i put wifi on it will reboot some time usually 10 minutes maybe more maybe less
Does this may indicate anything, any helo would be appreciated

thanks, I will actually i don't know how to remove the cover anyway
but the tab is useless sometimes i want to throw it out of the window, i will never ever buy samsung anymore they suck, stick with iOS at least Apple respect her customers

Look, before declaring you will never this that and the other, you could just have a faulty unit.
EVERY manufacturer produces faulty units even Apple!
Samsung sell millions of units there's bound to be bad ones due to faulty components. That can't be helped.
I have had no trouble at all with mine.

Zenfone 2 ghost touch

Hi all
Im very sory and angry. I was send my device to service center about ghost touch problem.(with all information screen videos, bug reports etc.) and they make only factory reset and send back to me my device. of course this problem still continue. I start legal transactions about my money and lost time. I m so sory. I realy loved this phone. Anyone have a solution for this problem?

I've had this problem before with my other phone, and found the problem comes when i install certain app. So I just uninstall it then problem gone. Hope this could help

may be but I make factory reset (service center make too) when device totaly orijinal I saw same problem.
I'm facing the same problem since few days. Can't find any solution. Its happening on the left most corner of the whole device. My phone is Zenfone 2 ze551ml 2gb model.

Had the same problem. Tried everything including tightening the screws like some suggested. Finally i tried loosening the screws instead, and even removed a couple of screws at the top. Ghost touch finally stopped. Been 8 hours now. Hopefully it stays that way.

how's your phone now? i encounter the same problem. my phone is just two months old and mine is laser 6 inches. i have sent it to the service center for diagnosis and replacement/repair. im worrying that this problem would come back after some time. im assessing that my digitizer broke because an inch of my screen does not respond in addition to the ghost touch
My ZE550ML is having a little ghost touch also, but it sorta happens when I under clock the processor and when I'm using apps like Google+, XDA, etc. It doesn't happen often, but when it does it just goes away for a few hours. Might have to do what houhong did.

im just seing my zenfone once a month cauuse cant stand the ghost touches.. at times cant write at all.. yup alrrady got moto x pure editiom $ 260.. at beat buy... it working grreat... sorry for wrting cause im using the stupid z3nfone now..

That's alright my fellow sir. I had to get the Axon 7 since the LCD wouldn't turn on after going through ghost touch. I'm glad you got a moto x pure edition to replace it. It is definitely a worth smartphone to replace.

Hello Guys , the ghost touch has no relation with any app or software, it is purely a hardware problem, Main cause of this is the digitizer tiny flat cable . you need to disconnect and reconnect the digtizer flat cable ( under metal cover for the main board) please follow proper procedure , Then before you put things back together stick a peace of foam over the flat cable connection after locking it in the position ( over cable and connector). This should sort the problem , but if you experience the ghost touch again , you need to replace screen digitizer first and follow the same procedure for the new screen digitizer and that will be end of problem.
Please do not bother with factory reset or uninstalling apps .. I briked and unbriked the whole phone before I realize problem had nothing to do with software !!

Digitizer Problem

Since my original digitizer broken I replaced it with the new chinese . I changed six times now but all are not good as like original. Its not accurate or smooth like original. Here micromax service is not good in Goa. they ask me to keep mobile for 15 days which I cant do. So can any one tell me where I can find the original digitizer for a210 mobile. Or anyone got he irreparable canvas 4 mobile who can sell me its original digitizer or where I can get like that?:good:
